My dentist bugged me for 20 years to get orthodontics but the price and process prevented me doing so.... Until I found Impress. And I literally could not be happier. I worked with two different orthodontists and both are complete perfectionists. The process was much less painful than expected and I am stunned with the results. My wife tells me I smile much much more and I literally got teary-eyed when they did a little cosmetic reshaping of my teeth after the straightening was finished because my teeth had worn down so unevenly. They only charged me a couple hundred to do so...which made it a no brainer. This comment is coming from someone who had to pay for the most expensive course of treatment they offer. Dr Aggie and Temure and Heather are all great to partner with. It is very apparent that kind and committed efforts are expected of everyone in the office/location. They've corrected a half-complete, half-assed job done 20 years ago and I'm 6 months or so from completion but already 100% confident I'll have a great smile. I dig that they did a little tooth reshaping (thought I'd need to pay a dentist a few hundred) and the course of treatment includes teeth whitening along the way. Sometimes I've had to wait, but it's obvious why. . .when I'm the patient they are working on it's like I'm the only person there and they have all the time in the world for me. Avoid this clinic at all costs. They don't care about their patients, and the service is an absolute nightmare. If you need an appointment, be prepared to wait at least a month, even for urgent issues like misaligned teeth or lost aligners. I lost my aligners and was told I couldn't be seen for weeks, no matter how urgent the problem. Once, I was literally just a minute late for my appointment, and they refused to see me, forcing me to reschedule for the next month, even though I had driven an hour to get there. When I finally got my new aligners, they no longer fit because of the delay--by the time they were printed, shipped, and my appointment was scheduled, three months had passed. When I asked for a replacement, they tried to charge me $4,000, or said I could just end my treatment. At just the age of 19, I was pressured by two dentists into signing paperwork to end my treatment, who kept saying "if you were my daughter, I would make you end the treatment now.", and I felt completely taken advantage of every time I think about it as my teeth was not aligned yet. On top of that, there were dental malpractice of the dentist Dr.A, who turned back to chat with his assistant, then realized my teeth was cut halfway so he kept cutting. Then pretend nothing happened by telling me to spit the teeth out with rinsed water down the drain. After their treatment, I have gum exposure issues, sensitive teeth, jaw clicking, and more. They also didnt remove the attachments for me as I have already signed the paperwork to end treatment, leaving me unable to schedule any more appointments (patients, beware of signing that paper and ensure your full desired treatement is fulfilled). This clinic's disregard for patient care and malfunctioning dental services should be a huge red flag for anyone considering going here. I'm still suffering to this day. read more

Do not use this company. Their customer service is terrible, they changed production of their aligners and you can tell they are skimping on quality. My progress has actually reverted back, causing crowding of my teeth. I had multiple issues throughout the course of my treatment and was never taken seriously. I voiced my concerns every step of the way and did whatever they told me to do, even changing course of treatment (coming in for re-scans multiple times). When I finally said I had enough, because I was frustrated and lost complete trust in the treatment, was told that I am not being a team player and the blame was put on me. I now have to pay for the attachments to be taken off my teeth elsewhere. There are so many other companies and treatment options. Do not waste your time with Impress. read more

I've been a client at Uniform Teeth since before Covid was a thing. A lot has changed in the world except for my bite, crowding and gapping of my teeth (though improved). I was given an estimation of 10-12 months of treatment yet here I am ~100 aligners later and I have not achieved my smile goals. Although they may appear to be professional, they lack professionalism at every level. You see whoever orthodontist is available (I was seen by 6 of them), which is fine except that they do not read your chart notes nor do they know or care to ask about your smile goals. They also do not respond to questions/concerns in the timeframe they set for themselves (24-48hrs) I have been waiting for a response for a week now and nothing. Maybe this review will get someone's attention? I do understand that each individual is different and may response to treatment differently; however, at this point of treatment and all the history I have with them, one would expect their orthodontist to design an individualized plan that work with your biology, not that that may work for "most people." Clearly I am not "most people" and if you keep treating me as such we will not achieve results. I've been having issues with crowding and re-crowding that is yet to be resolved. I am tired of being ignored and dismissed. Save your time and energy and try a different clear aligners company. read more

