It has a dog park near the entrance/exit and lot of parking spaces. There are 2 huge covered area with the middle part being clean restrooms. I also saw some kids bday party taking place under one of the area and there were still places to sit that wasn't in their party. I love that it has turf and also some real grass, perfect for picnicking. But what we really enjoyed was the center of it all, the splash pad. Perfect for hot days and also the fact that they had a truck there selling ice pops and cold treats which made it extra worth it. Huge slides and play house, only downside is when I went the biggest slide wasn't in use. But there are more slides and do much more to do. We had fun and will be back ever so often.

They have kiddie pools you can fill up with water, over by the hose to the side. There is a fire hydrant that mists water when you press down on the button. There are benches/places to sit throughout the park, with the largest being the gazebo at the front, near the fence. If you ever want to host some sort of puppy gathering, this would be the place to do it. Plenty of room!

The garage door breaks every so often or your sticker decal won't work and you're forced to use the app. The last straw for us were rats in the walls. This has been brought up to the leasing office under multiple instances, by multiple people, and nothing has ever been fixed. Multiple people on the 4th floor said they heard them. We brought it to management's attention and for 2 and a half months were told it would be fixed and while their new management company "takes this VERY serious" nothing was done to repair it except someone coming in to clean our vents incorrectly, without any PPE and leaving vents open for those animals to run out. Even after we gave our notice, the front office said they would "keep working to rectify the situation and keep us updated" and nothing ever happened. There was a shooting the last week we were there. I would advise people to stay away from this complex unless you literally have no other option.
