I will refrain from coming to this location from now on. It's 6pm and it's relatively busy, they seem short staffed and the dining area is absolutely DISGUSTING! It is a straight forward experience my kiddos and I always stop in to grab our usual grub. The parking is tight and the drive thru is always a long long line. Naturally we prefer to stop in and if parking is full in the front we will park behind the laundry mat neat the 24 hour fitness. The bathrooms? come to think of it I have never explored the idea of going into the bathrooms. Otherwise our over all experience(s) coming to this establishment have been 100% yummo! i normally never write reviews but the service at this location was so exceptionally horrible that i felt compelled to leave one. i came in at around 2:15p-2:30p (12/29/24) and was helped by a younger brunette woman on the registers (i was order #35). it appeared that two of her male coworkers were visiting on their day off because they greeted several of the other workers and asked who the working manager was today. they stood behind me and were inaudibly trying to communicate with her while i was attempting to order. the woman "helping me" on the register could not focus for more than a few seconds because she spent the whole time giggling and watching them. she asked me to repeat my order 3 times and it was STILL wrong when i received it. the first time she repeated it back to me she added an extra item and i corrected her but i failed to catch that she actually added 2 additional items to my final order that i did not ask for. all i ordered were 2 plain patties, 1 cheese fry, and 1 regular fry; i received (& was charged for) an extra order of fries. i wish i would have kept my receipt so i could have gotten her name because her actions were beyond unprofessional and immature. read more

I've heard about the secret menu so I got an animal-style hamburger, fries, and a root beer float. The hamburger was great - I don't usually like a lot of things on my burger but the Thousand Island-style dressing was good. Fries were just okay because I like mushy fries more than crispy. Apparently they cut their potatoes in-house, though. The root beer float was also very good. We have lived in North Tustin since 2008 and we go to In N Out once a month. It's a few blocks from our house. It's very, very busy so be patient. The customer service here is top notch. We have never had a bad experience and the food is consistently delicious and fresh. Why is In n Out soooo good. I had it for lunch and am now sitting in the nail salon in the same strip mall smelling it and wanting it again!! I love that when I go to IN n out, our food is always tasty, fries are never soggy and it's always correct! My hubby was hesitant to wait in the drive through line as it was pretty long around 1245. But I insisted since we had a sleeping baby. And he even said, wow that was much faster then I was expecting! Food is delicious, service is great and did I mention it's always the way you ordered it! Parking lot suck here though. The drive through is in the way I think of the parking spaces and it's just a busy strip mall. Definitely worth it though, especially since is close to home! read more

So today I am officially an Elite Member on Yelp. Woohoo! So to celebrate, I thought I'd write about the one place I would NOT be able to live without and the location of where I first sampled their delectable flavor crystals inside a hot double double cheeseburger! The first time I've ever tried a burger from InNOut was after a high school volleyball game against El Modena High School (so sad to say that this was a Loooooong time ago!). If you attended the school or live nearby, you know that In-n-out is just a hop-skip and jump away. Literally, all you have to do is jump over the fence that encloses the campus and it's literally a few steps away. As much as I loved attending Villa Park HS.....this was one thing that Elmo had on us. Ok, now for the establishment. Needless to say, In-n-Out is a burger joint that serves it the old fashioned way. The company was established in 1948 with these principles in mind, "Give customers the freshest, highest quality foods you can buy and provide them with friendly service in a sparkling clean environment." It's safe to say that the success of this QSR (Quick Service Restaurant.....what fast food chains are calling themselves these days) has been directly attributable to these principles and that the integrity of their quality, freshness, and service still exists today. The Menu is rather simplistic but who needs to add more items if you are doing it right? Some places advertise the Big Box Menu, the Fresco Menu, the Fourth Meal Menu, the Value Menu...I could go on and on. But what's the point? If you are serving up delicious quality food that people want, they will come and get it regardless. cheap or not. healthy or not. So here is what you can expect to find: - hamburger - cheeseburger - double double - french fries - shakes (strawberry, vanilla and chocolate) - sodas / tea / lemonade The Menu not on the menu. Yes, you read correctly, In-n-Out has a menu of items that is not listed on the menu at their stores or online. This menu is an adaptation to meet the needs of their consumers...am I going to divulge this and get shunned by my fellow In-N-Out brethren? I think not! Instead, I will leave it up to you to come and visit and explore the possibilities. BTW, AH...this review is dedicated to you!
