This establishment is professional from top to bottom. I worked in foodservice for 30 years. And i put in and out burger definatly in the top ten of training service quality consistacy and professionalism. Granted it will not recieve a .Michelin star but they sure are on top of there game. Munu simple but excellent. Even the coffee is good? For a burger joint. There trucks always clean. They distribute to themselves. Tbeir e.employees are always on point all smiles no .cries. Stood in line and waited for my order today for approximately 12 minutes. Watched at least 15 vehicles go through the drive while waiting for my order. There was only 2 orders in front of my order while waiting in the lobby. When I questioned the worker on why it took so long was told it was because of the toasted bun request. There must of been at least 12 or more workers behind the counter and it still took them 12 minutes to get my order ready. Also, the burger that was on the roll was extremely small - roughly 3 half dollars in size and less than a quarter inch in thick. Very disappointed-most likely will not go back due to their slowness, high cost and little food that they provide. Not a great experience today. My advise is to learn from your mistakes and hopefully do a better job in the future. read more

We went here in Ukiah and have been to others before, out of town. It tasted the same, we liked it. Because it's so new, I recognized the fresh 'niceness' of the staff and that's not always a regularity, especially when it comes to a fast food place. I know this is a chain and I'm totally not drunk right now. Yea, it's a chain. Every restaurant has the same layout. So why review it? Look, the staff knows what's up. You over emphasize that you want raw and grilled onions and it's 10pm. But the cashier was super friendly and patient, all for a grand total of $8 and some change. Definitely a winner! We get the burgers w/out the meat, French fries, and vanilla shakes. This place was clean w friendly service.

I am so happy they opened a in and out in Ukiah. And honestly they are all good but thid one is even better no bias here lol. I've been here about 3 times same experience every time Good they are polite don't have any trouble answering any questions and the food is great fresh and delicious. Clean and efficient, burgers fill you up and taste ok, but nothing special, the fries are the best part. There isn't a good burger shop in Ukiah, so they are as good as you will find in town. Miss the Foster Freeze of the 1980's, once they moved the food quality sucked, or the 1990's Sports Attic burger. read more

We'd just evacuated a firestorm nearby and were gathering at In-and-Out Ukiah to make sure everyone was there. The staff came out and told us to leave the parking lot bc they were closing soon. We said our town had just burned down and that we needed to stay in the parking lot to wait for our other evacuees to arrive as this was where we told them to go and cell phones were losing service due to the regional firestorms. They ignored our situation even when we pointed out the flames that were lighting up the sky from where we were standing. We left their &^$*ing parking lot and have never gone back. read more

Sept 23 2017 drive thru ordered at 1:23 got one burger fries and soda at 1:53 pm. Food was cold !!!! Bag had food marks on top. How the hell u get cold food after 30 minutes in line?! Witnessed Two cars before me hand worker back bag of food she gave him cause wrong order so she handed him another bag. Then next car got the bag he handed worker back. Third bag that had been sitting on counter was mine - no wonder food cold -- 3 bags food sitting on counter getting cold- car line not moving fast enough due to cash register I guess. Total bullshit pay money for Cold burger and cold fries after waiting 30 minutes in line ! Won't go back - crappy fries all the time there and quality of beef is lousy !! read more

Terrible!! Went there for the first time yesterday, wanting to go because of all the good things you hear about this place. It was about 12:15 and the inside didn't have that many people, with plenty of table spots to sit down at. Watching the gentleman do the fries, I noticed that when he took the basket out of the grease, he didn't allow it to drain all the way and when he turned the basket upside down to put the fries into the container that they scoop it from, lots of grease poured on top of it. The taste of the burger wasn't all that. The paper around my burger was wet with grease, making the bun all wet and sloppy. The fries were greasy and tasted flat. The only thing that was good was the Barq's root beer. I give this place 2 stars because the service was great, employees were very very friendly, and the place was clean. But the food? Grew up on In-N-Out. Knew the original owners Esther and Harry Snyder. Their burgers are my comfort food. Sure I have had burgers from a lot of places, because burgers are my favorite. On 02-09-2017 at 11:02 am my daughter and I went to the new In and Out in Ukiah. Inside we were met by cashier Brian Sh. He took our order with care and full attention. As we waited for our order first Eldon and then Candy stopped by our table to check on our order number to make sure we didn't have to get up and get our order. The food was delivered to our table, we were checked on twice by Eldon and Candy to make sure all was good, and Eldon even opened the door for us when we left. Service, quality, value, and friendliness. You can't ask for anything more than that. Will I be back, no doubt. Would I recommend this store to others,without a doubt. Wrost costumer service ever. Managers cant even get dinner service RIGHT!! 1/12/2017. 7:30 PM. I ordered my meal it did not come with a Patty and cheese as I ordered and also my animal fry came upside down in the Box. Ew grose. They gave me my money back but I would have been happy if they threw in a voucher. Took my wife there for lunch, hamburgers look smaller than the ones in Santa Rosa. Optical illusion I don't think so, but maybe. Served to us in a box looked like somebody just threw it in there. I'm a fan but the customer service today was no better than the other fast food places in Ukiah. I hate getting the food home and it's wrong or missing something. Today we asked for a regular burger no onions and a cheeseburger with grilled onions. Got it home and a big slice (not rings) of not grilled onion was on the regular burger and no grilled onions on the cheeseburger. I know, it's not that big of a deal but why can't fast food places in this town ever get things right?! read more
