Probably one of the worst places I've ever been too. On the door is says Asian cuisine and I don't see anything authentic about it. I really wanted to like this place but It just doesn't fit with my taste buds. I worked in Canyon Park for many years and its nostalgic coming back; though I live close. Our target is Thai but decided to explore today. Inchin looks like a nice restaurant. It is. Like how they incorporated the Asian influences into the design element. Modern and clean! Great first impression and wait staff was friendly and did a great job. I know my review is not great, the restaurant itself is great but the lunch I had was just not good at all. Lunch beef with hot garlic sauce. Started with hot and sour soup and egg roll. Soup was very salty and not sure if they are trying for something different, but broth and vegetables did not the usual taste or texture. It was just salty and sour. Honestly not sure how they could mess this up. Entree. The beef is in a bowl of sauce with vegetables. Sauce is very sour, too much vinegar. Beef is very chewy. I would have prefer Panda and after lunch, went to McDonald's for a chicken sandwich. Maybe its the lunch specials. I've been to several restaurants where the lunch specials, well for me, was just meh but the restaurant had decent reviews. Am I judging too harshly? Inchin's joined the Bothell restaurant scene a couple months ago. In my opinion, if you are looking for a authentic Asian restaurant, this is not the place. From the size of the restaurant, decor, to their food, I would say this place is very similar to PF Chang's. It's a nice restaurant if you are satisfied with Americanized Asian dishes, and a nice bar. My husband and I tried the "Chinese" dishes only, and we can say they were just ok. The pot stickers appetizer was so so, nothing special. They are similar to Costco's frozen dumplings. The "Hong Kong" chicken was very unusual (not in a good way), I can tell you the flavor is nowhere near Hong Kong, and it did not look very appetizing either. The black bean with cod was better comparatively, and it tasted like what it should be. Our server was polite and attentive. We could tell he was trying to give us a pleasant dining experience which we appreciated. I saw they have a happy hour menu, maybe we will come back for that and try some drinks too. NIce venue, attentive staff, and lots of choices on the menu. In fact, the menu was difficult to parse but the waitress was very helpful. The place was neat and had some nice artwork. I love the variety of table sizes so that we could get one that was perfect for two. I had the Mongolian beef and she had the Szechuan chicken. Her's was one star but she said it wasn't spicy at all. I had the no star and thought it was deliciously spicy in a non-hot way. The ice tea was superb. But the fried ice cream was different than any I'd tasted before. So all in all a nice place, just not one we will frequent. I have to say that if you like lots of onions and peppers with your food, and a lot do, you will love this place. This is my first time back since the grand closing of Canyons. I will admit, at first glance, I was quite skeptical. Being that this place is close to work, I decided to give it a try. Looking through the yelp reviews, the feelings were mixed. Until I saw a picture posted by another reviewer. To my surprise, the trusted and true, Chuy was in the bar. I just had to go in now. After some greetings and small talk, it was time for some drinks. This place has an amazing craft cocktail menu (see pictures). The smoked out kettle is a nice touch that compliments the whiskey. Chuy recommended the paneer tomato dish, and to my carnivorous surprise, it was delicious. I do warn you that if you're not a fan of spice, this place may seem a bit out of the element. But it never hurts to try. I give his place a 4 mainly for the staff. The happy hour is probably the best in town with $4 beers! Tap and bottle! I went a couple of weeks ago with the whole family. We had great service and the pkace was very clean, even for my wife's standards. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for appetizer. It was a good size for an appetizer. I liked the ratio of chicken to veggies. The sauce was good as well but could have used even more spice. For dinner we got the kids noodles, Mongolian Beef, and Chicken in Black Bean Garlic Sauce. My favorite was the Beef. It was super sweet but I would reorder again. The Chicken had a good amount of vegetables but it didn't have anything special to the sauce. It wasn't really spicy and overall just was pretty bland. I would not order this again. Although not pictured we did order the fried Ice Cream for dessert. It was alright. A little too much breading on it. It was nice that there were no nuts so my daughter's could have some as well. The biggest complaint I would have is the serving dish . The size of the helping is great but the serving dish is too small for that amount of food. As soon as you try to scoop it, the other side starts to fall out. Be prepared if you have a dish with a thin sauce like the Black Bean Sauce. read more

