Quick and delicious dinner on the road to our Thanksgiving holiday celebration... Stopped in around 7pm Wednesday night. The place was packed, but the timing must've been perfect, because I walked right up to the register to place our order (2 double doubles, fries, and large drinks to go, and eat in the car). Lines were long which isn't unusual for In-n-out but I was just amazed at how fast the drive thru service was compared to the other locations. The service was wonderful as aways. There is something about driving 300 ish miles that makes me appreciate the deliciousness that is "In-n-out" Other than gas, buying coffee and stopping at a "rest stop", I did very little stopping between the Bay Area and LA. I think this location is perfect because it's about this time that I was hungry... what better fast food restaurant to visit then In-N-Out ! Possibly the best in n out ive been to. This location is right off the freeway, right before ascending the grapevine. Convenient location, with lots of parking and very clean interior inside. Food: 1. Double double protein style {5/5 stars} - This burger was nicely wrapped in lettuce, with many times the burger is not wrapped tightly resulting in the burger falling apart. Only problem is, you'll likely be on your way somewhere else because it's located in the grapevine boonies! In a town called Arvin, it's at the most northern end of the grapevine & across the freeway from Tejon Ranch Outlets (which I suppose might be a destination trek for some)! Being that we pass through here often as we head up to the central coast, or down to Pasadena, we are gifted with this In-N-Out! They are different in the very best way- burgers and fries are unbelievably cooked to perfection. Large seating in the back outdoors is filled with dog owners like ourselves, so everyone is joyful and convivial! My go to is the double double protein style and cheese fries. Of course I'm eating it in the car (even if I'm not). Gonna need a fork and knife for that protein style though because that gets messy. Fries are alway hot right out of the fryers and you add your own salt if needed. This location is conveniently located right off the 5 and easy to find. There were bugs In-N-Out of this place. The bathrooms were a mess. I understand there was construction going on but the plastic tables and chairs were disgusting. We started off wanting to eat inside until we got a close up look at them. Then we moved outside where we saw some pretty nasty bugs. The least cleanly In-N-Out I have ever been to. Sure it's just your typical burger joint offering their infamous and [oober] straightforward 3 combo meals but there's sooo much more to it to this specific location. This particular establishment gets super jam packed with all walks of life coming through. There is no way to avoid long lines and locating seating can get pretty difficult. BUT before you get scared away, there is a silver lining to all of this!! This is the fastest In-N-Out I've ever set foot in. The lines moved quicker than I had anticipated and the orders are constantly being called out back to back if not all at the same time. [The workers here don't play!!] Minus one star because although the ordering process and food pick up is faster than the norm, the tables end up being neglected and left dirty. You will have to bust your own table or flag an employee to assist in that process. 4 Stars overall- I'm a fan!! read more

This in n out did not come to expectations. I had ordered animal fries, but they did not give me the utensil set. I asked twice and both times was told they would bring it out. I don't normally write reviews for chain restaurants but we were driving down south and stopped at this In-N-Out Burger for lunch. This is probably the best run In-N-Out Burger I've ever been too! I am not sure if this is normal, but there were over a hundred people with the same idea as us to eat at In-N-Out. I was worried that we would never get our food, let alone sit down and eat it. The staff were so well organized and we went through the line quickly. Despite all the people, we easily found a table and a wait staff person came over immediately and asked to wipe down our table and brought over crayons, hats and entertainment sheets for our kids. The food came quickly and it was yummy and fresh! Whoever runs this place should be super proud of their staff! They filled over 80 orders while we were there and the person taking our order was nice, efficient and friendly, as were the people cleaning the bathrooms and obviously the person who bused the table. The fries were mind-blowing. Simply mind-blowing. They were so crispy, so delicate, so fresh, so not soft... and just the most beautifully fried french fries, on God. We went inside to order and were on our way out in less than 15 minutes with our food so we could hit the road again. My food was delicious as well.
