As always, the food and service were great. That is something that you can count on time and time again.

The burgers we had really hit the spot and tasted as we remembered. That's why we always consider stopping in when we're in the St George area. However the fries this time were way over-salted, but cooked well. (We didn't touch either of the 2 salt packs they placed on the tray & usually don't). The cashier was friendly (Cole) during our 4pm visit. It wasn't busy inside (6 tables occupied) and the drive thru had only 4 cars in line when we arrived. However it took 15 minutes for our number to be called?! As a fair review I'll add that the drive thru line had started to grow to 8+ vehicles by the time we finally got our food. Maybe we should have done the drive thru too. The dining area air conditioning was set too low for the 70 degree February day in Washington, UT. Waiting all that time for our food, we really felt the cold temp and after 10 minutes we wished we had brought our coats in with us. Honest comparison I think it might have been more comfortable outside on their patio. Would we go again - of course! Their food usually hits the mark on all items. This is the worst and slowest in-N-Out Burger in the west. Don't come here almost anytime day unless you're planning on waiting in line for at least 45 minutes. If our line was this long in Vegas or Southern California we could get through it in 20 minutes. For some reason in St. George they do not put any people outside to help. We are here at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon the line is insane and now we're stuck in it we can't get out. It's gonna take us about an hour to get our food which is ridiculous. And there's not one person in the parking lot helping with anything. read more

I just ... don't understand what the hype is about? In this age of social media, I feel like people feel they have to say something is good because it's trendy. First time going to an in n out! The ambience is similar to a 60s diner aesthetic and it was pretty busy! The animal style burger is incredibly delicious with very mustard infused into the beef patty. The fries are disappointing and pretty dry but the animal style saves it because of its cheese. Cheeseburgers were good and as expected. The vanilla shake was really thick so lots of people eat it with a fork. Highly recommend getting the double double animal style with animal style fries. read more

I discovered this-previously the furthest east on the trip from Iowa to Cali. First time through in 2018, was far superior to any I've tried in SoCal! Missed them in 2024 due to Sunday, but nearby Red Robin was far superior to Iowa's R.R., So not a total loss. Last week made a special stop remembering the previosly tasty experience. Sad to say this In-N-Out was just as mediocre as Sothern California versions. Fries were soo salty they were al.ost inedible. The burger was not up to their previous standard. Likely, the experience ended my relationship with this franchise. They just have become another "fast food" restaurant that I never look twice at as I drive by searching for a tasty meal on the road.. Every other time I've gone to this location when I pass through Utah someone in my group gets food poisoning or feels horrible later in the day. The first time my brother's girlfriend had to throw up after eating In N Out at this location. The second time my brother had to hit the toilet and had a stomach ache. I have to say that I'm surprised this location open until 1AM in the morning. But I'm glad they did because we were starving after a long drive. I ordered my usual order, which includes animal fries style, double double protein style, strawberry shake, and double double. I did found that the shakes happened to be thicker than usual, which made it hard for me to drink it with the straw they gave me. Came in here on a Sunday around 7pm. The line for the drive thru was insane!! I walked in and ordered immediately and my food was out in about 5 mins. I ordered a double double and a chocolate shake. The burger was perfect. The bun was toasted and the burgers were juicy. The seating area was clean and there were two employees actively mopping the floors as I ate. They definitely take care of the dining area. The service was friendly! Someone came by to pick up trash and empty trays as we ate. I would definitely recommend this location! read more

I LOVE In-N-Out! We do not have it here in the Midwest, so I always try to get it if I'm in a state that has one. Their burgers do not leave you with that greasy, yucky feeling that so many other fast food places do. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the bun has a nice crunch to it when you bite into the burger. The only downside is the fries. I haven't found a way to make them better - if you get them the way they come, they're not crispy enough for my liking. I asked for well-done this time and they were too hard. I always crave In and Out when I'm on the west coast and every time, I am more disappointed and feel more sick after eating it. Went to this Utah location on the drive back into Vegas. It was packed at early dinner time with a line out the door. The kitchen definitely couldn't keep up with the dine in guests plus the drive through. We waited 40 minutes for our order. For a fast food place, it certainly wasn't fast. The quality of our food just wasn't what I remembered it to be. The Double Double burger with onions animal style, the patty was a bit over cooked, the sauce was loaded unevenly but overall wet and the bread was soggy. The fries were so over fried and dry. The cheese was slightly cold and not fully melted. Not enough animal style sauce on the top. Half hour after eating it, I felt disgusting. My memory of its splendor has now been replaced. read more

In-n-Out is always a safe bet, and this time was no different. This was my first time visiting an In-n-Out in Utah, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. Covid Measures: All staff were wearings masks and this In-n-Out chain was strictly enforcing measures to restrict the number of.customers dining inside. As such, I felt very safe dining in. Food: My double double was cooked to perfection, and my vanilla milk shake paired perfectly with it. The fries were also delicious. Service: All members of the staff were on top of their game. I felt relieved to see a staff member cleaning the restaurant while we were there (not surprisingly as a result the restaurant was spotless). Very happy to find this In-N-Out location here on my way to California. Even happier when I found out it was open for carry out although the dining room was closed due to COVID. The restaurant was sparkling clean, and social distancing was being practiced. A sign on each table indicated that they were unavailable, "Thank you for your help keeping a safe distance." Employees were friendly and food was hot, fresh, and delicious, as always. I ordered my favorite grilled cheese, add onion, and animal-style fries. Instead, I got a burger that was over-salted, over-cooked and tough to eat, the bun was over-cooked and burnt; the shake was not mixed well and tasted like chemicals or Hershey's syrup semi-mixed in vanilla ice cream. I wound up throwing the shake away. I needed utensils, but the staff was so busy they did not see me waiting at the counter. One girl had her head down the whole time, and almost seemed to be deliberately avoiding me. It took another customer to get their attention. I love hot water, but the restroom water temperature was way too hot for kids and almost too hot for me. It was a busy lunch hour, and the restroom was fairly clean but the tables in the dining room were not.
