I've been here several times and it's actually the closest In N Out to me even though I live in Chino Hills, but we tend to go to the Chino Hills one more often for some reason. Anyways, the staff here has always been really friendly and tonight I came and the girl taking my payment was superrr chill and we bonded over the fact that we have the same kind of bracelet that we both got at some point in Mexico! So great. Friendly energy, and all around made some good light night munchies be even a better reason to always come back to In N Out. Yes, you can still enjoy In-N-Out as a vegetarian. Give their grilled cheese sandwich with raw onions, extra spread, chilies, cut-in-half & french fries a try; their shakes are delicious too. It's our favorite spot on the way home from 91 East, and whenever the option arises, we all agree it's the place to go. My go to is the number 2, but I get the animal style fries instead of plain fries. The food is always delicious and fresh, and the service is always awesome and consistent. Bad from the beginning. I'm trying to order as she is not allowing me to finish talking. I ordered 2 plain cheeseburger, grill cheese, 2 cheese fries, 1 lemonade and 2 pink lemonade. She reads it back correctly. What I received was 2 cheeseburger plain and 1 cheeseburger with everything. NO grill cheese and had to reorder the drinks well paying the bill. You can't come to California and not order something from this place. Normally I'm not running to burger joints but I just had to get this right after landing So, I ordered the double double protein style. This means no bun to avoid the carbs and sugar. I probably could've eaten 2 and used the excuse that there's no carbs to fill on but I didn't. To me, it was enjoyable yet dripped while trying to shove it in my mouth driving to my dad's place. In and Out is a staple for us when we come for California and this was no different. We literally got in at 9:30 am and drove to the nearest In and Out, which opens at 10:30 am. We were so excited. I got two hamburgers with everything on it, my husband got a double double and fries. Our service was AMAZING. Ray was wonderful. Attentive, funny, helpful, the list goes on and on. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts was because the fries weren't magical. But, I did slam my two burgers. I'm lucky I even got a photo! Every time I come to this location I've always been impressed with the quality of the food, high standard of customer service and after every order I'm told "thank you" The restrooms are alway clean when I've been in and dining area kept up, tables wiped, fountain area clean! I went through the drive through last night and was greeted with a friendly voice on the intercoms (you usually hear some one who is unhappy and miserable) offered me and asked me "how can I help you" and would I like onions! My favorite is a Double Double Animal style with a whole grill onion the grilled onions and chopped chili's! Or there's always the awesome Flying Dutchman to get either way you really can't ever go wrong with anything you order @ In In Out! My favorite drink to get is an Arnold Palmer with more lemonade than ice tea and a splash of 7up! This location is right off the 91 freeway so it's easy for you to get back on the freeway no matter what direction you are headed. New to the area, I had to check out the location closest to me, less than 5 minutes away, I don't know if it was due to moving all morning but this was the best meal I have ever had! When attempting to leave feedback to their management team, Shift Manager David didn't have the guts to face an unsatisfied customer. Definitely won't be returning to this location.
