Every now and again I try a new one in a new city, but so far I'm 3/3 with mistaken orders and errant charges. Unfortunately this one is no exception. Crew made a mistake (after not having any tacos - at a Jack in the Box! What? But anyway...) and were annoyed at having to explain and issue a refund. I even had to go so far as to show them the bank statement that showed 1 charge, 1 refund, and 1 charge again from them. Without doubt the worst Jack in the Box in all of the country. Not once have I used this location to supplement my hunger and had a good experience. Food is always incorrect, they mess with the menu items to up-charge you, the drive thru takes about 3 hours. If I was the manager of this location I would be embarrassed and ashamed. If it's corporate I suggest you look into it, if it's franchised, whoever owns it doesn't know what they're doing and should show a little more responsibility. read more

I know you can't sit down and eat but I'm talking about not even being able to get in for takeout food or to-go only. The only thing that was open was drive-thru. WOW, don't bother trying to use their MOBILE APP at this location (6th street in Corona) because they can't figure out how to use the technology - it's just way too complicated for them to handle. We came here to get food, we always come here and never have an issue. Usually the lady who helps us out is a white lady (I think she's an manager) and she's super sweet, always outgoing and I've never had an issue ever with her. Today I came to pick up food, and the usual lady who was here was replaced by a woman named Naomi. She was insanely rude. I have never ever experienced anyone this rude. I work in a fast food restaurant and not once have I ever treated anyone the way she treated me. Constantly rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing while I was ordering. She interrupted me while I was ordering, and went "the kitchen is closed now," im an extremely rude tone, and completely cut me off. I was caught off guard and asked if I could still order and she completely ignored me and I waited for 5 minutes before I got a reply. I am insanely disappointed with the customer service I experienced tonight. If you don't know how to treat people, then don't work in a fast food customer service based industry. read more

I work late so when I got home I decided to doordash Jack in the box. I have never been to this location or ordered from here before so this was my very first time. I ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito and it tasted a little weird but I just assumed it got cold on the drive to my house. I woke up at 11 am having to run to the bathroom and realized I got FOOD POISONING for the first time in my life. I have always worked in the food industry so checking temperatures and making sure everything is sanitary is NOT HARD to do at all. I think this Jack in the Box deserves more credit for what they do. Sometimes the drive-thru line and the wait can be long, but I think that's normal for fast food restaurants. I've never had any problems with this Jack in the Box before. My food always comes out delicious and never gets the wrong order. The staff was really friendly and helpful (I usually come here late at nights. So anything after 9pm) the staff here are really generous with their sauces.
