This is definitely my favorite go-to location in the area I live in. There is another Fort Worth location near me, but if I know I want In&Out burger I make sure I go here. So back in the day, they were always on point. With the service, the bun, the sauce, everything was always made great. I've been here many many times and had the same consistent experience with great burger and fries. Yes even the fries were amazing at this location. Sadly, I have to say this past time when I came on a Friday afternoon around 1pm, my burger tasted a bit off. The buns were slightly stale, the special sauce was WAY too salty, and the fries turned stale after about 1 minute. I'm hoping this was a one time thing, because I thought this place was the best and needed to train other locations to be more like them. I also wonder if their buns got changed after they had the shortage? Well I'll be back in a few weeks and if it improves they I'll update my review. Huge fan of In-n-out burger. Any time I'm in TX or CA traveling for work, my first stop is an in-n-out burger. Consistency in execution, brilliance in the basics. YOU CANT GO WRONG. here is the best part. The only thing better than ordering three 4x4 protein style and eating 2 for dinner is eating the third the next morning for breakfast. I go to this particular place more than the rest because for some reason, I'm in TX a lot now. No complaints. I love TX. The service is always great. I didn't get my typical In-n-out fix here like I typically do. I found service to be slower than other locations I've been to and our cashier was a little slow when it came to ordering. We had to separate our orders to make it easier on him. This location never disappoints. There is usually a line but it moves quickly and the food is always hot and fresh. An animal style cheeseburger and fries is my go-to order. Have not had In-N-Out in about 8 years. It was just as good as I remember. I thought they were only available in LA but Dallas delivered and it was just like the original. Had two items off the regular menu, burger and shake and then tried some special fries off the secret menu. I prefer the original fries but was fun to try something different. I guess I coulda drowned them in ketchup, but what's the point? You're supposed to love fries right out of the fryer. Prior to this location being built, whenever we traveled to Southern California the first thing we did when we got off the plane was visit the In-N-Out near the Los Angeles Airport. Kept wishing they'd come out to Texas someday. We were ecstatic when the Grapevine location was announced, but a bit pensive that it wouldn't be the same. It was! Same great menu, same great "off the menu" items, and same friendly staff. They keep the menu simple and the food they prepare is simply the best - hot, fresh, and always served fast and with a smile. We love our In-N-Out! read more

This place is pretty solid and all of the staff are really friendly and they are extremely helpful. It was really busy so they were helping out wiping tables for us. I've dined in and I've gone thru the drive thru several times. The employees act like they work at Disney World. It's like they have the greatest job on the planet. I appreciate that. I love how their burgers are just the right size. Not too big, not too small. Once when I was on my diet kick I got my burger "naked". That's where they wrap it in lettuce, no bun. That was awful! If there's one thing that's consistent at In-N-Out, it's consistency. I've been to at least 7 or 8 of the DFW area outposts of In-N-Out, and I always have the same, great experience. You know what you're going to get from the moment you approach the restaurant: It's going to be clean. It's going to be staffed with young, happy faces. The drive through was backed up at 10 pm so I went inside to order. Usually at most places there isn't such a disparity in wait time but not here. It took me at least 10 minutes to even place an order because they only had one cashier. Then it took another 15 minutes to get my food while the drive through was serviced much faster. Fast food yes, but what I love is that I feel like I'm actually eating a real burger compared to other fast food places. You don't feel as fat and guilty after eating there. They are generous with fries and don't add too much condiments. They don't come pre salted or peppered but they have packets readily available if you feel so inclined.
