Not gonna lie, we've all been kind of sleeping on Denny's. Did you know they have a $5 menu? For $7, you get two eggs, bacon or sausage, and pancakes. Maybe you get hashbrowns too - I can't remember. Anyway. This is like, the best deal ever. And this location is where we have gone a couple times on our way down from central CA. Ok, the parking lot is DARK. I'm not sure why, but the parking lot is a bit creepy. Inside, though, is nice and spacious. We've really only come here late Sunday nights, and it's been pretty empty. Our server (both times I believe) was Kayla, and she's great. Just a good solid meal that is totally affordable. We will def be back again. read more

We come to Denny's Lebec twice a month on weeknights. The service is great, especially Joel and Jordyn who usually know our orders.The waitresses are lovely as well. Passing through this area on our way to L.A. We ate dinner at this Denny's. Was such a great experience. We were seated, then greeted by Cheryl who was very helpful and kind. She was very prompt in getting us our drinks, our order, our food and making sure we were taken care of. The food was hot, fresh and so delicious. We were then greeted by Jordan who brought us our take out boxes and took care of our tab. The staff here were just so efficient, friendly and easy to talk to. My wife and kids went not long ago, the server was a great host, and even with it being busy. He still made sure to be effective and attend to us and even checked on us through the visit, and the cook was amazing at how he cooked his food, it was served hot and tasteful and crispy and it was delicious, considering he was the only cook trying to keep up with everyone's order. Had to leave them both a tip and my family and me had a great experience and look forward to coming here again when we are out of town. Great job! read more

I really appreciate the staff, food, and convenient location of this Dennys. I planned a stop here for my trip from San Diego to Porterville so I could use the electric car chargers behind the restaurant. The charging station was easy to find, all spots were open, and I popped into Dennys for breakfast while my battery charged up for the rest of my trip. This was actually my first time ever going to a Dennys and I was happy with the service: it was quick, easy, tasty, and affordable. The experience was so great, I stopped by again on the drive home a couple days later. :) read more

As far as Dennys locations go this one is on the smaller side and is tucked away in a corner, and sort of confusing to get to if you'd never been there. We went on a Monday morning but it was quite busy still! It is summer break and right off the 5 freeway after all. That being said we were sat immediately and brought our drinks quickly as well! Second Denny's visit this weekend. New looking location near Grapevine and outlets. Greeted and seated. Our server Mariah came with friendly greeting and smile. Quickly served coffee and creamers. And we ordered fit slams and buttermilk pancake sides! The fit slam is egg whites, spinach , baby tomatoes and gentle scrambled. English muffin, fresh fruit cup (nice portion) and Turkey bacon. Pancakes are extra and they are a nice 2stack. Mariah brought the food and it was hot and fresh. Had both regular maple syrup and sugar free. The table has a nice tri fold calorie grid with all the calories per item. The food was perfect the service was excellent thanks to Mariah. Not all Denny's are the same. We stopped at this Denny's when we were headed south one day and this Denny's seems fancier than any other Denny's I've ever been to. The setup was different. It didn't quite look like a Denny's. The inside was clean, it looked new or newly remodeled... not sure since I'm not from the area. Not sure if you guys are strict w the masks, but I did not see one person wearing them from the lobby, dining in or walking around except the workers. We were probably the only customers who wore them til we were seated. Food was prompt and coffee refills were on point. We tried the Denny's brand new menu option the Denny's "Benny" aka eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was good. It wasnt spectacular, but it also wasnt bad. They had 3 different options for the "Benny" but we stuck w the traditional "Benny". I would like take try it again. My favorite way of eating eggs is poached and my eggs were a little overcooked. Not sure if that's their standard way of cooking their poached eggs, but I prefer it a little softer. Staff was pleasant. Our server was very prompt and was waiting on several other tables. She was also the hostess at times, but I think it was only because we came super early in the morning. Have a family emergency so Driving down to Southern California at night looked up 24 hour Denny's to eat at from the start. When I arrived at 3am no cars in the parking lot and it's closed with no indication when it opens. For hours I was looking forward to stopping at eating there passing other locations that were open. Well, after twenty years, I finally decided to try it again.. It's pretty much unchanged.This is a great place to go if you have kids that make noise. you want a family atmosphere and reasonably priced food and are not all that picky. What was great is the lumber jack looking gentlemen who served us. He was awesome. The last person in the world you would expect to be a server at Denny's was probably thebestt service i've ever had there. The food was mediocre, but he made it all worthwhile. He was gregarious and quick-witted with great humor. The chicken fried steak that I had was deep fried, crunchy, greasy, and I don't think for sure that it was meat or probably not quality meat by any stretch of the imagination and no seasoning. The gravy was obviously made from a dried mix did not have the creaminess a true country gravy has and had no taste of sausage, bacon or other drippings normally used to make it with, not grandma's gravy for sure. I also had some Strawberry Breakfast Crepes which the crepes were not bad at all. However, they put ice cold strawberries on top of them. Which cooled down the crepes like I was eating a refrigerated breakfast item. For dessert, we had a pretty excellent hot apple pie with ice cream. However, the whole experience was not enough to bring up my rating. I will hit them up again before tweny years next time. Denny's is just not for everyone. but it certainly serves its purpose and has been around as long as I have been so they are doing something right! Likely I'm just too picky. read more

I will send they have the best strawberry smoothies. Hands-down and the best customer service. I was super excited to see Denny's at my charge point charging station, especially since I had about a 45 minute wait for the charge station to completely charge my F150 lightning up to 90%. The staff and especially my waitress was super friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. After I'm done with my Fresno trip I look forward to eating a meal at Denny's as it was very well maintained, and clean. The outdoor patio also looks relaxing and inviting. it will definitely be my go to spot when traveling from Riverside county to Fresno. I'm headed up there to close escrow on a beautiful home with one of my buyers. 5 stars for our server Luis 5/18/2019 @11:30 am on Saturday.. Luis were friendly, he apologized for the long wait, we didn't mind knowing it's not anything he can do. Clearly we see the restaurant were busy. Luis right away followed with our drinks/ food order . He made sure the kids had their food first. He was attentive with my husband's Coffee and son's tea refills. With out asking Luis brought over some hot sauce to our table. 3 stars for the food ...... My son had the chicken fried steak/ 2 eggs breakfast. He said his fried steak were salty , his sliced sourdough bread were not toasted. My other kids were not crazy about their food either, one said her burger tasted like "the kind we microwave at home". Another child didn't like her tenders, thought it's too salty and dry.
