I'd like to thank TV Plumbing for turning what originally was a unfortunate hiccup into another satisfied customer. At no fault really of theirs, someone called with the same first name to cancel in haste and well, they thought it was me and so couple of hours of my life I won't get back. The owner called me and promised it'll never happen again and that they'll change their protocol and asked what can they try and do to make it right. I appreciate the customer oriented reach out. We got a quote a week later and I went with them. They came highly recommended by my very strict HOA as they've done numerous water heater replacements here. And in this condo neighborhood, the water heaters are in closets, with a requirement for direct vent models and obviously limited space to work. Not to mention ground slope variations that may require a pan or not. They had a lot of history here and clearly know what they are doing. They even installed a leak sensor unit on mine so any leaks and water is shut off. Very nice. All in all a job well done for this very complex install. They were kind enough to even maintain and even upgrade a water spout so I can water my pots with a garden hose. Take a look at the photos and decide for yourself. They are worth getting an estimate. Overall I would say they are very price competitive, but you get what you pay for so it may or may not be a bit more for the quality of work I feel you'll be getting. Like the car that only makes odd noises when I drive it, my pipes only leak when I take a shower. Well I tried to demonstrate but either the pipes have to heat up or you have to get naked. "You can't fix what isn't broken! Service person tightened the laundry spigot. It stopped dripping--but it's dripping again. Shower leak. --Go to Home Depot and get a replacement. Advice-$350. My recommendation: take a photo Go to Home Depot, buy the part and the plumber. read more

They returned my call first (called 3), showed up when they said they would, didn't charge to give me a quote, and completed the job perfectly. The best parts of my dealings was that they could fix my leaky toilet tomorrow and that the receptionist was very nice. The worst parts was that they were going to charge me $300 to fix a leaky hose and that the plumber was very condescending. I told him it was just the hose attached to the side and he said their lowest price is $300. The hose cost $75 and got fixed today by another company. He started talking about the wax ring underneath the toilet but I said I didn't need that, I just needed the hose on the side. He mentioned that their price was $300 unless I needed a new toilet which would be at least $450. He also said I wouldn't get a better price elsewhere. Beware. read more

TVP replaced our main sewer lines - old cast iron pipes - underneath our slab foundation. This job was a big one and was completed with knowledgeable and highly skilled plumbers. They were able to install a new hot water heater the next day. Ours was leaking and on the verge of failure. The price was just what we were expecting due to researching and gaining multiple estimates. The only issue I had was, to my surprise, I ended up with no water flowing in my upstairs sink and shower. The lines had not been cleared to the upstairs after the install was done. Once I turned it on, there was initially lots of air and water, but then it slowed to a trickle. After a couple minutes of confusion it dawned on me. Removed the faucet screens and cleared all the sediment which had been loosened during the removal and install. It would have been nice to have had all the lines checked prior to the technician leaving. Besides that small glitch, everything else was great. We had a contractor start plumbing on our house remodel which we quickly realized wasn't looking correct. We put them on hold and need to quickly find a licensed plumber to come work our remodel. The owner Larry was great and made it out to our house on the same day while he was out running errands despite being his day off. He quickly diagnosed all the things that had been done wrong and then gave me a genuine honest answer that while he and his crew could work are more than capable to complete our remodel, it's not their normal set-up and as such the cost would be higher than someone who specializes in remodels/new construction. He saw our situation and wanted to help so pulled out his phone and called another plumber he thought would be better suited to our needs, got his schedule and referred me to him. I had other plumbers I've contacted who wanted $100+ just to come out and give me an estimate, so I think it speaks volumes that Larry came out on his day off for a free estimate and then was willing to refer me to someone he trusted would do a great job at a lower cost to us. Want to specify, this is not to say they are priced high. It's that they are set up more for repipes, service calls, etc so I won't hesitate to call or recommend Larry down the line when I or someone I know needs something serviced at their home or business. read more

The service person who respectfully wore a mask (as per state guidelines) and was polite, explained and showed me what had planned to replace and where the previous "plumber" had tried to cut corners.
