Very good Kaluga caviar! Bought a ton of this. The eggs weren't super firm but better than Costco's (gross and squishy). Had a bit of a fishy earthy taste and enjoyed it well with bilinis and poached eggs. The other dish was on hamachi crisp with yuzu and soy sauce!

Picking up caviar for this Sunday because we deserve the treat on the weekend. I had: 1. Caviar 30gr 2. Caviar 50gr Very detailed information at the counter if you want to know more about caviar and their products. This is convenient for picking up and enjoying at your house. The kiosk can be found at 1st floor in front of Jo Malone and rose store area.

I ordered Imperia Caviar through DoorDash last weekend. It was so delicious and very fresh. I couldn't decide between the Royal Ossetra Caviar or the Kaluga Hybrid Reserve Caviar so I got a small tin of each. Both were amazing! I enjoyed the caviar on Organic Humble Original Potato Chips with Vermont Creamery Crème fraîche and of course drank a little Champagne. The only suggestion that I would make to Imperia Caviar is that they should include a caviar tin opener with the Doordash order or at least make them available for purchase along with caviar spoons. TREAT YOUR SELF!

Great quality and super fresh at a very fair price! Easy to order and pick up from their stand in Century City. We live in Santa Monica and will definitely be using them as our go to caviar company from now on! Thank you, Imperia Caviar!!

I never really loved caviar until I tried Imperia caviar. Honestly, so good! None of that fishy, salty, taste you get from cheap caviar. It pairs well with smoked salmon! Definitely recommend this if you're ever trying to impress someone or just throwing a party! Can't wait to share with friends!

My friend gifted me a tin of the Royal Ossetra caviar and I waited until I had time to make a charcuterie board to try it. It was well worth the wait! The caviar was perfect -- both in flavor and texture. I paired it with some Comeback Cow cheese, prosciutto, and crackers and it was divine. The perfect little pop adds to the experience. It's a fancy treat, I would definitely try this again.

Delicate, soft and fresh! Every bite is a delicious delicacy experience. Trust me, just one bite, you'll fall in love with this caviar. So buttery! One of our favorite ways to enjoy at home is to finely chop some chives, shallot, and egg to serve. Some might prefer it with chips or toasted bread, I personally love my caviar with only blinis and creme fraiche. (And yes, it's also fun to do half with Creme fraiche and half without!) Make sure to pop a good bottle of champagne or a clean and mineralized dry white wine, these pairings really make a great companion for the caviar! Highly recommend.

Incredible caviar and even more incredible customer service. I purchased the Kaluga Hybrid Reserve and it is delicious. I've tried it on its own and with creme fraiche and a potato chip. It really shines on its own! The color is a beautiful green. Very creamy, little briny and a great ocean finish. I would recommend this caviar to anyone who loves good caviar. They answered all of my questions in an expeditious manner. Very transparent as to where they source their product. Great customer service my a great product even better. Shipping was a breeze. Product arrived when it was supposed to. It was cold and the fresh sticker still indicated it to be so. I don't see a reason to go anywhere else for my caviar. Great price, great customer service, incredible product. Checks all of the blocks for me. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Love love love this caviar. Wow! I want to get some more ASAP. I got a large tin for Christmas Eve. Had it with some Beluga Vodka, blinis and cream Fraiche. Highly recommend Imperia Caviar!

Got the Caviar Sample. Royal Ossetra on the left and Kaluga Hybrid on the right!

The three small, extra tins were labeled ossetra when clearly they were Kaluga, nor was the amount 20%.

I made the mistake of actually trying to grocery shop at this place - meanwhile, I was getting in the way of several influencers trying to film content here. I went to take a look at the juice wall, and while I was trying to make a selection I heard a loud sigh behind me of girls dressed up holding their cameras and ring lights waiting for me to be done and move. I went to grab a cookie at the same time another influencer was doing a "POV" shot, he also sighed and waited for me to make my selection before going for a second take. Everything is wildly expensive, but the few things I did sample here were good. I grabbed a cold pressed juice from here that was fantastic and fresh, along with the banana cream pie which was delicious. I was shocked to learn it was vegan. I'm glad I went to say that I went, but if you're coming here make sure you know the rules of Erewhon (which are basically to look around and make sure no one is filming before you reach for a product on a shelf).

