In-N-Out is the only burger place I've ever been to where the actual burger looks as good or better than the pictures on the menu. My favorite is the Double-Double Animal Style. I love how they seer the meat so that it has a crust on the patties. I can't get that anywhere else other than my own kitchen in my cast iron pan. But here I don't need to clean up the mess. The only downside is the ridiculously long lines all the time but it's so worth it to get that bit hamburger magic at the end. Thank you In-N-Out for making my hamburger dreams come true. read more

Love this place, have been to this location 10+ times, always consistent, even during busy times... Would knock off a star because of apparent disregard for masks and covid (by the customers). I'd say less than 30% of customers wearing masks, and giving the poor girl cleaning a hard time about enforcing the rule that we all know by now. Maybe get a more imposing person to enforce the rules. Can I just say this was my first experience at In N Out, and it was a horrible one to say the least. This company has no compassion for others what so ever. I came here as a quick stop because I was driving through. Cashier didn't know how to take my order I needed to repeat myself four times for him to get it right. Then when I asked if the item I got had cheese he didn't know.. then proceeded to ask three other people of which they also didn't know! Secondly, a less fortunate person asked me to pay for their meal and I said yes. (My parents always taught me to pay forward to others who are in need. Especially when it comes to food. I would hope a "Christian company would do the same.") I was in a rush and had to leave and so I asked if I could pay for the mans meal. I was told that In N Out doesn't "advertise feeding the homeless" on three occasions by two different employees. Then when the store manager Matt Pape finally came to assist after I asked for a manager 6 times, because of the outlandish response from the other employees of which one was a supervisor. He proceeded to tell me I should be more clear! Which totally set me off because if your employees don't understand the question they should seek clarification from the customer. Simply by asking a follow-up question. Also, they clearly understood my question with their response of "we don't advertise feeding the homeless" which was told to them by a supervisor and the store manager. One employee told me to buy a gift card to feed the person. Thankfully in the middle of the conversation I was able to slip away to pay for the persons meal. To then be told by the cashier I had to pay double once for me and once for the person I was paying for. I said I'm paying for them and that's it. She gave a fuss then deleted the second order. A couple days later I got a call from the District Manager who offered me a free meal. I told him I am thankfully fortunate enough to buy my own food. That they should pledge those meals to feeding someone in need. Which he did not confirm nor deny he would do that. His response was "our marketing team takes care of that" Also, during our conversation about the complaint he said that he would listen to the audio recording from the restaurant to "investigate" this situation and ask employees questions. Which I never knew that they recorded audio inside the restaurant and confronted him and he said "oh I'm not sure if we do record audio". Our legal team handles that. My only concern is if they do audio record. Why isn't it posted? Who has access to listen to those recordings? I didn't get that answered. This company doesn't have the morals they want us to believe. It clearly shows with the employees at this store who are the face and voice of In N Out. read more

You seriously can never go wrong with a cheeseburger and fry for less than $5. The only qualm I have about this specific location, and honestly most of them, is the SEATING. You are literally hovering over the other customers, practically helping them finish off their fries so you can snag their booth. Then as soon as you settle in, the next group of people begins hovering over YOU, hoping all you ordered was a burger to share and a small water. The Double Double Animal style: Fresh ingredients (onion, tomato, & lettuce) + 2 beef patties fried in mustard + 2 cheese slices + tasty house burger sauce + fresh buns = a burger my co-pilot and I can't pass up. This location is a convenient lunch stop on our annual road trip to Vegas... always clean despite being very busy from opening the doors to closing time. Your food is cooked after you order, including the freshly cut fries. No heat lamps in this kitchen, just hustling employees getting it done. Their shakes are also very good. We didn't wait too long and the prices are very reasonable. We ate inside and during covid every other tables were open to sit and eat. It still felt relatively safe eating inside. Gorgeous In N Out location. We were impressed by the young woman who opened the door for us when we arrived. Spacious outdoor seating compared to back home with a dozen tables, most of them covered with umbrellas for partial shade. Sitting outside, we were impressed by the quickness and friendliness of the drive through because multiple people changed or amended their orders and the guy was very friendly. We wish we had gotten than same friendly service inside. Mattalyn was the first rude In N Out employee I have ever encountered in 25 years of patronage. She was more concerned about correcting us when we ordered the way we do at other locations than actually taking our order. She went so far as to say she was "not mad" at us but that we need to give our order differently. At this point she was talking so fast that it made me want to leave. I'm not used to being spoken to like a 3 year old. What made me even more upset was that she was rude to the elderly woman in front of us in the same manner. That's just disrespectful. Out of all the In-N-Outs this has to be one of the top 3 locations I have visited. The staff here were amazing and friendly and genuine happy. Drive thru line was actually quick even with the two lines staggering. My entire order was custom and they nailed it perfectly across the board. The very young girl working drive thru told me she didn't know what I ordered at first when I said Arnold Palmer for my drink. She thought it was funny that it chose a long name instead of just saying half ice tea half lemonade. It made me chuckle and I thought I would have fun and said it's because you have to pour the lemonade first; she quickly said whoops let me fix that then before I could even stop her which she re-poured. The food was on point and definitely one of the best burgers made from all the locations I have visited. In-N-Out is amazing. I like the double-doubles, but in an effort to reduce the size of my belly I have been getting the single cheeseburgers. On our way back to Colorado, I thought this would be our last chance for a classic. Then I passed one in Las Vegas. I did pass it, but only because I had a cheeseburger in St. George just hours earlier. My daughter-units who do not eat red meat get the cheese sandwiches which can include lettuce, tomato and onions. I tried a bite and they are great! Good news is that In-N-Out is building a distribution center and burger stand in my home of Colorado Springs so I won't have to drive to California to get my cheeseburgers.
