This is a shady operation! We were quoted 1 price, over the phone, for 4 tires and an alignment, but when we got there it was a different story. Art said his kid answered the phone and didn't add right...Then why allow him to answer the phone and give quotes, especially since he doesn't know how to add? Use a calculator, if you can't do basic math. The only reason we did business with this tire shop is because we were in a bind. We had our car towed here based on the info given over the phone. We have 2 work Trucks, I have had over the 20 years, 15 cars ( some for fun, some for flipping) Art and the Team ( We all miss Leo) have done nothing short of credible quality maintenance and repairs on Our vehicles. My lead technician " Mike " also relies on Art's company as much as I.... I WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE, ONE PAST EXPERIENCE... Several Years ago, We had a major engine failure in one of Our service vehicles.  I took the problem to Art... He had His mechanic  remove, repair and re-install the engine.  When We got the truck back, The engine failed.... I spoke to Art about the problem.  He was NOT happy ! He told Me that the man, who did My job was no longer with Imperial Tire Plus.  I asked Art ! " "What am I going to Do?"  Art told Me to find a qualified shop, have the engine repaired to My satisfaction, and He would pay for the repairs.  When it was all done, the invoice from the other shop was $2500.  I called Art !  He was overwhelmed with the amount, BUT HE DID NOT ARGUE.... He asked if He could make a couple of payments.... We agreed on the amounts and the terms... Art paid every dime of that repair invoice and held to the promise He made to Me and My small business.   I recently read a review here from two ladies, I assume are related to each other... Claimed to specialize in lift kits but once they were installing it changed their story and said the don't really install them. Changed the prize we had agreed on 3 times ( adding more of course) . Didn't finish the job , I had to take it some where else to get finished. Returned my truck with missing lug nuts and they did not return all my old parts like I asked. I was really disappointed with this place, the owner is a nice guy at first but once it comes to money he is a complete different person. BEWARE: Art is a lying scam artist. Please do not buy a car from him!!! One of his customers was selling her car so he posted the car on Craig's list. I saw it and contacted Art. We met in person and he struck me as a nice person. I asked him if the car had any problems or had been in any accidents and he straight up told me no. Years later I find out that my car had been in a big accident and the airbags were deployed and the car was towed. The car went to his shop to get fixed and he sold me the car for a whole lot of money. Don't trust this liar. read more

This past summer, we took our kids to Yellowstone Park. Outside the park entrance, there was road construction, and we waited in a huge line of construction traffic for 45 minutes or so. When the traffic began to move, our truck wouldn't. Totally dead. My husband and I got out of the truck and began to figure out how to push it out of the way of the hundreds of cars backed up behind us, waiting to get into the park. Car after car went right past us--totally understandable, as they'd been waiting over an hour and needed to get through before traffic was stopped for another long delay. We figured we would call AAA. Art stopped. He had kids in the car who were excited about getting to the park. This was their vacation. We told him to go on, to not miss his opportunity to get into the park, but he wouldn't hear of it. His brother was in a car ahead, and he pulled over and RODE HIS BIKE back down the shoulder to meet up with us. At first, Art thought it was the alternator (or something -- I can't remember), and he offered to put HIS into our truck so that we could take it into the next town to get another. CRAZY. Turns out it was just a dead battery and they, of course, gave us a jump. During this time, we had some time to talk to him, and he showed us photos of his home town in Mexico, and told us that he drove down there frequently to help provide the people in his town with water--he had helped build a well. This man is pure gold. We couldn't believe someone would stop, sacrifice a vacation day that they had driven a long time to enjoy, and just be SO NICE. Truly an angel. I have used Imperial Tire Plus for the last two repairs. One for my 1999 Toyota Pickup and the other for my wifes 2010 Toyota Camry. My first visit to this shop was not even for a repair. I was walking by and noticed how clean and nice this shop was so I stopped in. I was talking with Art (the owner) and told him I would soon be in the market for repairs and new tires for my wifes car and that I would maybe give him a shot at the repair. I was walking on my way to a restaurant far up the hill from his shop. He offered to give me a ride to the restaurant, but I couldn't accept that generosity and told him I would walk. How's that for customer service without even being a customer!!! A few weeks later I brought my truck in for repairs and spoke to Leo the Service Mgr. Leo was very through and explained everything that would happen with my repair. He gave me the cost and offered my one of their "shop" cars to drive myself home. The repair was completed on time and exactly as agreed to. The price was well below what I expected to pay. A month or so later I brought my wife car in for 4 new struts and 4 new Michelin tires. Art the owner greeted me with his usual sincere greeting, smile and handshake. I told him what repairs and service I needed and he immediately put his mechanic on it and again offered me a shop car to drive home. The repairs were made exactly as agreed and at a price well below what I had expected. This shop is well maintained and you just can't ask for better customer service than what you will get at Imperial Tire Plus. This shop is a little further from my home in La Habra than I would normally drive to for service, but I will be glad to drive that extra few miles for the extra great service that Art and his staff offer. I lived in La Mirada for eight years, and this became my very favorite shop! I discovered Imperial Tire Plus because it was close, and I needed to get a tire replaced quick! I kept going because Art and his team are great people and earned my loyalty. While this is a tire shop, they do all kinds of repairs. I once had my old Accord station wagon there and they took care of everything after I'd been in a small collision. I think they even drove it to another place to have the frame straightened out. This place has good prices, and what's more, they will earn your loyalty. None of that recommending every single little thing to scare you into spending way more than you need. These guys are the real deal. They earned my trust and loyalty and they'll earn yours, too. In August, I moved to Michigan and they checked my car over and fixed it up before I made the big drive out here. New wheel bearings and a full size spare (which can be tough to find for a Volvo). They got it all together and my car's been working great. Now I'm here in Michigan, about to get snow tires put on and I only hope I can find mechanics like the ones at Imperial Tire Plus. I was planning on scheduling the work but ended up with a screw in my tire and was in a pinch. I talked to Leo and they went above and beyond for me.
