Had the pleasure of dining at Incas 360 in Port Orange. We all had the Paella special on Thursday. Rice was fluffy and very tasteful. The chef added some sofrito from the bottom of the pan at our request. He also gave us some of the house special sauce - Jalapeño, olive oil, garlic and apple. Fantastic! Found this treasure on Yelp! Great service, food, and ambiance. Our waiter was so nice and helpful with great suggestions. No Filet Mignon, no problem, try the lomo saltado instead. The meat was divine and the sauce went great with our fries. We also had a side of Madurai's/plantains. Perfect combo. We tried the octopus/pulpo ceviche. What an exquisite, tasty dish. This is my second time here and again the food was delicious and did not disappoint. Servers have been friendly but I will admit our first visit (grand opening) the server could have used some more training. We stumbled in after getting pedicures around the corner and it happened to be their grand opening we only knew because we asked. They seemed to have raffles and things going on but she didn't really bother to explain and was like it's no big deal if you leave etc. Myself having owned restaurants in the past you want people to stay and be involved it usually equals more sales. We just tried Incas360 for the first time, and will definitely be back. Their ceviches were wonderful, bright and fresh. We had the Leche de Tigre, which was just spicy enough for us but can be dialed up for the more adventurous. We split the Chaupa--and were too full for dessert. The server and managers are not professional. The server was pushy and rushing since we arrived at 6 pm. We called within 20 mins of leaving about a Lost item/ 100% sure that we left an item on the chair, though they couldn't find it! I like this place especially for happy hour because the draft beer is reasonably priced. I love the food but it is a bit pricey for me personally. The food is very good though and you can get an awesome fish platter on the happy hour menu. The service is excellent and the employees are very friendly and accommodating. They even have one of the cooks (Carlos) who comes out and plays the saxophone and the flute. It's also a very well kept and clean establishment. read more

Oh my gosh! This place is PHENOMENAL! I'm typically a steak snob, and couldn't find a good steak anywhere in this area. But the filet at Incas 360 is absolutely incredible. We had the filet and ceviche last week and already came back again even though we live in Ormond Beach. Today we met the owner, who was beyond friendly and educated us about their natural ingredients and flavors. They're family owned and operated and definitely a must try if you're in the area. Their cocktails are amazing! I had the spicy margarita and my husband drank the pisco sours. I'm from Central America and found their ceviche to be a little weird, but maybe that's because it's Peruvian. All four of us enjoyed our dinners. This is our second time eating in this restaurant. The owners and family, as well as the entire staff, are so welcoming. We were greeted by lovely music (live guitar player) and were seated promptly. My wife wanted to taste one of their wines, so the waitress brought the bartender over with two wines to taste...very nice. I ordered the pesto pasta and steak, and my wife ordered the ceviche. First time here at this Peruvian restaurant in Port Orange Florida. Visited in the early part of November of 2024. Food was good but a little overpriced, I am descended from Peru my parents are Peruvian and I ordered beef lomo and I choked on the rice, wasn't sure what kind of rice they were using but typically that doesn't happen to me. My wife on the other hand had their fish and she said it was quite tasty. The night we went they had entertainment which was a young man playing saxophone. Alcohol drinks a bit on the pricey side. I thought they might have something called piccaronea, a Peruvian dessert that is served in Lima. At this time the restaurant isn't equipped to serve this item. Maybe in the future. Overall had a good experience, the service was top notch & maybe next time I will order another Peruvian dish and give this place another try. read more

Our server, Ginger, was so friendly and helpful in explaining what things were and pointing us to some of her favorites. I had the blackened Mahi with veggie medley and plantains. It was the best piece of fish I've had out in a very long time! Veggies still had a crunch and were very fresh. My husband had the filet w/ chimmichuri pizza which he loved.
