I never thought I would ever have to give an In-N-Out location a bad review but TODAY IS THE DAY! I pulled into the line from foothill but not realizing the line was around that corner. As I prepared to merge out of the line (because I would never wait in any damn line around the corner. I'll come back when it's not busy) the lady I cut started honking her horn and held her horn down for like a whole minute. (Mind you she left a whole car length gap in between her and the other car which is why I thought the damn lime was open!) I laughed because I never get into drama out in public lol and the kicker was that she got out of her car and started recording me and my car. So yup I said FDB and stayed in the line! When I got to the guy to order the lady got out and told on me lol so I told the man what happened and he said he wouldn't take my order. Then he talks on his walkie and comes back to take my order. I get to the window and AFTER I PAID they tell me they never got my order and I had to pull over for a walk up order. I tried to explain to them that I know it's because of what happened with that lady and that I've never had to do this with just an order of a burger. They gave me a hard time but I wouldn't budge because I felt it was unfair. I understand I let the lady get to me but they had nothing to do with that! My problem lies in the fact that once I got my food, they gave me the SALTIEST burger I have ever eaten in my life. I never took In-N-Out for a fast food joint that would mess with people's food. I'm really upset that they gave me a in car box instead of a bag like I asked for also. At that point they were just being petty. Sometimes it's best to stay out of customer drama and remain professional instead of falsely taking my order and giving me a salty ass burger. You can go through the drive through window or order at a separate window in person. If you're going at a peak hour, expect a wrap around the block! I've been at the end of the block and it's taken about 15 minutes from there to getting my food. It could be worse but these employees hustle hard! (Thank you!!) I don't think I need to review the food since in n out is consistent all across the board. But my personal faves are getting a double-single (2 patties w 1 cheese), protein style + WELL DONE fries. The latter well done fries is a must in order to have crunchy, crispy fries (or lightly done fries for the in-between). This In-N-Out is one of the more OG ones I've been to. Luckily it 5 minutes from my house. This In-N-Out has no indoor sitting area. You can walk up to the window to place an order to eat on the few (maybe 5-10) patio tables they have or use the 2 lanes for drive-thru. May reason you go here is for the drive-thru as it moves fairly quickly. You may see the line of car wrapped around the block into lowell ave at times, but it moves faaaast. They have the workers out into the lines with the ipad looking devices taking your orders before you get to the window to speed up the process. Much like any other In-N-Out the food is consistently great. Can't go wrong. read more

This location, however, is mainly a drive-thru (though you can order at the window as well to eat at one of the few outdoor tables), and in order to get your hands on those wonderful, fresh, affordable burgers, you'll probably have to battle that crazy line on Foothill Blvd. I thought I would beat the line when I got here shortly before 5 p.m. today, but I still had to wait around 20 minutes before I finally got to the window. Good things come to those who wait, no? I suggest meditation while you wait in hunger. Also, I give all my compliments to the staff who work here. Came here two days ago around 2pm and there was NO line to order at the walk up window, which was nice. I ordered a #2, however I waited a little long for my meal seemed like my order was prepared and forgotten to call out because people who came after me had been getting there meals. No biggie, I sat at the tables and enjoyed my food, the atmosphere was nice sitting in the sun with a little breeze. Facility was clean as well. This is my in n out location and it never disappoints. I went back and forth with this one don't get me wrong I love in and out but last night was the final straw for me I will not be going back to this location I waited in line and the car in front of me let someone cut the employees didn't do anything about it and the car that cut in front paid for their food they handed the cashier one bill at a time and so by the time I got to the window my food was cold :( read more

This was the closest location and we badly needed late lunch else I was gonna bite off hubby's head :-0 Plus needed a meet up place to coordinate with a colleague. So, we got there only to find a double long line going out into the streets and we couldn't even drive into the back parking lot. Not the best drive-thru planning... This is basically a drive-thru mostly with a small window in between the 2 lines of cars for walking up to place orders on foot. Minus 1-star for no inside tables to eat. There are picnic style concrete tables by the back parking lot. We placed our orders and while waiting... I took a couple pics for my Yelp review. The gal curtly said, no filming. Ugh. I am not filming, I told her. As if I would be interested to video ppl making burgers? Anyways. Minus 1-star for less than friendly customer service. There is ALWAYS a line at the drive-thru at this location - no matter what time you go. And the lines can get really long.. all the way up the street of Lowell Ave. I got reeeally lucky and was about 5 cars behind and got in line right at the entrance of the drive-thru. Not even 5 mins and the line just kept getting longer and longer behind me. I give maaaaad props to the whole staff here. In a tiny kitchen, there's like 10 people crammed up in there and I don't know how many burgers they put out everyday but oh man.... it must be insane. I don't know how they do it, but they seem to still pull through it with a smile and as a team. I've only been here once, but for that brief moment that I caught a glimpse of inside their kitchen, I was impressed. The guy at the window was super friendly and happily fulfilled our additional requests of asking for sauce packets and 5 containers of peppercinis. I think in-n-out will always be my favorite fast food restaurant. 2 combo meals both animal style and even with a shake came out to be just a little over $20! Don't ever change, in-n-out!!! One star not for the food quality only for waiting time. If you are an in-N-Out Burger fan please avoid this place. This is only a drive throu location and you can walk in for to go order. Last time I had to wait in line for 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers!!! I am kinda surprised how come the owner doesn't know that this place can turn into a much better service. The huge unused parking spot in the back can be attach to the kitchen and with more workers the line will be smaller or even people can sit inside as well. If you want to wait in the line which goes into the next street for more than 30 minutes, be my guest. Otherwise you can go cross the street and eat in Everest restaurant. It will be much faster. In-N-Out has always been my go to fast food restaurant and it always will be. It is the only fast food restaurant that serves its burgers fresh. All its ingredients are fresh. And to top it all off they make everything in front of you. If you don't believe me see for yourself. It's staff is very friendly and respectful. If any of their staff walks past my table and if the table is dirty they will always offer to clean it. In-N-Out is the best of the best there is no fast food restaurant even near how good it is.
