I'm down for a double double with chopped chillies, even a shake but the frys are consistently a let down. Somebody tell me the secret to ordering the frys please! Service is always great and the dining area is always being patrolled by staff to keep in clean and I love that!

My burger was raw not cooked through at all. Ate nearly half of it before I realized it was still raw throughout most of the burger

There's a first time for everything. It appears that the teens who work on Tuesday evenings are not the caliber of In-N-Out crew I've come to know in the past 50 years of being an INO O.G. from So. California. There was one young individual named Jay behind the counter who was on fire with his customer service!! One pretty young lady was difficult to understand as she mumbled her words but the food was hot and fresh! Quickly made too!! The buck stopped there. I ordered light-well fries which were amazing until I got to the middle of my fries and found the broken burnt bits. My burger was perfect with grilled whole onion and extra lettuce. Yay! The tables weren't cleaned swiftly. The ketchup dispenser was not working properly. The floors were filthy all over the place. Trash cans were overflowing. The trash receptacles in the soda station were full of trash!! Must've been a truly off evening. Even the crew behind the counter seemed frantic and confused about things. Yes my food was out quickly but I'd be okay if it took a few minutes longer to see the employees be sincerely happy and grateful to be working at such an amazing establishment. They did not appear happy at all.

I question the quality on this food tonight. I had ordered a double double with pickles and and had made it a combo with fries. Most of the fries had these black tips at the end and they were hard as a rock. The Pickles were rubbery aswell. I was expecting more out of this but my standards were a bit to high than anticipated. I'm pretty sure these potatoes and pickles were a day old or something. Not acceptable.

Wtf is this place!? A place of business or a car show meet up spot! over too many solicitors who do nothing but standing around degentrifying the place. Sure my $ may not impact a business this large but I will never return here past 7pm anything past that, prepare yourselves for nothing but possibly dangerous outcomes, people boxing in the parking lot, screaming. Random car meetups, just inconvenience all around, with the amount of business they bring they can and should add security. the food aight, overrated imo go to the one on Stapleton less hassle.

Always consistent food & quick lines. The staff is always upbeat & friendly. Burger was made to order just as i asked & hit the craving .

    Lots of everything but beef...lol.

Such a disappointment. It might have been my own fault for ordering a single patty. Simple and boring. I barely tasted the burger. I'll try it again with a double, somewhere else and leave a review. Friendly and quick service. Clean and organized location.

The French fries are crunchy. I don't know if that's normal since it's our first time here since we're just in town for a wedding. Not too impressed with the hamburger either. I think I got more lettuce than burger. Sorry I don't know what the big deal is! I've been to better burger places

Always a wonderful experience and a required stop when out west! The food is always fresh and made to order. The staff is the most friendly I've ever encountered in the fast food market. Very clean establishment!

Never eating in this place ever again. My whole experience was ruined. The meat patties were completely RAW!!! A restaurant that sees multiple reviews about this and doesn't do anything to fix it does not deserve any respect. Dont go to this place unless you want to be eating raw meat

Food was good & quick! Not blown away but decent burger with fresh ingredients. We got the double double & fries were good but not crispy. Will go again.

Ask the Community - In-N-Out Burger

How long is the average wait these days?

30-35 min if you stand in line around 6 pm after work. I hear in the morning when they open it's much shorter. Honestly the time goes by quickly if you go w a friend! Keep in mind their "heaters" do NOT work AT ALL! So if it's cold, dress warm

Is this location still open as of right now during covid? Are they just doing drive through or pick up?

Just drive thru and pick up

Is there a clearly marked entrance or lane separate from the drive-thru if you want to go inside and order?

There is a separate walk-in order that's half the time wait. Just went today drive thru was 1 1/2 hour wait, walk-in was 20-30 minutes.

How long is the wait for the in person waiting line?

If you get there early, I'd say under 2 hours

Can anyone provide a live update of the line absurdity? I'm in Boulder and I'll make the drive but not waiting 12 hours haha

I was told by the Aurora team at In-N-Out that mid-week at opening has a very short (Say 30 minute) line.

