I just took a sh!t at this In-N-Out. Good experience, soft toilet paper and it was thick too! The privacy in the stalls is perfect. Would do it again. The food was good too, lol.

Drive thru was wrapped around the building but service was quickk! We were super hesitant on stopping by after seeing the drive thru but we got through quicker than expected. Staff was super friendly and our order was gorgeous!

You know the routine, long drive thru lines, lots of people and a simple menu. Nothing changing at this location either. With that being said, it's always been a good experience. The drive thru is a bit rough as it lines up leading back to the street if super busy. I stopped by Wednesday afternoon at around 2PM after spending my morning at the emergency vet. I didn't want to wait so I found parking in the lot and ran in. Employees were polite, they move you through the lines fast and keep the food moving. When I was being helped they were calling #60. I was number #72. I got my drink and waited maybe 8ish minutes for my food to come out. Food was made to order and was hot and fresh. No complaints here, good food for a decent price. And it's a big deal for me when the fountain drinks taste good, the diet coke was excellent. This location has plenty of outdoor seating and the parking lot has space to get around the drive thru line. There is a lot of shopping around as well so it's always busy.

We frequent this in n out because it's close to home. I've only ever once had an order be inaccurate and they fixed it right away. They are the only ones who do well done fries, not burnt! We always ask for a side of chilis and the little whole peppers they had were fire! Last time, they gave us a container of precut peppers and they were not spicy at all. Today I got my usual, cheeseburger...animal style, whole grilled onion, a pink lemonade and animal fries well done. Got my side of chilis and they put 4 slices of chilis in a cup. I'm like what the...? Again, they have no spice and there wasn't even enough to out on my burger. Please bring back the whole spicy chilis!

Well I'm Back to my Favorite Burger Place. Been Craving a Good Double Cheeseburger and fry's. I was Greeted by my Good Friend Mario. He's the Owner here. And runs a Strong Company. Everything is up to Par here. As for the Burger. Great as Usual. Look at the Burger. Delicious. As I said in my other review. I do live in Ceres. And there is an In and Out. As you can see Hands Over this is the Top Dog.

I was visiting from East Coast. And like any other visitors outside CA, I had to go to the famous In-N-Out! Oh boy, this branch in Turlock, CA is one of the busiest yet has the best customer service there is! Shoutout to Isaac (wasn't to take photo) who was so nice to accommodate me even he was busy on his station. We were a group of 9 and we had the most confusing orders. Hands down to this lovely young lady Mia!!! She was so patient to take our orders and even gave us her beautiful smile. I wish there are millions of Isaac & Mia in all customer service department. In-N-Out should give their hardworking crews like Isaac & Mia their hourly rate a raise.

First off, you can't go wrong with In-N-Out. For me, it's one of the most reliable fast food restaurants in terms of both quality and service. I ordered my usual: a grilled cheese with fried onions, fries, and a milkshake. As usual, the food was delicious. The drive through line was incredibly long, so we opted to park and eat at one of the outdoor tables. This In-N-Out is located in a nice plaza, so I definitely recommend eating outside if you can. Ordering inside is also much faster than the drive thru, so if you can find a place to park, I definitely recommend skipping the drive thru.

I hardly ever go to In-N-Out just because it's not my favorite, I enjoy more of a charred burger like the habit. But of course they wanted it yesterday and luckily it didn't disappoint. I'm finally figured out that I enjoy my double double a lot more with light spread. It was just enough to make the burger have sauce but not make it wet which is why I usually lean more to somewhere else. I will absolutely always grab a strawberry shake when given the opportunity and it never disappoints. But they absolutely hit it out of the park yesterday. Always fresh and hot when given to you.