Unfortunately, even with pickup, the employees I interacted with came across as rude and unwelcoming. The biggest disappointment was the sushi sandwich. It was honestly inedible. I took two bites and threw the rest away because it tasted so bad. I was tempted to complain, but I didn't feel like it would make a difference or that anyone would actually help. That said, not everything was bad. The strawberry smoothie was delicious, the buffalo cauliflower was really good, and the short rib burrito was also a standout. For the price and reputation, I expected a much better overall experience. I hope they improve both the customer service and the consistency of the food.

We had the Peruvian scallop crudo and chicken Bao buns from this menu. They were divine. From the main menu, we had the frena, sweet corn tortellini and hangar steak kebabs. The bread was perfectly spiced, the tortellini was sublime and kebabs were such an elevated take on steak with chimichurri. One super minor thing: I think they could have been even better if it was medium rare, but it was still amazing! Can't wait to go back!

Food: 3.5 stars Ambiance: 3.5 stars…read more Service: 1.5 stars I have now been to this place twice. I was excited to share the experience with my friends, as I recalled it being good when it first opened; so it was definitely repeatable. However this second trip was -- insulting. It looked like a place run by kids in their 20s, with no customer service experience, and unregulated emotions. So let's start with the main star-- the food! With a number of options, it was hard to narrow down what we wanted. But finally, we made our choices between the small plates, shareables, and mains. To our disappointment, they were out of the branzino- fine. We understand. We replanned what we wanted (you have to put your whole order in at one time). Then we decided to get a number of additional small plates-- and wanted wings. Guess what? Womp womp-- after our server informed us the Branzino was out, she moved on to attend other tables. During that time, they ran out of the wings. No problem! We decided to just get the chicken. The Blue Fin Carpaccio The Octopus The Grandmas Cigars The Crispy Tuna 2 orders of the Chicken Jidori 4 glasses of wine for the table This is everything we went with. The wine was excellent. The Blue Fin Carpaccio with Challah - Good, but the Challah was not grilled, instead burnt The Octopus - some of the best I've had, exceptional The Grandma Cigars- underwhelming The Crispy Tuna - salty & nothing outstanding The Chicken Jidori - very good Now here's the problem. When we asked the server to if we could get another challah, she was annoyed. She then brought out another piece, this time much smaller, less fluffy, and entirely dry, and said-- "it wasn't burnt, they grill it". Then I started to explain, well the last one, the taste was burnt and the edges-- but before I could finish, she said, "I'm gonna walk away now". To our shock, she left mid-sentence. This could've been a kitchen issue and not her issue-- but with the way she handled the service, it was absolutely insulting. I asked for the manager, who simply changed our server. Made no additional amends (but she did fix our wobbly table). There was no concession, or enjoy xyz on the house, or remorse. I suspect if she was a friend of the servers that was a host, and not the manager. As she didn't handle the situation like an established and competent manager. In the end, it may have been an off night for the kitchen and the staff-- perhaps the manager went to enjoy the World Cup watch parties and left the restaurant in hands that just couldn't match the demands of the evening. It was a Sunday night, and the vibe was on, with a filled restaurant. I enjoy the space, but I can't say I'd be delighted to experience what I had, not from a food or wine standpoint, but pure service. After $400- I expect better service. I get treated better at Sweetgreens, and that only costs me $25.

I've heard about this place and been wanting to go for a while now. Also know that the line can get long at times and I view that as a testament of how great and popular this place is. Because when it is your turn, the service here is very friendly and efficient. I came in specifically for their biltong - a South African beef jerky that my cousin in law (who is from South Africa) swears by. He and my cousin actually come up from Newport Beach specifically to get the biltong here. I ordered about a half pound and had them do a 'thick cut' so it wouldn't dry out as fast and for a better chew. It was delicious and I can see why a lot of folks come here for it. I wasn't going home right away so I couldn't really order anything else, but definitely want to come back and get some different varieties of sausages here. Of the few times I've been here or tried to come here, there always seemed to have plenty of street parking (metered) available nearby. It's just a really busy street so parallel parking can get stressful for some.
