I live overseas currently (Army) and came back home to visit. A good friend of mine decided to throw me a baby shower while I was in town and have no regrets choosing In Tea as the location! They refilled three different kinds of teas, provided water and even had gluten free snacks! When we went over the allotted time booked, it was no issue, we just made up the difference. This is a lovely place to meet friends over a cup of tea. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the products and will help you choose something from the impressive list of offerings. All you need to do is start describing your preferred flavors and the staff will get up on the ladder and start pulling out bins of tea from the vertical cupboard in a manner that brings to mind Ollivander's Wand shop (Harry Potter reference). They will offer to let you smell each tea and invariably there will be that moment when (as in the Harry Potter film) the wind blows all around you and you feel that special spark that lets you know that at last you have discovered your special brew. All Harry Potter references aside, this place is a must for any tea connoisseur, fanatic, or mere dabbler. I try to stop in whenever I'm in the downtown Littleton area. read more

I was looking for a place to get a cold drink on a hot day and I am so glad I came across In Tea. The exposed brick along the inside of the entire cafe makes for a warm yet industrial vibe. The huge variety of tea is both daunting and amazing! So many delicious tea choices to choose from. The choice to add boba to any drink is a nice touch and a great way to add a little bit of sweetness to the drinks. I have been going here for many years! The owner is absolutely amazing. Sweetest lady you will ever meet! My husband and i stopped going here because of a bad experience with an employee there. Very rude. We came back in a few days ago, and Unique helped us! She is my new favorite person here super helpful and sweet. Not to mention patient as heck because I'm very indecisive. I am in this place all the time and I can honestly say this is the best tea you can get in littleton! The staff is very friendly and helpful for those who don't have much experience with tea. The atmosphere and selection here are great, so I gave it a few shots. Every time, they over-steep the tea, so it's bitter and ruined. It's also a bit on the pricey side. I'd recommend other tea places, or if you love a certain tea of theirs, they sell some in bags to steep at home. read more

Love this business! Great teas, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. We've bought lots of loose leaf to brew at home, too, so I enjoy that they sell their blends in house. My only issue with InTea is that the WiFi isn't good. I haven't been able to go there during work as I can't rely on it. But if you're looking to hang out with friends, go on a date night, or sip some tea while reading, this is the place for you! read more

This place is cool. They have a good bit of options, even in the organic realm (wish there were more) and the prices are decent. They're not annoying either. I came in to shop their menu, and they left me alone when I wanted to be alone, and helped me when I asked for help. They didn't do that strange "waffing" thing that the mall tea place does either (where they open this huge canister of tea and make a wave of air with the lid so you get this overwhelming smell of the tea. I appreciate that. I know how to select my teas and this isn't a candle shop where smell is all I'm interested in. I'll be back mostly because these places are hard to come by and tend to not stick around too long. I wish the lighting was a little more dark, but it's not a deal breaker. As the first two times I came to IN Tea I was treated graciously and they even remembered who I was. But the last few times the generous hospitality and genuine customer service disappeared. They are too busy talking to each another. They got my order wrong one time which I understand. The next time there was no engaging the customer. I had gotten some ice tea, and then when I went up to leave and ask for a to go cup and I took the straw from the cup that they served to me at table... the girl said here's a straw and I said that ok I have one...she said did you buy it? I was shocked and this was her from over the counter. I didn't know that the straw that came with the glass was special at all! but you didn't give me a straw to go with the to go cup, which I didn't say but I just felt like wow you know you gals are so busy talking and then you turn around to pay attention to a straw? I felt embarrassed for why would I steal a stupid straw. Love the product but was so disappoint today I don't know if I will return. read more

I LOVE In Tea. I make a point to go there every time I am in downtown Littleton, especially after going to the theater. My favorite is the mint tea, but most of the time I will try one of the specials posted on the board. And the frozen tea (almost like a slushie) in the summer are amazing. This is by far the best tea/coffee place I've ever been to. The location is cute and just plain convenient. There's a huge variety of tea, and the baristas are always happy to help you find the perfect match for what you're craving. Your beverage is always made to perfection and theres pretty much no doubt you'll like it. Their pastries and sandwiches are just as amazing. I've started going so much that I'm asked if I'm getting the usual as soon as I walk in. I thought this place had coffee as well as tea but this place is strictly a tea shop. I was craving a dirty chai, though, so the barista offered to make something up for me. He mixed their chai with one of their teas that has coffee beans in it and the drink was amaaazing. They brew your tea fresh so it took a couple minutes to get it but it was well worth the wait. Come here for a quality cup of tea with a friend and you won't regret it! read more

I really enjoy trying some of the new spots that have opened around town. I was very impressed with my experience at In Tea - the employee was clearly knowledgeable about all of the teas (and there are A LOT!) - right down to the tannin in each tea, how many times different types of tea could be steeped, and what type of milk tastes best with your tea! I wish there was a little more of a food selection to choose from, but that's about my only complaint. I'll be back! read more

This place was so cute and had delicious peach tea! Even the alcohol infused drinks looked amazing! My sister in law and I stopped in for an iced tea on a warm day a couple weeks ago. The ladies were very friendly and helpful! They told us information about the tea and even let us smell it. It took about 5 minutes for the tea to steep. As soon as we got our drinks, my son ended up spilling my sister in laws tea and I went back in to buy her a new one. The ladies at the counter gave us one for free. They were so sweet and understanding! The atmosphere was fun and they have a couple tables to sit outside! read more

Full confession; I am a former loyal Teavana guy who eventually couldn't get behind their quality and direction anymore. Searched for a new tea source for a year or two around Denver, and finally landed on In Tea. Incredibly knowledgable staff, who really takes the time to figure out your palate and recommend the right teas. All of their tea is super fresh, nothing has ever been stale or old or anything other than fantastic. Even better, on my last trip a few months ago, the gentleman who was helping me recommended purchasing a gaiwan, a traditional tea-brewing device that I was unfamiliar with. I now use it pretty much daily for brewing oolong or green tea. So, terrific staff with tons and tons of knowledge, and a vast tea selection that's high quality. Top notch all around!! read more

Really great tea place! They have tea cocktails, tons of tea (they have to get it down using one of those library ladders on rails), pretty good pastries, a genius gift shop area, and better seating now that they are in downtown Littleton. They deserve the good reviews they get from the A list. They can make pretty much whatever you want- iced, sweetened, hot, etc in a ton of flavors. Not snooty like Teavana in the mall. read more
