First time dining here all I can say it was amazing! The server John was very helpful and informative of the menu when we asked about it. The staff greeted my family once we came in and we felt the hospitality off bat! The server even notified us that the chef had to remake the noodles off scratch because it ran out and there was going to be 15 more mins more. The server's kind gesture ended up up with complimentary chips and free sake for the inconvenience which was great! I recommend ordering the beef short rib ramen, it was delicious and my wife got the chashu ramen which was great too! Takoyaki tasted splendid by the way! This is my family's 2nd trip to In Ramen and that is because my wife has not been able to stop craving this place. The spicy chicken ramen is her favorite. Our 1st visit I had the pork ramen and it was good but this time around the short rib ramen was fantastic. The short rib melts in your mouth and my wife says that's her next visits selection which is good because it usually takes a while to make up her mind on what to eat. Watch out when you order "DAB Fries" the menu at the restaurant doesn't disclose if you add meat and it's the double of the price. We figured that only when the bill came. We come from Southern California and we are Asians. We went to many Ramen place before. While this may not be as authentic as some of the Ramen places in SoCal, it is still good and the portion is generous. The service is great and the server comes to check on us all the time. They refused to make a 3 dumpling plate which they have in the menu saying they sold out, but could offer me the same 6 dumpling plate, how does that make sense. I absolutely love In Ramen. The beef short rib ramen is well worth every penny. The $4 Mexican cokes are not especially since we were charged $4 for cans of coke. So watch out for that. Service was just absolute horrible. Attitude coming from the servers.They kicked us out. My youngest son doesn't eat ramen so we ended up getting him something else. He's a kid So obviously he stays with us. They said they don't allow outside food but one of the servers in the beginning recommended us to go next door to get boba and come back which doesn't make sense cause it's still "outside". Amazing!!! We loved everything about this place. We went on a busy Friday night, and we got a great customer service also our food was delivered on time, fresh and delicious. We sat closed to the preparation area, and we saw must of the food cooking which it makes it really fun as well. We ate some appetizers, one was even for free on the menu, the menu is online and you order everything through it (really friendly web page), as a main dish we had I think is called something like 48 hours rib Ramen which I highly recommend it. Dirty looking no customer service whatsoever, got seated with a smile then ignored, don't know which one was our waitress but never got 20$ worth of ramen that's for sure, a bunch of tasteless broth and some ramen in the bottom, chicken was dry and yet it was soaked in water, a ton of mushrooms which is fine but I ordered spicy chicken, not mushroom, was not spicy in the least, I would give no stars of it was possible. I usually leave upwards of 30%, I left nothing on this one. It was against my better judgment because I've waited tables for 15 years and I know they work for tips, unfortunately for them they don't work, they stand around swearing loudly listening to some loud r&b which doesn't fit the traditional ramen at all. I will never return and will advise anyone I know not to as well. Terrible place. read more

Disappointing for the most part. We started with pork belly buns and spring rolls. The buns were fantastic but the rolls left a lot to be desired: the inside was mushy.
