We are here on vacation in Laughlin and we wanted in n out burger. I will start off by saying this is one of the best in n outs I have ever been too! The staff is so friendly, and provide excellent customer service! We came here twice and dined in. The inside is clean, and the staff really works together. We are here for the weekend, there are tons of people arriving and leaving. The staff is smiling and we're very nice each time. Now let's talk about the food, Wow! Exceptional! But of course, just as I'm heading for the line some woman wanders out the restroom and squeaks in right in front of me. And of course it's the Biggest Order In Burger History. "I need a #1 with grilled onions AND a #1 without grilled onions AND a #2 AND five cheeseburgers AND a grilled cheese with some very particular layout AND animal fries with onions AND an animal fries without onions AND ...." Great service for the 5 star score though. The crew in general was really nice but Sharene or Sherice? was an all-star, humming around taking care of everyone and being very attentive, picking up trays, getting people napkins and ketchup, chatting with people when they had local questions ... would have been excellent service for a 4-star restaurant let alone some fast food place. read more

Just be really clear when you order. They will and can screw it up like put onions on your burger, when you told them and they repeated to me. Or they're spread. And then scap it off the bread because they made a mistake. But now your bread has a slightl taste of there nasty spread and its soggy. read more

As good as any In N Out, but for some reason the drive thru wait times here are just ridiculous everytime I come here! I just order a #2 spread only and sit at the second window for a solid 5mins, which may not seem like a long time, but in drive-thru time, that is a freaking eternity. It never fails either, I drive up to the first window, pay; sit behind the other two cars waiting for forever for their orders; finally pull up to the 2nd window and immediately get my drink, only to sit there twiddling my thumbs waiting for my order. I don't know what the hold up is as they never seem that exceptionally busy. In any case, that is the reason for the two stars as with other locations you are waiting in the DT line because there are a ton of cars, not because of an order hold up. For having nine or 10 employees in the back, it was hard to tell for sure because they were all moving so fast, I could not believe how long it took to get our food after ordering. It's IN-N-OUT, what's not to love. Like any other IN-N-OUT they are awesome. Sometimes they have a really long line but it's still worth it. If you haven't eaten here before you should definitely try it. And do yourself a favor , GOOGLE the hidden/special menu for tricks on ordering special things. For instance order the fries "animal style" to have them covered in grilled onions, cheese and special sauce. Or a "mustard burger" is dredged in mustard and then grilled. There are more so see for yourself. Take my advice and order 2 burgers or the double because you will finish the first one before you know it's gone. You will want to taste the second one. read more

Well, I know what you're going to say you already stopped at and reviewed the one in Las Vegas but is there a limit on the amount of different In and Out burger places you can stop at? I hadn't stopped at this location ever in fact up until recently, I wasn't aware it was here. There always seems to be a lot of competition for my attention when I'm out and about so it must have escaped my radar. This is pretty much like all the other In N Out's you will visit but a bit more small town feel. We actually dined in, which is rare for us as we are usually on the road to the next thing. Quick and efficient service. Constantly cleaning the restaurant, that's a plus. They do some volume. On this day a lot of work crews were stopping in for lunch when we were there. Very slow thru the drive thru around lunchtime. I have gone there a couple of times. Once during the week and once on the weekend. Still slow. I asked why so long and they only have one grill.
