Great fare selection, both on the displayed or secret menus (Google In-N-Out plus "Secret Menu"), everything fresh, not frozen, grilled, not microwaved. In N Out never disappoints with their food. With their never frozen burgers cooked to delicious perfection and their hand made fries. When it comes to their food, all locations do an amazing job. I was surprised when I came in. There was no long line and no crowded diner. I didn't have to wait 5 minutes to order nor to get my food. It was a rare In N Out experience with a short wait time. I was literally In N Out. When it came to their staff, service was great. I was greeted promptly and ready to be serviced. Staff was happy and out going. Keep it up! They could have worked on the cleanliness of the lobby (minus one star). There were some dirty tables and the seating area of the booths had crumbs. In n out has always been a fast food restaurant we got too. Lately we have been noticing that the meat is getting smaller and thinner and the bread is stale and not as fresh anymore. Perfect thing to try if you're out of town. The service is friendly and you can get a hat even if you're not a kid which I absolutely loved. The burgers themselves were also delicious! For the purpose of this review, and not my own gluttony.... okay, some gluttony, I had to get two burgers, one original and one animal style. Both were delicious and I honestly can't stay I preferred one over the other though I liked ordering "animal style" (fried onions and special sauce) since it's nowhere on the menu and it made me feel "hip". The only real issue is the place is chaotic. I have been coming to this In-n-Out for years. The drive thru lines are always long. I decided to go inside since it was empty. They took more than 15 minutes to get my order. My order was just a cheeseburger and fries. Keep in mind no one was waiting inside on an order before me. They were more focus on getting drive thru orders out than orders taken inside. They started getting orders out until the person after me complained. If you want to get your order in a timely manner use the drive thru. Management needs to train their staff on getting orders out from inside and drive simultaneously. read more

It's like any other in and out that you can find. Food that you can expect since it's a local chain. The only thing is that this store sometimes has issues with customizations such as getting fries well done or other non-standard items. But other than that, is pretty good. The past 3-4 times I've came here, the drive through employees have forgotten to give me some part of my order. The like for drive through and In side is usually long and I don't want to go through the trouble of waiting in either place. so, I will leave without the rest of my order. This In-N-Out sucks. I ordered and double burger protein style. After the patties game off the grill, the guy placed them on the lettuce and left them sit for 5 minutes. Then he finally covered the top with lettuce and placed them in red tray, where they sat for over two more minutes. So they were cold on arrival. When I chewed into the center of the patties, I noticed that they were red. Uncooked cold meat? 1) Asking for salmonella or worse 2) Not very tasty... It's NOT fast food. So don't except to get sth FAST from this location. Normally wait 15mins+ in rush hour. Today, I came in after 740, nobody in the line and barely customers in dinner in. So, it was not busy at all. After ordered 2 double double and a vanilla shake to go (nothing special), I waited for 20mins and finally they called my number BUT the food I ordered was sitting there for 10 mins already and nobody calling my number! This is my go-to In-N-Out location since it's close to my house. The lines get a little long at times, but that's In-N-Out! The food is delicious so I don't mind waiting for my food. Customer service is top notch like always and my order is always correct. The worst service ever at In-n-out that I have ever had. The outside order taker was casually walking back and forth outside while cars were lining up. He passed up my car so we didn't get a chance to order. We get to the pay window and the cashier never once showed empathy. We had to order there while holding up the line. Then we were told to wait in the car and they would bring our food to us. We waited for over 20 minutes. At this point I was late picking up my kids from school. I then went in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained everything to Scott "the manager". After trying to figure out my order and where it was, it was sitting right in front of them on the counter - cold. I asked if he could do something for the inconvenience and he offered free drinks (which I ordered) - so that didn't make since. Then, he offered a shake - I had drinks - so that made no sense. From the incredibly inconvenient setup of the drive thru line, to the not-so-friendly employees, this in 'n' out is extremely low par. It has one of the slowest moving drive thru lines of any of the establishments I have been through, no matter what time of day. My order is ALWAYS wrong here, which never happens at any other location. Customer service-wise, this is very low par compared to others, minus the select few who work at night who are actually pretty amazing. I live 4 minutes from here and purposely drive to another location because I am constantly disappointed in this location. I love In-n-Out, and was pretty much raised on it. That being said, my last visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered a burger with grilled onions and no tomatoes, and there was practically no spread (which is arguably the best part) and was overloaded with lettuce. I also ordered fries well done, which I typically do to prevent getting soggy fries especially when I am ordering drive through. I did not expect to receive fries so over cooked they were rock hard. I had been craving in-n-out for over a month now but resisted to try to eat healthy and I feel like I wasted a cheat meal on this food. I guess in the future i'll have to drive the the further location if I really want a good burger and fries. read more
