This is my go-to favorite In N Out since it's the closest one to us! We love it! The staff is always efficient and friendly. The food is always fresh & delicious and they never get your order wrong. Today we had the wonderful pleasure of attending a field trip there and I'm blown away! Mario was wonderful and all the kids had a blast! When I want a burger I want meat not a bunch of rabbit food and under cooked fries. Service is great but not enough seating inside especially when the weather doesn't allow for sitting outside. Think I will stick with McD's, Burger Kind, Carl's Jr and Wendy's for my burgers and fries. I had gone to the gym and left shortly after midnight so Safeway was the only grocery store open and I needed to get my shopping done before I went home (3 kids, 5 and under, working 40+ hours a week so I have to do things when I can) and since I needed to get some protein in me, I stopped here. Each employee has always smiled, appeared happy, been nice to chat with but ALEXIS went above and beyond and is my favorite for sure. I asked her if they had wet wipes because I left the gym and wanted to eat in the car and wasn't expecting her to be so helpful as she apologized saying they didn't but to hold on. She came back with napkins that she wet with warm water and napkins to dry my hands with. She was a joy to talk to and was so sweet! I emailed in while I was eating in my car because I declined my receipt and didn't want to forget as she deserved the recognition. Of all the fast food places, In N Out is by far the best. It's always so busy even at 10:30 at night. Always order the numero 2 and a chocolate milkshake. I skip the complex orders since I'm not much of a fan of the flying Dutchman or the animal style anything, especially the fries. They were so soggy and gross that it just totally turned me off of anything animal-style. Love their fries though, just the way they are. read more

Awesome. Met the hype so well. Better than Five Guys also. Being from the east coast these places are mystical and full of hype, but this place met the hype. I got a double double and fries and asked for a little extra sauce. The wait was a little longer than I was hoping, but the idea that they are cooking stuff and not just sending it through a heater is great. Watching them cut whole potatoes into fries is awesome. The burger was in a perfect wrapping for eating and was so full of juice and flavor. The bun was fine, nothing out of the ordinary there. The fries (which is what makes it or breaks it for me) were perfect. So thin and nice. Also get extra sauce it's weird and I don't know what it is, but damn it's good. Love this place!! read more

My husband and I always come here. It's our favorite spot in town. We only come when we get off of work though (usually around 12am) we would love to come during the day but there's not a lot of places to sit and there's not a lot of parking as well. Plus since it's cold out now, sitting outside isn't an option. I just wished there was more parking & seating. Other than that, GREAT customer service, GREAT food, always love coming here! read more

When I am craving a burger In-N-Out is always my first choice. Burger and a shake, I never acquired a taste for frys at any location. It is always a difficult choice for me with the Turlock In-N-Out because it has just never tasted as good as other locations I have been. This place is always busy...the line is long, but the wait is surprisingly short considering. Burgers are amazing, fries and shakes are not good. Fries have kinda a dry texture it's gross. Shakes are runny and straight out of a machine. Not good at all. Double double burger is my favorite. read more

Where is the Beef!! I was amazed how thin and tasteless the patty was in my regular cheese burger. My husbands double patty equaled a regular size patty. I use to love this place, but the hamburger has gotten way too small. I will not return, so sad to see them drastically reduce the size of their burgers. Prices are good. Employees are friendly. Sometimes too friendly. One time an older lady started making conversation and I was thinking to myself "lady shhh. I just wanna eat my food". Food takes a while to get, specially if your going trough the drive thru. Sometimes their burgers are raw, which I hate. Restrooms are clean. Parking lot and tables are crowded most of the time. Sometimes to get a table, you have to stand and guard one, then right before the customers start to leave you get closer and closer. Next thing you know your sitting down at the table and it's like you shooed them away. Same thing the other way around, I haven't finished eating and there's people already stading by my table, staring and staring.... I hate that sometimes they skip my number and people who order after me get their food first. An employee told me that their computer/screen sometime skips the orders(?????) Fix it!! read more