Came in on a beautiful Saturday evening with a group of three people. It was quite busy but we were managed to be seated. Waiters and service was great. They will mostly mess-up with your bill and add the items you never ordered. It happened to me twice. (yeah, I was stupid not to check the bill second time and gave them an opportunity to cheat me second time). This happened in Aug-2018, from then I went this restaurant and complained about billing issue at-least 8 times. Only response I get is "Sorry for this issue. Located in Canyon Park close to my place. Went in for lunch, having tried at Inchin's Redmond before I had a fair idea abt what to order and menu items. Ordered Fish with Hot-garlic sauce and it tasted good. Lunch comes with spring roll, soup and fried rice. I asked for chicken fried rice which was properly cooked and garnished. My wife order paneer with Manchurian sauce with veg fried rice. Overall a satisfying experience considering ours a fairly quick lunch. This is a pathetic restaurant. There are some restaurant which we term as 'hit or miss' but Inchin bamboo has consistently proven themselves to be one of the worst. I ordered vegetarian food from there, they have the receipt with the correct order yet those guys managed to send the wrong order. When I spoke to them, they said they are busy. BELIEVE ME, they are never busy. I wanted a refund for the wrong order and the sucker on the call said, 'why do you need a refund'. Seems like he was a professional beggar. I placed an order for pick up yesterday on Valentine's Day so I did expect it to be very very busy. Went in at 6:30pm Tuesday to place for pick up. The staff were so friendly, I could tell people were giving them a tough time on the counter and even so, best customer service throughout such a busy shift. I ordered the Shrimp Manchurian Dry, Kung Pao Chx & an order of their Paneer 14 I believe. She said it would take 45 minutes and since we lived close they would text me when done so I was able to go home and get some stuff done. They never sent a text but I got there about the 45 minute mark and picked it up. They were even busier when I got there to pick up but I only waited 5-10 minutes. The food was AMAZING! They have zero organization and completely screwed up my order and when I complained about it took no responsibility and instead were rude. I went in with 0 expectations since a lot of reviews weren't too great on Yelp. However I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quantity for the noodles was more than other locations we have tried - especially Bellevue DT one. We ordered Chili Garlic noodles with chicken, Street side chowmein noodles with chicken and the usual chili chicken gravy. Chili garlic noodles were the most flavor of all three dishes. Chowmein noodles were good but were more like hakka with mild savory flavor. But both the noodles together balanced each other's flavors really nicely. Chili chicken was a bit burnt to the taste but nevertheless good. It lacked a bit of tangy, spicy flavor that is typical at the Bellevue DT's location. Also, the gravy wasn't filled up till the brim of the box. Took off a star for this. Also, they didn't provide any sauces on the side or the fortune cookie that they usually provide. They are enrolled in the five star point system so if you visit them often, you can add up the points and then redeem them for free appetizer, soup or entrees ! We ordered to-go so didn't get much chance to check out the ambience but it looked really nice from outside. There wasn't much rush on a Saturday evening and we got our order ready when we got there within the time they told us it would be ready. It's about 5 mins from the Alderwood mall so one can shop at the mall and pick up some nice noodles from here on the way to home. Definitely visiting this location again ! Had a great experience with the sever I had, even though he was taking care of the entire building at the time. I mentioned it and flicked it off before sitting, but the hostess made no comment, apology, or effort to get a rag to wipe it off. Then both our plates had what we initially thought were chipped edges, but turned out to be dried food on them. They have a menu section called "dumplings"; one of the three available types was called "potstickers"; so we ordered one of the other ones assuming they be something different...nope, they are all just steamed potstickers. But for some reason they thought it perfect to add cut green chilli peppers (possibly raw thai green chilli peppers). This burnt my daughter's tongue like crazy. Unpardonable error. Everything is so freaking hot! I found the menu confusing and had a hard time finding something that sounded good. Hot & Sour soup is thick and almost black, Tom Yum was unrecognizable and only tasted of bitter lime... a lot of lime. Lettuce wraps came with iceberg lettuce leaves and chopped and diced veggie filling. (They were ok.) The Biryani rice was unremarkable and could have passed for pilaf. The sauce was very spicy and ruined it. Service was fine but the kitchen wasn't getting things out fast enough. Everything we ordered came one at a time with at least 10 minutes in between dishes. I ordered hot & sour soup, kung pao chicken, vegetable coins entree, and a kids veg hakka noodles... I am not even kidding, the only thing remotely okay was my kids noodles. I asked for "a vegetarian dish with something fried/crunchy inside" and the employee suggested the vegetable coin dish, it wasn't even remotely crunchy; there was nothing fried in it, and the coins were awful. The kung pao chicken was hardly spicy, the hot & sour soup had a tomato-like base. Trust me, I wanted to like this place, I talked about it for a few weeks, I had to talk people into going and was ready to love it... and by the end of the meal, we split my kids noodles and tossed out $50 worth of food. Some of my favorites were the paneer Manchurian, chicken 65 and the salt and pepper shrimp.