Even though every table was full by 12:15, the staff was hustling. Our server checked on us multiple times and our Hoffens Burgers were excellent. There was plenty of goat cheese, avocado and roasted red pepper. Definitely crave worthy! I loved the curry crema dipping sauce and ate it with my fries and burger. It was very loud for about an hour and then the place began to empty out and the noise level was more tolerable. I noticed they had some specialty cocktails that were new so I'll be heading back soon to try those. Quick additional tip: We tried to go to dinner at 5pm tonight (granted it's a Saturday) and even though the restaurant looked almost empty we were told it would be an hour wait for our party of 6. I feel like we could have eaten and been out in that time but we weren't given a chance. The hostess didn't seem very sorry to see us leave so I'm rethinking coming back any time soon. First time not being welcomed there. So my tip is - even when you think a restaurant is casual - MAKE A RESERVATION. (I really didn't want to eat there twice in one week anyway ;)

Which is a little misleading, cause the meatball section of the place has more menu options since they merged together. That's not a bad thing, cause their fancy sodas and sausage sandwich are pretty good, reasonably priced for the place, too. The only real hiccup here was constantly waiting for service. It was like the workers are not well adjusted to the dark and we end up hiding in plain sight.

The menu has plenty of options to customize your burger, and one thing I thought was unique is that you fill out a paper order form with all of your toppings before handing it to the staff to place your order. We chose to sit on the pet-friendly patio with our dog, Luna, which was great until a surprise downpour rolled in. The patio tables have umbrellas, but they weren't enough to keep us (or our food) dry. We ended up grabbing the condiments and finishing our meal in the car instead. Obviously, the weather isn't their fault, but a little more covered seating would have been nice. I also would have loved to see Thousand Island dressing offered as a condiment--it would have been perfect on my burger. Fresh avocado as an add-on would have been another great option to take it to the next level. Overall, it's a fun, casual burger spot with good food, a dog-friendly patio, and friendly service. I'd definitely stop by again if I was in the Golden area.

This place has that classic sports bar energy you hope for... TVs everywhere, a lively crowd, and the kind of atmosphere where you can kick back and enjoy a solid burger. If you're a burger fan, be warned--the menu is loaded. It actually took a minute to land on a decision because there are so many creative options. I went with the Burger in a Bowl and added blue cheese. Now let's talk about that... They don't do the "light sprinkle" thing here. They pile it on, and as someone who appreciates bold flavor, I was all in. The burger itself was cooked well and had great flavor throughout. It comes with steak fries, and I specifically asked for them well done... unfortunately, they didn't quite hit that crispy finish I was hoping for. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting. Service was okay--nothing negative, just not overly engaging or memorable. Kind of a "take your order and keep it moving" vibe. That said, the overall experience was strong. Between the atmosphere, the variety on the menu, and a really solid burger, this is absolutely a place I'd come back to if I lived nearby. Pro Tip: If you're a blue cheese fan, don't hesitate--they go big with it here. Final Verdict: Great spot for burgers and a laid-back sports bar experience. A little more attention to fries and service would push this into 5-star territory.

Ok no big deal I guess - it didn't look very busy, but these things happen. We were sat and our server took our drink order right away. The cocktails were very good - I tried the Living on a Pear which was very refreshing and the rest of our party had the 1858 which they liked a lot. Once we got our drinks no one came by for 30 minutes and I had to flag someone down to bring us some water. At 30 minutes we asked if chips and guac was an option while the kitchen was "temporarily not serving food" but the server said all the fryers were full with fries so no they can't do that. Ok... so we continued to wait. It was around the 45 minute mark we were able to order so they were true to their word. This is what we ordered: - Pork Belly Bacon Scoops - these were just ok. The fries were nothing to write home about and there wasn't a lot of toppings. The pork belly bits were very small and kind of hard and chewy. The sauce was decent, but just not enough of it. - Li'l Wig - I'm sad to say this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I requested medium rare and I don't know what the patty is made out of it, but it resembled more like meatloaf than a burger. It was very dense and had a strong gamey taste, reminded me more of bison or venison. Idk, it was just not very good. I only took a few bites and left the rest. The brioche bun was tasty and so was the W sauce. The fries were really good and had a nice crunch. I wish the appetizer used those fries instead. The service was inconsistent. We were barely checked on until the very end when we had a few different people come by and refill waters / bring the check. We never saw our original server again. It is a nice vibe inside, great lighting and decor with both indoor and outdoor seating, but I don't think I'll be returning. The bill was $133 for 3 drinks, 1 app, and 3 burgers. Felt pretty let down leaving still hungry and over $150 in the hole (after tip). Hoping it was just a fluke and other people have better experiences there.
