I went here at 2:30pm on a Sunday and the lines where not too bad. It was crowded, but not super bad like in some places. I ordered a 4x4 with fries and a drink and it cost $15 dollars, I ended up giving some money to their charity. Anyways it was not bad of a price and food quality is good and consistent across the In-n-Out. I enjoy it.

Double Doubles

It's no secret that In-N-Out has my heart ... and that's why I make it a point to stop for a double-double anytime I'm in a state that houses one of their restaurants. Our experience at this Grapevine/Southlake location was great! This spot is easily accessible from the highway, and they have plenty of parking available for folks wanting to dine in. The drive-thru line did wrap around the parking lot a bit, but you could tell that the team was working hard to get cars through quickly. We opted to eat inside, and only had to wait a few minutes for our food. I ordered my go-to guilty pleasure: a double-double animal style and some animal style fries to share. The food was phenomenal (as it always is) and the service was just as memorable. I'm already dreaming of my next In-N-Out visit.

Very good staff...they make sure you have a great visit every time. Food was cooked exactly as ordered. The restaurant seemed a bit warm though. Super loud inside, but the place was packed. I'll come back.

Double double protein style

Always our first stop when we land in Texas. In-N-Out Burger is a beloved fast-food chain known for its fresh ingredients and simple menu. In-N-Out's menu features classic items like the Double-Double, Animal Style fries, and milkshakes. Its "secret menu" offers variations and customizations. I grabbed the double double protein style and my husband got the double double animal style. My mom Got a hamburger and a strawberry milkshake and we shared some fries. I love their take on burger sauce and their fries. The burgers didn't taste as good as I've had from them in the past. The milkshake was pretty melted and subpar.

It has been years since we have had In and Out. Atlanta does not have any of these and my son and I missed it badly. So as soon as we landed in Dallas we scoped out where the closest one was and we made plans to hit it up! This was a very busy but nice location. It was well maintained and as always fast to get through even with the amount of people. We ordered double doubles, shakes, and fries and waited for our number to be called. I guess we had built it up a lot in our minds... it was still good but not as good as we remembered. After two years of steak and shake, shake shack, Shane's craft burgers, and various other locations I guess we had grown fond of other burgers. It was still good but not the end all be all we thought it was. The fries are really not that great at all. Nothing wrong with this location though. It was nice... and the food was good... I guess the over all flavors were just tainted by all of the other selections we have had for the last two years.

Why would you go anywhere else for burger? Service is on point, place is clean... get you some.

I've been here several times, and my take on the place has not changed! The interior reminds me of a throwback, to a 1950s burger joint. It is extremely clean and well-maintained... Literally looks as if they just open their doors / new like appearance. The employees are also attired in a fashion, which makes you feel you're in the 50s! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and shows a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service! They appear to love their job! The lady working the dining room, not only ask us (twice) if everything was OK or if we needed some thing... when we finish, she immediately showed up and offered to take our tray for us. Truly incredible service here! Note: the order process was extremely easy and the counter folks were eager to be helpful, in anyway. It's a very simple menu concept, basically burgers, fries, and drinks. Certainly as compared to all other QSR burger joints. they are really reasonably priced, and if you take into consideration the service, underpriced. The burgers are made to order, always come out, fresh, hot and juicy. They fresh make (not frozen) their french fries, which are also excellent. I simply can't get over how friendly, clean, and well run this operation is! If other stores (in this chain) are like this, I see why they're so popular! This is the only location I've ever visited, and would highly recommend you go to this location, if you have not been here before!

Double double with well done fries

Stopped by In-N-Out for a late night snack when mostly everything else was closed. I ordered a double-double with grilled onions and well-done fries. The toasted bun and crispy fries were excellent. This is by far one of my favorite late night snacks. I'll probably order a vanilla shake next time.

She led me back to the table with my friends and created some small talk on the way, so that was a nice change of pace, considering many people just point you on your way. Our waitress was very fast and helpful with picking out our foods based on our likes. Once the food came out, everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals, including myself. We started the table off with the biscuits and fried green tomatoes (demolished!). I kept it simple with the chicken and waffles (delicioius and crispy), which was a HUGE helping (yum!). Others at my table enjoyed the the shrimp and grits and WB chicken sandwich. No complaints heard from them! The server was kind and friendly and was outstanding throughout our entire meal. The service here would not be out of place in a luxury restaurant. After looking at the menu we decided on the Bee Sting NY Pizza and a Classic Burger with Fries. The pizza crust was quite good and the toppings really complimented each other. The burger was the star of the show! The patties were cooked perfectly with crispy edges and the overall flavor was outstanding. The fries were also top notch. The restaurant is clean and inviting and our experience was great. Highly Reccommended!

About 24 minutes went by & I asked the cashier, "is it too late to sit down & eat here?" since there was a table open & no one else waiting on dine in I didn't think it would be much harm. He replied "yeah you got that" I went and sat down & about a minute in the waitress approached us and asked if we checked in. I tried to explain the situation and she cuts me off "it doesn't work that way, you need to pickup your food and leave" then walks off to attend the other tables before I can explain. I try to get her attention again for a few more minutes & she's avoiding me walking around the section where I'm sitting. Then she asks someone if there's "anyone who needs seats" and grabs 2 menus & approaches the table again, this time I explain the whole situation & she gives a half assed apology & tells me she has "2 people who need this table now." I relent & go back to wait by the door. After another 6 minutes of waiting our food gets brought to the dining room by another server & she has to go find us by the front door. Now I'm eating in my car, the fries are delicious & perfectly crispy with a soft fluffy inside. The pepperoni pizza is delicious with some nice small slices of pepperoni so they aren't split between bites. & the burger tastes pretty good, the patty is well toasted & the brioche bun is a nice touch. The food is fantastic which is a bummer because I don't think I'll be frequenting this location if service continues to be like this. However I believe it can be improved with just more communication & a united front & listening to someone when they're talking & not walking off mid conversation. I will not try & pretend like I am not at fault here because I did complicate things when I tried to dine in after ordering to-go, but there are better ways to deal with these things. With so many dining options available, I chose Jake's Burgers after hearing positive recommendations from my brother. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how organized and spotless the restaurant was. It had a welcoming sports-bar atmosphere that felt both relaxed and inviting. I was promptly greeted by J.T., the host, who was kind, polite, and welcoming as he escorted us to a booth. Our server, K.T., was friendly, efficient, and attentive. He quickly brought us water, took our order, and thoughtfully repeated everything back to ensure accuracy. We started with the fried mushrooms ($8.99), which arrived hot, juicy, well-seasoned, and pleasantly spicy--just as promised. They were easily some of the best fried mushrooms I've had in a long time. For our main course, I ordered the Classic Double Cheeseburger on a poppyseed bun with all the toppings ($11.79), while we also tried the Jake's Special Burger with the works ($11.79).
