I live in Laughlin and I go to this in and out regularly, every single time I have something wrong with my order, I always have to check my bag before pulling off and normally it's the same issue. I order protein style (lettuce instead of buns) every single time I come here, it says that on my receipt, this location regardless of time of day still puts buns on the burger and make me wait an extra 5-10minutes for them to make another from scratch. This time I gave them the benefit of the doubt to come home and just throw this in the trash cause I'm not about to drive 15 minutes to have them remake it. Thanks for wasting another $6 read more

We went there yesterday, approximately 5pm. There was nobody at the door. Noboby to clean tables. The trash cans were overflowing. Food on the floor. People sitting at restricted tables. We didn't feel protected, safe or cared about. We've eaten there many times before and I'm sure we will again. Just thought others should be made aware. read more

We were ordering in the drive thru. I roll down the window and hear "order when your ready" I ask for a number 3 combo... No response. I'm about to speak and hear another "order when your ready" once again I ask for the hamburger number 3 combo, " a number 2?" I say once again "number 3" ... no response, after a while I hear "what do you want for the drink?" I ask for a strawberry shake, no response. Once again after a while I hear "what was that?" " a strawberry milkshake please." I wait for a while and she says "anything else?" I ask for 2 hamburgers, I say no to the onions and after a while I hear "anything else?" I say that'll be it and after a while she tells us our order "A cheeseburger, 1 fry, strawberry milkshake, and 2 hamburgers" I say "Oh, no cheese. Not a cheeseburger, a hamburger." "So no cheese on the 2 hamburgers?" Once again I say "no, for the combo I want a hamburger not a cheese burger" on the screen it says 'hamburger, 1 fry, medium drink' I didn't say that but she still didn't understand and still said cheeseburger. One of my family members had to speak up and say "I don't want a cheeseburger, I want a hamburger." "So 2 hamburgers?" Once again we said "No, 3 hamburgers, 1 fry, and 1 shake." She finally said our order right and I was hoping that our order was right. We went to the first window, everything was good. Not gonna go into major details, but if you've been to an In n out, then you know how good the food is and here you will not be disappointed. This good thing about this place is that it isn't as busy as others. So it's nice that it's not so loud and crowded. It's situated right next to the Tropicana Hotel, so when we are passing through to Cali we always stay there and walk next door to here. Very convenient. read more

This is the best fast food chain and I'm glad they have a location out here. The service was very accomodating and the cashier was friendlier than most servers I've dealt with. She asked if I wanted my fries "animal style" and she explained how the fries are served. I went with the cheeseburger and "animal style" fries and as usual the burger was out of this world good! The fries were served with the sauce and grilled caramelized onions on top. Awesome as always! read more

As with any other In-N-Out Burger experience I've had, the workers here are efficient and very nice. My brother said he felt the burgers here didn't taste as good as the ones we've had in CA, but I didn't notice a difference. Maybe I was so hungry I didn't mind. I also learned that day that we could request chopped peppers into our burgers (chopped peperoncinis). Awesome. Tasted better that way IMO. Great food for a California native. There is nothing different from this In-n-out compared to the ones back home. I guess from a yelper's point of view that doesn't make you want to come here and bookmark this place. But as a hungry traveler I can recommend this place especially with home sick children. It's like going to China and taking the family to McDonalds for a taste of home. Lastly as a parent its affordable and that always help. We got there with a large party on Sunday morning (11:30) and though we would beat the lunch crowd by getting there early. Boy were we wrong. The place was packed already and no room for seating, especially with the size of our party. But as usual, In-N-Out has yet to fail me and provided us with reasonably priced delicious burgers and great service. After hating life trying to eat at the Grand Buffet (got my money back after three bites) in The Edgewater Hotel.
