I was worried it's gonna be the fake orange sauce on top of fried chicken but this sauce is delicious and has actual chunks of oranges. Yummm! The beef and broccoli also very flavorful and spicy with lots of broccoli and a good amount of steak. Chicken fried rice was very good with lots of yummy smoky flavor. Kids and adults approved. The crab rangoons were tasty but small and not fully fried. The vegetable chow mein is the reason im giving 4 stars because it had barely any vegetables. We ordered from PC restaurant this weekend for Super Bowl Sunday. It was delish! We got black pepper beef, Sichuan chicken, fried rice and hot and sour soup, some of our faves of Chinese American food. The chef delivered flavorful dishes at rapid speed and in huge portions. We ordered online on Lunar New Year around noon to pick up at 4:30pm. The food was fresh, tasty, and even done early. The food here is consistently good and you get so much food for the price. When we order a family meal for five, it is enough food for dinner and lunches for most of the week! I love how accurate the woman packing the food up always is. She is so careful to go over the order a few times to make sure everything is there. She always packs everything carefully in eco-bags, and we haven't had any major spills. She is also so nice. As a condiment, they have the spiciest and tastiest homemade mustard to go with the barbecue pork. The fried prawns are also the best! The wings are flavorful and have quite a bit meat on them, too. I'm surprised PC doesn't have at least 4 stars! I went here today and got 2 lunch specials and spring rolls, tip included it was about $40 which is a great deal. You can upgrade to fried rice for free which is awesome and it tastes delicious too! You can also upgrade to chowmein for $3. The chowmein was less greasy than normal and I really enjoyed it! Perfect texture with still a little bit crunchy veggies. I had them out the sweet and sour sauce on the side so my chicken didn't get mushy and they gave me a huge side of sauce! We have been going to PC Chinese since 2020 when everyone was raving about it. The last two times we've ordered there, it's been way too spicy where the chili sauce was in globs and it was inedible. I think there may be a disconnect between Clover the online ordering site and what gets sent to the restaurant. On Clover you can choose between 1 and 5 stars. Dine-in is reuseable service ware (i.e., they do the dishes), but take out uses earth-harming styrofoam. We checked out the menu and there were mostly Chinese items but also several Thai and other Asian type dishes, usually a bad sign in my opinion. (If a Thai restaurant has Chinese or teriyaki on the menu, it's almost always bad at both, in my experience.) So now we were very skeptical, but we politely allowed our friends to buy us dinner. Ok... I have never been more wrong about anything. Maybe not never, but I stand corrected this time! This place was AWESOME! We got beef broccoli, Singaporean noodles, chicken curry, garlic green beans, pad Thai. All were amazing and we have ordered all of these MANY times since and they never disappoint. The BEEF BROCCOLI is fresh, lots of tender beef, lots of broccoli. The Singaporean noodles reminded my husband of his grandmas cooking. The PAD THAI is honestly the best I've had in Washington, totally on point authentic Bangkok style street food. CHICKEN CURRY is very Thai in its flavor, but Americanized, in a good way.
