I love an In-N-Out Burger once in a while. It's just the line for drive thru can be crazy. I didn't know that the fries were a thing for people...like people don't like them. I on the contrary, love an In-N-Out fry once in a while. Yes they're not always crispy, they have this lovely play on texture that I like. So yes, I'm weird. When we came here during COVID, the line was still long, but the person who was taking the order was nicely masked up, got our order and we were pretty much in and out in 15 minutes. So I did appreciate their ability to push folks through the line safely. The food was fine. I haven't had a bad In-N-Out burger, and I hope I don't ever! I went back to complain when I saw a worker named Ramiro laughed at me and said that he played a "joke" on me and then proceeded to take 25 minutes to get my food out. I have to say that these cheeseburgers are some of the best I've ever had. The buns were fresh and fluffy, the meat was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the cheese was melted just right. The toppings were also delicious and fresh. I especially LOVE the In-N-Out sauce. It taste 1000-Island, with their special touch, LOL My grandpa was with me, he was ordering too. He is Chinese and does not the speak the best English, but the worker was patient and checked to make sure we have everything. Like always In-N-Out Burgers delivers a delicious and satisfying meal. Had the cheeseburger and it was fresh and delicious. Lettuce was to my liking, not just 2 leaves but a good portion. The staff was friendly and helpful letting us know that we could dine in the outdoor seating area. This location was clean in and out. Bathrooms were clean and the parking lot was being swept. I was served a burger with a burnt bun, it was taken back to the grill and they took the top bun off with the piece of cheese and replaced it with a bun that was barely toasted. This is our go to In N Out, and i just don't understand what happened. 5 out of the last 5 orders have been incorrect. This is despite my checking and double checking the order at every step. Now i again have a crying child as her order is wrong again. Not sure what to do at this point as we've flagged this, we've sent some of the orders back, and we triple check at every point in the drive thru. Latest example: i asked for one of the burgers to have no cheese. At the register they didn't mention it, so i asked again. They confirmed that one if the burgers was ketchup only and no cheese. Now i get home and see all burgers have cheese. Smh. Obviously In-N-Out is one of the best things in life. BUT, this location particularly makes the experience even better. One, my order includes extra everything, they always get it right. Two, (the most important part of the order).. EXTRA EXTRA well done fries. Usually, it's really difficult to get this right the first time, which leads to returning it to fry a little longer, which makes you wait a little longer while you already have the burger.. just a whole bunch of waiting....
