At 71 years of age, I've never been to an In-N-Out Burger. I know--I'm deprived (or is that depraved?). I was heading to Mexico with my cousin who decided better late than never, so we stopped at the Jefferson Ave. location. We ordered Double-Double Animal Style. One bite and I stepped into the Magic Time Machine and was transported to my childhood and the burger joint on the corner. Everything was fresh, the staff was courteous and efficient and the flavor of the burger changed my mind about fast food being universally tasteless. Food was decent, as always and the staff was friendly enough. But the guy taking my credit card was doing dishes in between cars. Ordered a number one to go, a few people in line, the place was busy but not slammed for Saturday at 7 PM. 23 minutes later, after sitting on the bench watching orders go out, I finally asked him about my order. It's been sitting on the counter for about eight or nine minutes. Number never was called, let alone called a second time. I've never seen them leave food just sit on the counter without waiting for the customer to pick it up. read more

So frustrated!!! Every single time I go to this location they mess up my order... I can't ask for no tomato or no onions, they get it wrong every time. I visited this in-n-out location today, have been there many times before. First of all they allowed someone to place a huge catering order through the drive-thru so I waited in line for over 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got my food it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. I went inside to get a new order and what looked like a fresh hot order on the outside, was cold and disgusting on the inside. The staff was also not as warm and welcoming as they usually are. I was already fed up with the service so i just left, probably never going back again. You would think that after you have them remake your food it would be fresher, I wasn't even rude to them when I asked or a new order. Was really looking forward to a great hamburger and some fresh fries but alas, it was not to be. Fries had been under warmer way too long and were limp, cool, and flat. Burger was just so-so with a hard bun. So disappointed. Thought the little red tray was good idea, that's a plus. read more

Fantastic food! Service is always cheerful and helpful. Burgers are juicy and delicious. Ordered the fries well done and they were exactly the way i like them. Service was fast in spite of a long line. Really impressed to be told Merry Christmas and then saw the bag has multiple holiday greetings on it. Slowest in n out drive thru ever. I can literally have 2 cars in front of me for 20 mins. At the one in corona I will get through in the same amount of time with 15 cars in front of me! Seriously the management really needs to look at making the schedule better or having stronger staff in the window. This is one of the poorer In-n-Out locations. When I was in high school, me and my friends would go out of our way to travel around and eat at every single In-n-Out in California. We noticed the ones in LA county were really great compared to the ones in South OC. The Long Beach locations, the Pasadena locations, Pleasanton, and the Costa Mesa location still remain my absolute favorites. Since I moved to the IE, I noticed that the In-n-Outs are really mediocre compared to the others. This Temecula location is no exception.... the buns tend to be soggy, and the meat just doesn't taste as flavorful or fresh as the better locations. Also, the wait time here is MURDER even when it is not busy. On the positive side....The service is always pretty good. In my experience, the best In-N-Out in the IE tends to be the one in Lake Elsinore. That one is just as good as some of the LA county locations. read more

Like most In-N-Out locations this one is a bit slow to receive the order, but the food is usually good. I just wish they had not dumped my burger in upside down in the bag today. By the time I got back to work, most of the cheese was in the bottom of the bag and had taken my grilled onions with it. :( So I have to deduct a star for that, since my lunch was about over and too late to go back. read more

I love in-n-out don't get me twisted. But I swear, every time I drive through I order a 3x3 no onions, and drive away only to find a double double with onions on my lap, and no time to go have it fixed. I love the food, but you have to double check your order here before you drive away. read more

This is a good clean area location. Service was great and prompt, but they got the order wrong. They easily fix it and got everything cleared out right away. They even gave us a large drink instead of medium drink that suppose to come with our order. Everyone there had a smile and was hospitable. The burger always taste fresh and not too much burger for one sitting. I love their fries, always cut fresh. I never like to eat burger anywhere else beside In N Out. I would recommend this place for anyone who just want a quick and simple meal that's worth the money. read more

Super mad. I got a grilled cheese and some fries with a small pink lemonade. I was getting out of my car and went to grab my drink and they put the wrong size lid on the drink which caused me to spill the drink all over my pants, brand new white shirt, and phone. Since I was so surprised by this event it also caused me to drop my food. Ate there yesterday -- was on a tour bus returning to San Diego from the Rose Parade that took a short stop for lunch -- I love a good burger and I can honestly say that this was neither a burger in any sense of the word -- very closely resembled a quarter-sized cow pie that someone had stepped on -- nor did it have any taste at all. And the fries were pitiful -- they may have been hand-cut, but by the taste, texture, and temperature I would swear that they were prepared abut a week ago. And the presentation of my meal was no fluke as my wife's was just the same -- in all the food was tasteless, the meat required a microscope to locate, and 98% of the fries ended up in the trash. This was probably the slowest In-N-Out I have every been to. Came here around midnight, and there was barely anybody in line or in the drive thru. Still took them awhile to get us our food. Despite the quick service, quality ingredients, excellent streamlined menu, and obvious consumer excitement about In-N-Out, I still say the best aspect of it all is the consistency the restaurants show across numerous California and other Pacific West locations. This is a truly rare quality in a larger fast-food company. They rarely get orders wrong, the food is the same great stuff wherever you are, and they always seem to pick locations where you would seemingly most need a good burger. Omg! I love in-n-out burger a great place to go to. It doesn't have the healthiest menu in the world , but every once in a while it's good to have one of their burgers. Now by me writing this great review about them I've only been there once. So I think that's a pretty darn fantastic review I went their because my brother goes there all the time so he wanted my family and I to check it out. This is by far the worst In and Out around. I have been here 4 times in the last few weeks, fries are always cold. Burgers are OK. The real issue is the people that work here. It's a shouting match every time I'm here. Just now the cashier got into an argument with another worker and stopped taking orders until they were done tossing insults at each other. WTF? I love in n out so much!! They have the definition of a good, tasty, real burger. I could honestly eat in n out all the time if I could. I've pretty much had their whole menu except for a few secret items. I usually get a double double w/out onions and well done fries. If I want to be a little healthy I opt to a protein burger. I also like to treat myself to a Neapolitan shake every now and then. Regardless of how busy they can get, they're polite and very fast at taking your order out. I can't imagine living on the east coast where there's no in n out franchise over there. read more

Since we don't have an In-N-Out Burger in Chicago, I had to try one to see what the hype was about. The menu is very simple, basically just burgers and fries. Presumably by focusing on a very short menu, they should be very good at what they do. Well, consider me a fan! I have had very bad experiences at this in-n-out with who may be a manager Mel. She was very forceful towards not only customers but the employees as well. She was very demeaning towards staff. Upon another visit an employee by the name of Maya was helping me in the drive way and she was very rude and seemed to be rushing me out of the drive lane. read more

I go to In and Out from time to time for a quick lunch. This particular location is by far the best I have been to. Staff are very friendly, and they are everywhere. Your order is taken quickly and professionally. Lines seemingly move faster here than other places I have been. They are quick to clean up tables once someone has left in order to get it ready for the next customer. Staff walk around the facility asking if everything is ok and picking up when customers are finished, even if you are still hanging round for a few more minutes. As I was walking out there was a staff individual picking up paper and other litter, even if it was not associated with In and Out, around the restaurant. Great to see this attention to detail. This is a great location for great fast food, excellent staff that are very attentive to their customers experience. read more
