Cold & stale! I went to a busy in & out burger during lunch time and although the drive through line was long my French fries were cold and hard to eat & my burger was cold ! It looked good but the taste definitely disappointed. I like the idea of the girl walking to your car & taking orders but my order was clearly ready long before I got to the Window. Perhaps someone canceled their cheeseburger & fries and I happened to get the scraps. These fresh potatoes were not at all fresh ! It felt like they had been cooked since opening time and left out to harden and becomes unbearable. I gave them two stars because for the price the size of the meal is pretty good & because the staff was friendly at each window! Perhaps next time they can manage to keep the food warm enough for someone 5 cars behind the window to get a hot meal. read more

Great food fast and friendly service. They have long lines but the wait time to get your food when you walk in is not long at all. Drive through is also a not a long wait. Definitely worth the price you will pay. The dining area is not that big. Seats are comfortable. They have a few tables outside also if you choose to eat outside. read more

Excellent In-n-Out like many locations. Top notch In-n-Out burgers here both visually and to the palette. Buns and lettuce were crisp. Patties tasted great with grilled in mustard and chop peppers and their secret sauce. Of course, the sauce ties it all together. At the end of the day, I think the crispy buns is what seals the deal for me. Protein style just doesn't work for me in terms of taste and mouth feel If you like your fries crispy, dont forget to have it well done. On the evening of Saturday January 13th, at around 10:30pm, my boyfriend and I stopped in to get some burgers. It was PACKED. The drive-thru had a giant line so we opted to go in to order instead. We got some double-doubles, a flying dutchman and some patties by themselves, along with fries and drinks. As we were leaving, we checked the bag to make sure everything was correct. We didn't see the flying dutchman. Or so we thought... we had forgotten to get onions so we thought it was the patties when we opened the box, and didn't see the patties anywhere else (they ended up hiding perfectly between the burgers). So we turned around and I went back in to tell them we were missing the flying dutchman. The girl working who helped me, who seemed to be the manager (I didn't get her name) was very nice about it, apologized and made me a new flying dutchman with onions. I think she knew that they hadn't made a mistake, and they hadn't, but was still so kind and helpful. She was cheering on her team members, asking them to clean things, and was clearly running the show, and doing it MAGNIFICENTLY! I just want to take the time to come on here, apologize for our mistake, and to thank and praise the lady who helped us. Thank you for your kindness and positive, upbeat, hardworking attitude! People aren't joking when they hype this place up. I just had a cheeseburger, while my friend had the fries, but it was delicious. The burger was seasoned and was dressed with a tomato and the perfect amount of lettuce to give it a crunch. Definitely beats all other burger chains. read more

I've never been to an in and out that I didn't like. The food is very uniform across the board. The staff is always great and friendly and for how busy they all are the food comes out quickly. The employees make the experience great as I have never had bad customer service. I love all In and Outs. read more

Average fast food restaurant. This location is pretty busy. The drive thru line is super long, so I'd recommend just parking your car and ordering inside. The burgers here are pretty good, especially if you order animal style. The french fries are just ok. They aren't crispy and are pretty flavorless. Also the milkshakes taste pretty meh too. The strawberry milkshake tasted like artificial strawberry flavor. Overall, not my favorite fast food restaurant of all time, but fine if you are hungry and craving a burger on a road trip. read more