I like this place but apparently not as much as other people do. Every time I'm here it's difficult to get a place to sit because it's so crowded, and forget about the drive through. (Line way too long) The burgers are fresh and juicy, and fries are freshly cut. I usually add grilled onions to my burger, which makes it even better IMO. I would probably eat here more often if there were more available seating, and or shorter lines in the drive through. read more

This location never disappoints! Went today around dinner time, PACKED. I know it's always busy but it was packed, it was rainy, the inside was full, line down the street. And they still were getting orders out quickly. I was stressed because I was on my lunch break and they got me in and out quickly. I was very impressed. The parking lot does suck but that's not their fault. Kudos to management and the team. You guys rock and we appreciate you! WE STAND WITH YOU. read more

Wow, I go to the drive thru and a guy takes my order instead of the intercom. That's service. I always heard that you need to know code to order a burger with onions and stuff on it but the guy straight up asked me if I wanted onions on it. Awesome b/c I had forgotten the code words. Now I get to the point where I pay. High school girl: That'll be... Me: Here you go. Excuse me, how much farther to Fresno? HG: About an hour. Where you guys from? Me: San Francisco. HG: (Girl's eyes glisten over making me feel good about living in such a sweet city.) Turlock was good to me b/c Combo meals tasted awesome and Safeway gas station had the cheapest gas I found the whole weekend. read more

Stopped here during a road trip yesterday night. My husband has gluten allergies, and is usually very safe eating at in n out. Other in n outs normally put on the order that he has a gluten allergy, and yells to the back there is a gluten allergy coming their way. The cashier who helped us here did not put it on the order, and when I specifically asked him to, he said "oh it's fine, they'll know when they see it's protein style". The order comes out and his protein style burger is served in the same tray right next to my regular burger. And we assume no one changed their gloves back there because they had no reason to, since the receipt did not indicate any allergy. They should really learn from other in n out locations that it is very important when someone has a gluten allergy, versus just doing a gluten free diet. My husband ended up getting a major migraine (that's what happens when his food has traces of gluten on it), and we ended up needing to cancel our plans and going home. I guess that's our fault for trusting that all in and outs are the same and not bringing our own food for the road. read more

Complicated order? No problem. I purposely make my In-N-Out orders as complex as possible the first time I try each location. Service was on par with other locations, can't believe it was so busy at 10am on a Sunday. Speed, on par or above. Delicious as always. Why would any adult go across the street to McD's is the only question I can't wrap my mind around. Thank you for being here, now please open up a store in my town. read more

If you're a fan of In-N-Out this location is a WIN. A+ service the whole way. Even when its packed- and this loc is very popular, I'm always surprised how fast the food gets turned out. I'm from the East Coast and theres defiantly some magic to these places. Personal favorite: Double Double w/ Ketchup an Lettuce only. read more

Consistent, fast, flavorful. Kids love a cut-in-half burger, fries are super-fresh and very little salt is added, burgers are perfectly seasoned, drinks are bottomless, price is right. Nothing not to love if you love a great fast-food burger. Clean? Yes. For as many people go through this place, it is very clean. Service? It's fast, it's hot, it's easy. Food quality? Very high and very tasty. Overall? It's a standard stop no matter where we are if we are craving fast and delicious. Really good stuff. read more

The BEST burgers anywhere. I mean anywhere. They are picture perfect every time. Hot and fresh ingredients. I've never had limp fries or soggy lettuce. Eating here is cold inside, but during the busy times you're glad for it because the crowd warms up the place. Every in n out is crowded, but this one keeps the line steady. You'll be out of the drive through in 15 mins or less. Open until 1am! Great for late nights coming home and you want good food, you won't feel guilty over. read more

Just got some food from here and it was really good. It was just as good as any other time/location I've had it. If you've eaten there before, you know exactly what to expect. Protein style cheeseburger... YAAASSSS!! I remember back in the days when you used to have to be FAST in order to work at in n out. There was never a wait. It seems like theres always a long wait in the drive thru and even inside. I do understand that this is the ONLY in n out within a 30-35 mile radius which makes since BUT, I feel like the old tradition of hiring FAST workers need to come back! On the other hand, the food is always delicious & I have no complaints about how it is. I got the protein style burger a couple days ago and I have to admit it is 100000 times better than having the burger with a bun!! Try it out!! All in all, this place is clean and the staff are friendly! read more

I love In-N-Out what can I say? I decided to try the well done fries here and they are just waaaayyyyy too crispy. I guess when I order fries at any in n out joint I just have to pray for them not to be too soggy and soft, bummer. I ordered a number two with extra peppers and oh my gaaaahhhh!!! So flippin good! Please please please try your burger with peppers or even grilled onions if you havent yet, I'm sure you'll be thanking me. Oh and as for service, it was superb! read more

