Not a very crowded/busy In N Out. Before getting in the drive thru line, was expecting a long line. But surprisingly there were only 6 cars in the drive thru around 10 pm. Service was nice as usual. The 4 by 0 was awesome and it tasted better than California burgers for some reason. read more

I've yet to eat at any In-N-Out Burger that hasn't been good. While this particular In-N-Out in Laughlin, NV, isn't the best I've ever eaten at and certainly doesn't have standout service by any stretch of the imagination, it's still head and shoulders better than the other fast-food places anywhere close. Unless that is, you want to cross the river into Bullhead City. But you'll find an In-N-Out Burger there as well. This place is always busy since it's one of the very few fast-food restaurants in Laughlin. There's always a line at this In-N-Out because people tend to grab their burgers when leaving town. I also assume many tourists eat here during their stay. Quite frankly, the hamburgers here are half the price of what you'll get at Smashburger in Harrah's (where I always stay), and they're twice as good. First the cult following of this chain creates insane lines at this location made worse by not having one available on the bullhead city side. This means not only are all the hotel guests visiting this location but everyone that lives on the bullhead side as well. Like most of these franchises, it was good and standard. For some reason, I didn't get my normal protein style triple triple. I ordered a regular double double and didn't like the bun. Animal fries were good. The service was kind and professional. Everyone seemed to like what they got. The pink lemonade was tasty. The venue was clean and bright as expected. This was just a quick stop for milkshakes, but I was so impressed by the overall experience I had to leave a review. To begin with there was an attendant in the parking lot taking orders I am making sure everything was right. To not have to yell into a loudspeaker was so nice. The crew working inside the restaurant was clearly hustling and doing their best to make sure everything was right. The staff members that greeted us at the pay window and food pick up window were exceptionally polite and made eye contact, very impressive. Lastly, the milkshakes were absolutely delicious! BEST FOOD IN THE WORLD!!!! I went to in n out 5 days in a row because it's my fav ever!!! They are cheap, but great quality and service. NICEST staff you'll ever meet. FOOD IS TO DIE FOR LITERALLY, I WOULD TAKE A BULLET FOR MY DOUBLE DOUBLE. There is also bike parking perfect for a nice bike ride to burgers. There is outdoor seating for pets. Went to Laughlin for a day and stopped at In-N-Out. Very classic In-N-Out service. I ordered animal style fries with a mustard grilled patty on top, tasted good! I love this place. It's the only place i can feed my family for a decent price and the employees are outstanding. The hilarious part of the process is trying to listen to the clerk read back your entire order with the loud AC on and wearing a mask. Save your breath guys, no one can hear you. It's easy to find right on the main strip no inside dining but they have 3 tables outside. They give you a placemat if your eating in your car and the drive thru is normally packed at night and for lunch. Same taste as all the rest read more

A group of 5 of us came here Thursday around midnight and placed an order of a burger for each of us, some fries, and some drinks. The food was good and the servers where very friendly. We did, however, discover an issue when we were assigned number 51 and they kept calling out for an order for number 53 that nobody was picking up. Turns out our order messes up a bit. Better than Burger King, Wendy's, Jack in the Box, etc. but not as fantastic as anyone who grew up eating them in CA will stridently proclaim. the service is always top notch and I appreciate that. The facilities are always fairly clean and pleasant as well. The fries are absolute trash and always have been. I haven't ever had good fries at an In n' Out.
