I've visited this cleaners twice now and I should have never came back the second time! Left two dress shirts to be dry cleaned and a pair of pants to be altered. Two Express shirts (a black button up and a white button up). On my return there is NO white shirt and a damaged black shirt! My white shirt however was replaced with someone else's Gucci button up! If you are missing a Gucci shirt I have it! I have visited many other dry cleaners but this one is closer to my house so I chose to come here but it is definitely not worth $5 to dry clean a button up where I can get it dry cleaned and not damaged or replaced by someone else's shirt for less than $3!!! Not only am I missing a shirt, have a damaged shirt and yet I was not compensated for a damaged shirt or a missing shirt! And she continuesly insisted that, that was my shirt. I came in to get a vintage dress taken in, and Rima did a fantastic job! I had bought the dress for my birthday dinner which was in a couple of days and she made sure to get it to me by the date I asked. She was SO friendly and welcoming, and gave good advice about not taking the dress in too far to make sure it wouldn't rip (I wanted that puppy tight) and also suggested I buy a strapless bra to get the look I wanted instead of going without (which is what I planned on) and thank goodness I followed her advice! Great alterations and cleaning place! I recently had a huge tear in the lining of my favorite work jacket near the underarm. I was worried that it was beyond repair , being silk and in such a tricky place! I was glad when I took it to Rima she assured me they would be able to make it work. Within two days, I went back and was blown away to see the beautiful repair. They had also had it cleaned and freshened up. I could hardly differentiate where the repair had been made! I brought in 2 Bodysuits, a pencil skirt and a 2 piece (tube top and pencil skirt) to get dry cleaned. I also had the 2 piece re stitched because some of the stitching was coming undone. I also had some polazzo pants hemmed. I found them through yelp and very naively trusted them so much of my clothing. Upon arriving to pick them up I looked through my clothes to make sure it was all their. She told me of a stain that couldn't be removed on the 2 piece. I said ok. Quickly looking over the clothes, I found a makeup stain she said was able to get removed and other spots on the clothes. I understand not everything can be removed but at least express to your customers this instead of promising it will be removed. I also stated these items are very expensive and to be careful. They damaged my clothing. She mentioned they had to clean the Bodysuit twice to try to remove a stain. One Bodysuit the stitching is undone halfway on the neck area which I would had notice the morning of when I tried it on and looked over it so I can show them any spots. The other Bodysuit the side has a hole which wasn't their when I looked over my clothes before dropping off. These are delicate fabrics and im doubting they know how to handle them. Also she kept saying one of the Bodysuit was silk but the tag said 100% sheep leather, the bodysuit also doesn't look as white, slightly grey (reusing water?). Their stitching is also messy, on the hemmed pants and the skirt of the 2 piece. The hemmed pants I can trim the excess thread but I took the skirt to her for the hole on the waist and its still their. I am so upset they ruined my clothes and after spending so much their I have to find someone to fix their damage and inability to clean clothing. read more