I followed up with the Uniform Team via email, their team did not address any issue I mentioned BUT sent me 2 files of the "before and after" pictures of my treatment stating they never rubbed away my Tiger Teeth. However, I'm sure they haven't checked carefully before sending them over because the files clearly proves their mistake. Please see the added screenshot below. I have never heard back since. In response to the managers' message to my previous review - obviously, the pictures below are after your treatment. The "wire that's holding my lips up" is my hair under sunlight. I hope your team can address the other issues I've mentioned instead of looking for reasons to prove your clients wrong. I went from someone with a good face/mouth profile + healthy teeth that only needed my teeth straightened to someone who requires multiple treatments: Teeth Sensitivity, Crowded Teeth, Gum Exposure, Jaw Clicking, Inability to close my mouth tightly, Chin Profile moved backward (added a pic below), and Teeth being rubbed away without any notice. Amazing experience with Uniform Teeth! I was referred by a friend who was also a patient at Uniform and loved it. I started the process in June 2020 and completed in the spring. Throughout the entire process, Dr. K, Dr. Aggie, Elise, the receptionist and the entire team went above and beyond to quickly respond to any issues and ensure a smooth process. In the first appointment, Dr. K set expectations and explained what we would accomplish together. He listened, addressed all of my concerns, and created a great process for the desired outcome. The next appointments with Dr. Aggie and Elise were great and the final appointment was amazing. Both were so friendly and excited for the final results with me. After removing the aligners, Dr. Aggie spent time correcting any imperfections and smoothing out all of my teeth. My smile turned out way better than I expected!! I went through a treatment with Uniform teeth in order to correct my crowding. Once I finished the treatment I was given a retainer to wear only at night. I developed an extreme case of TMJ and with that developed migraines that have prevented me from my daily life. I visited a different orthodontist and he told me that the treatment gave me an extreme grinding problem because the treatment prevented my teeth from having space between them therefore causing my top and bottom teeth to clash. I went in simply to fix the crowding and ended up developing a medical problem. I have spent countless amount of dollars on botox to reduce my pain and symptoms, but nothing helps. Its very unfortunate that I trusted this company with my health and they caused me more pain than ever. read more

So I had a free consultation with this place, which went really well. They even do a 3D scan for free and the doctor and assistant were friendly. For my treatment plan, they suggested I go with the shortest package since my teeth are fairly straight from braces as a teenager. Just a couple teeth have shifted and I wanted to straighten them out. They quoted me $3,000 when Invisalign quoted me $7,000 for a 6 month treatment plan. However, I am a bit annoyed because they constantly spam you with texts and emails after you visit them. I even got a phone call from a lady who was aggressively trying to get me to pay for the treatment plan. The doctor suggested I do the treatment later after I do a couple of other things first but the lady on the phone said "oh but you can buy it now." Why would I pay $3,000 for a treatment that could possibly happen next year? read more

I am currently using Uniform Teeth's clear aligner plan. Therefore, this review only comments on Uniform Teeth's service thus far (i.e., I cannot comment on end results, as I have yet to complete my treatment plan... nevertheless, I am not worried that we won't get to my smile goals). During my initial consultation, I was floored by the amount of attention, detail, professionalism, knowledge, and comfort I felt from ALL Uniform Teeth personnel. The company culture was incredible and totally apparent after my first appointment. Upon entering, Aaron (the main reception person) was bright, personable and helped me through the initial paperwork. (Notably, most of my online app communication and telephone communication is with Aaron, to which he's been extremely helpful in addressing my questions). Then, Ryan, Treatment Coordinator/Dental Assistant, walked me through basic intake, general process, and X-rays. He listened to my concerns, and he even told me of his own experience using Uniform Teeth. At this point, I was impressed by the professionalism and customer service I received by all personnel. Then, Dr. Yu arrived and his explanations and examination were OUTSTANDING. I appreciated that Dr. Yu provided 2 treatment plan options after a detailed examination, one being more costly but yielding ideally perfect results, and the other being less costly and more time efficient. I appreciated the detailed explanations of both plans. Being a grad student that is graduating soon, I didn't want to commit to the former option, as I am already bogged down by a tremendous amount of debt, but I also wanted to make my Teeth dreams a reality: with Uniform Teeth, I didn't need to compromise my wishes nor the quality of my treatment. Additionally, not mentioning Karen, another Treatment Coordinator that assisted me on my second follow-up appointment, would be an oversight on my part. She made me feel entirely comfortable during my attachment procedure. Her explanations were clear, as she would verbally account each step of the procedure while simultaneous performing the steps. Also, she is, quite simply, a sweetheart, and you can tell she loves her job. Overall, I am beyond thrilled I somehow stumbled upon Uniform Teeth (pretty sure it was a social media algorithm lol). I love Uniform teeth! They are nothing but great service and absolute best treatment for orthodontic. Imagine I have to wear the old braces and go in for check-up every month. That won't work during covid time! I started few months before covid spreaded in bay area. I was able to use this time working from home to incrementally change the trays and improve my teeth.The staff is extremenly professional and friendly. I have only great thing to say about them. Of course I have to do my part wearing the retainers every night and day. The app was easy to use.