Spotting this restaurant is very easy due to its unique appearance, location, and popularity. This In-N-Out is right off Freeway 99 on the Monte Vista exit. It's logo makes it stand out from all the fast food chains, it's delicious food is very consistent and all though it is always busy because of this same reason they manage to make the food in a timely manner. It's hours are well established that way if you are in need of a midnight meal you can easily locate an In n Out and it guarantees a great meal. This location has never got my order wrong. The food is always cooked to perfection and delicious. The staff is always friendly. They never make you feel rushed and they are never rude. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the drive-thru isn't so fast. It actually takes forever. I've never waited less than 15 minutes here. I'm not a burger person but this in-n-out is well kemp to. The drive thru line is always very busy. I hardly see a day where there isn't a line. Service is really good and the staff is very friendly. Keep In mind that this is a fast food restaurant. I came in during drive through and wow what terrible service. The employee that takes order had to be alerted to come to the vehicle. Then after placing my order of a cheeseburger and fries I had to wait in the drive through for 9 mins just to pay. 9 MINS. There was only one car in front of me. Just a disappointment. This is the new trend at this place. read more

In-N-Out always has awesome food. This location is almost always busy when I go but you still get your food really fast when it is pretty busy. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is pretty nice. My only complaint is I recently went to In-N-Out at this location right before it was closing, it took about 15 mins to get my food when I was in the drive thru. 10 mins on waiting for a car to get their food and 5 mins of waiting to get my food (which was only a number 1 - plain.) read more

Great customer service and amazing food each and every time I go there. Went today, it was 103° outside, and inside the place was packed but nice and cool. The employees were all cheerful and and there were two people cleaning the dining area the whole time we were there, about 30 minutes. Bathroom was very clean as well which is always a plus. The burgers were great, I love that they will saute the onions! I always request my fries well done, a little bit crispier and they always oblige politely. read more

Service was fast, restrooms were clean and food was yummy. The reason we love to stop at In-N-Outs when we travel! The AC was cranked up pretty high so I actually had to run out to the car for a sweater, although that problem was easily solved. read more

The other missing factor is the creaminess of the burrito. That guacamole in SF felt like heaven. Feels like it is missing entirely in this one despite being physically there. It was odd and made me sad and wish it was the location in SF. Well, let's just say I was barely able to stop myself from snacking on more than a couple of his fries. They were fried nice and crispy on the outside but soft and tender inside. Tossed in light coat of seasoning, not sure what it was but it sure complemented the fries. So if you havent tried this restaurant, do yourself a favor and make it a stop on ur next outing.

I just wanted to share this with y'all, I was at in -n-out this past Sunday and a customer was waiting for his food and when his number got called he realized they didn't have his order correctly and the order was missing the fries. The customer a Hispanic man who didn't speak English proceeded to tell me he order meals so the fries should have been included and that the last time he was here it happened to him also. A employee named Amir could see the man had a concern with his order and I proceeded to explain to Amir what the issue was and that it has happened to him his last time here as well. Missing the fries. So Amir understood his frustration and proceeded to fix the situation by the explaining to the customer he would include the fries for free and apologized on behalf of in-n-out and went out of his way to make the customer happy and gave his dearest apologies for it happening to him his previous time as well. I am a Hispanic man as well and just needed to tell Amir how grateful and how magnificent he handled that situation and I greatly took it personal for it could have been my father in that situation. I placed my order and got a number. Filled up my soda cup and sat down and waited for them to call my order. And waited. And waited. They called a couple of numbers before me, and then a couple after me. After they went more than 7 past my order number I walked up to the counter and asked what happened to my order. Their server looked at my receipt. And then proceeded to cook my order. So I'm standing there at the counter waiting like an idiot because if I go back to my table and sit down, they'll probably forget about me again. Plus they took my receipt so I just lost the proof that I already paid. When they finally handed me my order, no apology for the mistake, no apology for the wait. So pissed. I'm never coming back, going to the Habit from now on. The fries are better anyway. read more
