Cross contamination galore. If you have allergies do not go to this location. After telling the cashier that I have a severe gluten allergy, I look behind them and see they're toasting the buns and patties on the same grill... I literally asked her again if they have a separate area and she said no. So technically It's not gluten free She proceeded to ask the cook and they said they would try their best so it's really not guaranteed. Been frequenting this In-N-Out for years. It has the LONGEST car line of any In-N-Out that I've ever witnessed. Budget 30-45 minutes to make it through the drive-thru at any given moment. Made the blunder of ordering from the walk-up window recently. Huge mistake. They have ONE cashier dealing with dozens of people in line. The wait for the food is seemingly delayed at walk-up too. My old review said that it was great, but the fries were bad. I don't know why that inclined me to bring it down to three stars, but I'm fixing it now. The protein-style burgers are delicious, such a simple change makes all the change. The fries, unfortunately are still not the greatest so I just don't get them. The service is great, they even stand out in the rain taking orders, which is kinda sad but often times they have an umbrella they stay under. The style is great, as it hasn't changed for so long. It was one of those old school classic ones that you drive thru or walk up too. It was New Year's Day so it was a pretty busy night, and opted to park and walk up. I ordered some animal style fries that didn't take long to be ready to go as everyone else in line were grabbing burgers. However the fries weren't that hot, barely even warm, the cheese wasn't even melted. I suggest to come here on a less busy day so that your food is hot when you go to grab your order. read more

You can see how small and cramped the kitchen is, but they manage to churn through 2 drivethrough lines and walk-in customers. I read the sign on the window stating it's an LA County ordinance to only provide napkins, straws, and cutlery upon request. This in-n-out in particular does everything the way I like it. We went during a very busy hour which is understandable but when our number wasn't being called after a long wait and heard numbers being called past ours, we went up to the counter to find out they hadn't put our number in/lost the ticket for our order. We had then asked for a refund and we're just going to go down the street to get food elsewhere. The manager, Mike, far exceeded our expectation of customer service and apologized profusely and was honest and forthcoming of the situation. Not only did he provide a refund but also made our order quickly and also provided a free meal for our next visit. The customer service in a frustrating situation was impeccable. I never thought I would ever have to give an In-N-Out location a bad review but TODAY IS THE DAY! I pulled into the line from foothill but not realizing the line was around that corner. As I prepared to merge out of the line (because I would never wait in any damn line around the corner. I'll come back when it's not busy) the lady I cut started honking her horn and held her horn down for like a whole minute. (Mind you she left a whole car length gap in between her and the other car which is why I thought the damn lime was open!) I laughed because I never get into drama out in public lol and the kicker was that she got out of her car and started recording me and my car. So yup I said FDB and stayed in the line! When I got to the guy to order the lady got out and told on me lol so I told the man what happened and he said he wouldn't take my order. Then he talks on his walkie and comes back to take my order. I get to the window and AFTER I PAID they tell me they never got my order and I had to pull over for a walk up order. I tried to explain to them that I know it's because of what happened with that lady and that I've never had to do this with just an order of a burger. They gave me a hard time but I wouldn't budge because I felt it was unfair. I understand I let the lady get to me but they had nothing to do with that! My problem lies in the fact that once I got my food, they gave me the SALTIEST burger I have ever eaten in my life. I never took In-N-Out for a fast food joint that would mess with people's food. I'm really upset that they gave me a in car box instead of a bag like I asked for also. At that point they were just being petty. Sometimes it's best to stay out of customer drama and remain professional instead of falsely taking my order and giving me a salty ass burger. You can go through the drive through window or order at a separate window in person. If you're going at a peak hour, expect a wrap around the block! I've been at the end of the block and it's taken about 15 minutes from there to getting my food. It could be worse but these employees hustle hard! (Thank you!!) I don't think I need to review the food since in n out is consistent all across the board. But my personal faves are getting a double-single (2 patties w 1 cheese), protein style + WELL DONE fries. The latter well done fries is a must in order to have crunchy, crispy fries (or lightly done fries for the in-between). If you choose to eat here, there is a small outdoor patio area with parking and bathrooms. read more
