I drove through In N' Out because I was excited to try it and they weren't crazy busy. The ordering process was very smooth with the help of the advance guy working the drive through line. I got a standard burger with extra pickles and fries. It took me 7 minutes from the time I was handed my food to eat it in my hotel and the fries were only vaguely warm by then so take that into account. I'd say "take it with a grain of salt" but there is no salt on the fries and I was not told that. As a newbie that would have been helpful but I eventually found a packet of salt at the bottom of the bag.The burger was fine. Nothing special. Their idea of extra pickles and mine differ. If you wait in line outside (NOT DRIVE THRU) it's not that bad. It almost felt like a an outdoor social event because there were cops, people (don't worry everyone was six feet apart w masks) and dodger (the service dog in training) made a few new friends in line! Since we can't eat out w friends anyway- why not plan a "wait in line w friends for delicious food?" Also I went during a busy time (dinner time) and waited 20 min to order, about 20 to get my food. The burgers are good - the grilled onions make it nice and ask for it Animal style. The fries, well they just aren't good. 5 of us and we all said the fries are weak. The shakes are also, lacking in flavor. Best part of this place is the price. The food is only ok. read more

Add in a small chocolate strawberry shake, only do this if I'm working hard out in the front and back yards, moving rock, dirt, soil... burning the calories that need replacement. The food here is absolutely amazing. I usually order three Scooby snacks, and some fries with a drink. The only problem I've had with this restaurant is the wait in the lines. Was super excited to try it since I'm from Chicago and we don't have an in n out, but I was so disappointed in the animal fries I got. Staff were extremely friendly. We hit the place up on a Friday at 330 and had our food within 10 doing dine in. Bottom line good food,great location fast service. Since was in Denver figured I'd stop by one of the In-N-Out locations. Ordered two Double Double meals animal style on the burger and a strawberry shake. The burgers were as good as I remember them from living in California. Always like their fries since they are fresh. I have come here at least twice a week and have had nothing but great customer service and the best burgers around town at an affordable rate especially through Covid. We came at 10:30 and the drive thru line wait time was 1 hour. We parked and ordered inside and got our food within 10 minutes. I'm not sure why people are waiting in the drive thru for hours when it's much faster to walk in and order. The burgers are delicious and well worth the wait. You can call and check the wait times throughout the day. The highlight of this visit was the amazing customer service we received from the people that took our order and the extremely friendly employee (Nathaniel H) standing outside directing people. Nathaniel checked on us multiple times while we waited on our food, gave us some cool stickers, and thanked us for coming in. For a fast food restaurant, the service is impeccable. read more

Recent Socal transplant here... In-N-Out has been a staple of my diet for over 30 years. There were 3 within a 5 mile radius of my former home in San Diego and I would eat there 2-3x a month. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say I've eaten at In-N-Out ~1000 times over dozens of locations. Been to this Aurora location 3 times - twice during mask and social distancing party time, and more recently post-pandemic (can we call it that yet?!). Food: definitely great, right up there w/ the better In-N-Outs I'm used to. Fries were a bit limp one of the times but pretty crispy the others. Burger was on point each time... sometimes they can get a bit too greasy/salty/overdone, not at this location. Wait: I've avoided the drive-thru as it seems to have a much longer wait than going inside. During pandemic the line took about 15-20 minutes to order w/ about a 10 minute wait to get my food. Post-pandemic, there was only one person in front of me, basically ordered within 2 minutes of walking through the front door. That was actually much better than I'm used to in San Diego, often times there were 3-5 parties in front. Service: Super pleasant. The last time I went (no mask, eating inside) an employee came up to me and asked if I needed anything else. After I finished my meal another employee came to take my tray away. That service was not a thing in Socal. It is annoying there aren't any locations in central Denver as w/ no traffic it's about a 15 mile, 20-25 minute drive. Is it worth spending 45 minutes driving for an In-N-Out burger... this location makes a solid case. I'll probably come here once a month to get my fix. read more

Lived in San Diego for a few years so I've had my fair share of In-N-Out Burgers. This location has a bit to do to plush up before they meet the standard. I got a tip to park and walk up, which had my food in hand within 10 minutes of entering. The burger was good and the toppings generous, but a bit too generous. There was far too much mustard on the mustard fried patty and the burger was over cooked. The animal fries were perfect though. And the puppy patty seemed to get four paws up from the doggo. What can I say, it was worth the wait. I'm originally from the San Fernando Valley in California. This was a must here in Colorado. No, I did not wait the 14 hours opening day. We stood in line outside which was the fastest option around noon. It was 30 minutes and then it was another 15 minutes to order and receive food. It tastes just like in CA. It's really nothing special to be honest, I'll never understand the hype. Yes, they are tasty burgers for a very good price, but I'd never wait this long again. You can make a burger only so good. I give the staff props for being super friendly and working hard while it's this crazy busy. The order came out correct. Food was fresh which is to be expected from an In-N-Out. Finally took the drive out to Aurora and was pleasantly surprised, the wait was only 23 minutes start to finish on Wednesday at 11:30am! It took us longer to drive from Northglenn. Everything was fresh and hot and customer service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!! read more
