I don't know if it is the hype or the vibe it gives off every time I pull up to In-N-Out Burger but I always feel so happy and excited to munch down! I saw a post that said Gordon Ramsey's favorite fast food restaurant meal was the animal style cheeseburger with the animal style fries so I definitely had to try it coming from a food expert like he is! When you first pull up you notice the menu sign is very simple and straight to the point which makes it quick and easy to order! Almost gives off a 1960s vibe. The customer service has never failed to be great as well. The food itself tasted amazing and full of flavor, every bite left excitement rushing through my foody veins! I love In&Out. I've had it in California and I've had it in Arizona. This was my first time in Texas and I was really looking forward to it. The staff was just as friendly as I expected. The burger was good. But I was really disappointed with the fries. They're usually too hot to touch when I get them. But these weren't just cold. They were stale. I got that horrible stale taste in my mouth and could not finish them. I'm hoping this was a one time thing for what ever reason because I really like the fries I'm used to getting here. read more

I'm from the east coast, Philadelphia, so anytime I'm in a city that has In-N-Out Burger I have to try it. Even if it's just for the gram. This isn't my first time trying In-N-Out. I've had it before and honestly was underwhelmed after all the hype. But this location is different! I actually really enjoyed the sandwich and fries here! Everything was really fresh, though I personally think the fries could use more salt (they were great and gave me a ton of salt packets so I made them the perfect salty ness. I think they use just the right amount of their secret sauce here. We got a drive through meal but they have indoor seating available, even during COVID which is great. The drive through line seemed really long at first but, true to their name, we were in and out really quickly. I would love to come back and try more of the "secret menu" options next time. And don't forget to pick up one of their souvenir shirts so that all your friends back home can know that you got to taste these infamous burgers! read more

The food here is delicious, and (most of) the staff is friendly. Try the fries animal style! That being said, their "distancing" makes absolutely no sense! They put us at a table next to a group of people, rather than letting us sit at a booth by ourselves. First off, how can you possibly go wrong with In-N-Out? Nuff said. However, even with the best, some locations are better than others. This place definitely satisfied our cravings and our expectations. We hadn't been to In-N-Out in probably a year and saw the sign from the highway and decided to pull off. The parking lot was packed, so we were a bit worried that we'd be waiting a while. No such issues here. We walked in where they had all registers open and were churning through customers at a rapid rate. We both got double doubles, protein style and animal style with hot peppers and animal style fries. Their menu may be limited, but it's delicious. I staked out a place to sit while my husband waited for the order. I had barely finished filling drinks before he walked over with the food. Extremely efficient. The food was excellent. Just can't go wrong with that animal style sauce. The restaurant was clean and the service was exceptional. I was here Saturday, November 5th. There was the normal line for the drive thru. So I decided to dine inside. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a strawberry shake. The interior was clean and the employees were neatly dressed and friendly. The wait for my meal wasn't long and everything was delicious. The shake was thick and difficult to get thru the straw, perfect. I live in the northeast and we don't have any In-N-Outs in these parts. I will definitely return on my next trip to Texas. read more

So... I'm not the biggest fan of the chain. I'm a normal person who appreciates what they offer a normal amount. I am not a die hard INO lover who prattles on about secret menu items. I'm just a girl who came for a burger. That being said, I was very pleased that this location is better than the one in my hometown. INO has burgers with thin patties and are very veggie heavy. They always deliver on fresh vegetables too. Their menu is super small, revolving around regular and double burgers, with and without cheese, fries, drinks and shakes. Of course you can ask for just about any version of these items and do almost anything to them. You can google their secret menu and get all sorts of ideas. I like their burgers, when I'm in the mood for a small burger with lots of fresh veggies, and I especially like their shakes. This burger was much better than my typical spot, it was actually juicy! The burger really hit the spot and all those veggies tricked me into thinking I was being healthy. Score! This location is pretty big and very busy. At least they were last Saturday at lunch time. Though the store was clean, there wasn't really time to bus tables before they were grabbled by the next person. The staff was very friendly, but what I found impressive was this location was super fast. We received our food in less than 10 minutes in a full restaurant- they were hustling. Great service! Now for the bad news, the fries are awful!! Stop, you know it's true. I know they are proud of them being hand cut, but they have the texture and taste of cardboard. Sorry INO, you'll never win me on the fries. It doesn't matter what you add, if you order them well done, making them animal style- they don't live up to my expectations of fries. Quick stop to get my In-N-Out "fix" before heading to DFW for my flight home. What you would expect from an In-N-Out location, clean facility and friendly staff. I never thought in a million years I would give an in and out three stars but this location needs some work. I've lived in CA and AZ and never really had a bad experience anywhere, but this location I've been to a few times over the last few months. Two out of three times the fries were cold. Three out of three times I asked for peppers on the burger and got maybe one if any at all. Barely any lettuce every time and last time there was no onion? I know for a fact I never said no onion because I would never do that. A burger isn't a burger without onion in my opinion, so last time was a real disappointment. No onion, no peppers, and barely any lettuce. I'll have to think twice before trying this location again. The staff are always nice, but that doesn't make up for wrong orders and cold fries. (3.5) I grew up on some real deal In-N-Out Burger. This spot is no different than any other fast food joint in Texas. A gourmet styled bun that you can get at Red Robin. Sauce reminds me of the runny burgers you can get from a Wendy's or Burger King. The patty has become so commercialized that you might as well get the beef from McDonalds. Yes, you can try it. If you plan to eat in the car then ask them to put your meal in a lap box.
