Be aware! Last time I ordered from this restaurant was September. When I saw a charge on my card last week, I called the restaurant to get an explanation. The manager said I must have purchased the food ( basically called me a liar) and hung up on me. I disputed the charge and will report them to the authorities. Our family of 5 was looking forward to trying Inchin's for the first time before night of worship at our Church. We were seated rather quickly and didn't have to wait long for a Friday night, that was nice. The Ambiance was decent, our table was nice. We ordered Butter Chicken $22 (good), Thai yellow curry $21 (not very good), Kung Pao chicken $20 (very good, everyone's fave), Mongolian beef $22 (very salty and tough, not very good), and singapore rice noodles with lamb, beef and shrimp $20 (very good). The appetizer order was not only a mistake and tasted lame, but also a major rip off. Out came 3 of the tiniest "taco wanna be's" you ever saw and they cost $16. We were all exclaiming wishing we could get our money back instead. The IPA my husband ordered tasted like a light beer with zero hops and definitely didn't taste like an IPA. It was sad it was a big glass that he forced himself to drink for $14. On top of that the main waitress for our table (Indian chubby gal wearing a low bun), she was very disappointing. She put us down a as a large party and on our receipt it said 6 guests when there were 5 of us. She also added a large party 21% gratuity of ~$29, which was over the top ridiculous. I brought it up to her and instead of kindly doing something about her 6 person error, she justified it and did nothing. Amazing indo chinese food!! Service 5/5.. food quality 5/5..taste10/5.. value for money 5/5.. we ordered alot of dishes between the 2 of us.. Our staple at any Inchins location is Burnt garlic fried rice, dimsums, veggie gold coin, and masala water. Visited for a early dinner so had no wait time.. service was really quick and food delicious.. I could taste the fresh and distinct flavors from every morsel in my mouth..Ambience is pretty good and alot of seating. Ample parking at this location.. I've been here for a lunch date twice in the past few months. Both times the food and service were both excellent. Sarah was our host/waitress most recently and she was very prompt and helpful. The portions are large. I like that they have both Indian and Chinese offerings; more likely to get people to agree on a place! Lately the quality of the Bothell Brach has really degraded. This is for both dine in experience and togos. The food does not taste the same any more. For Togo they delivered wrong order twice in the last one month. Today was the limit we ordered Hakka noodles chicken and we got shrimp fried rice. Me and my husband are both allergic to shrimp. This is not acceptable. Customers are banking on order food to be at least right. We have been so fond of inchins for last 5 years but we have mostly stoped going to the Bothell branch. read more

I may come back here again, even though I have it three stars. I really enjoyed the establishment in redmond down town, so I had to try it here. I think the main difference at this location, for me, was just service was pretty average. Where at the reading location the food, menu, aesthetics, atmosphere and also service really did it for me. I think having the Mexican bar drink menu cheaper the experience for me, because it took me out of the universe I was in...the atmosphere the restaurant has set up with the music and decor. So I'd kill that and go back to the beautiful mango lassi. I will say the food for me is either a hit or average. The sauces are great, but a lot of the menu still relies on them. Outside of those items I have very much enjoyed the vegetarian hot and sour soup, their momos, their curried lamb and their fried rice. read more

We had a great meal - 4 adults + 4 kids (under 6) Food was fabulous, wonderfully spiced and if you can't choose between Indian or Chinese food....have both! The staff were very helpful, and attentive whilst being very sweet with the kids. We dined earlier, and as we were leaving the restaurant was filling up and the atmosphere was great. First they couldn't find my online order and then the food was terrible. All three dishes. The fried rice and noodle dish were tasteless. We tried salt and soy sauce and it didn't help. They used zero seasoning. My butter chicken had horrible pieces of dried up chicken. I really wasn't even sure if it was chicken. We threw the entire thing away. Worst meal we've ever had. read more

Yum!! We had quite the feast here after a long day of moving. I highly recommend the dumpling sampler with the butter masala and Thai sweet green chili sauces. All of the dumplings were great, but my personal favorite was the Thai chicken one. My table ordered the egg drop soup, the Chinese pakora, the burnt garlic fried rice, the vegetable biryani, the paneer makhani, and the tom yum stir fry. We loved EVERYTHING! I probably wouldn't order the fried rice again unless for an entree because we have so much rice leftover (not a bad thing!). As far as service, Sarah is an incredible asset to the Inchon team. She was funny, personable, and made sure we were taken care of completely. This is despite the fact that we came in literally 5 minutes before the kitchen closed (sorry!!). The ambiance in the restaurant is very calm and I could see myself coming here with some friends for a casual night out or as a fancier dinner date with my partner. Such a weird experience. My mom, my sister, and I decided to dine in this Bothell location after my sister and I tried takeout a few weeks ago. Our server was an Indian lady and at the beginning she was very nice. She brought out the bill halfway through our meal, but then took it back to give it to us later after we finished. There was a mixup with how we had requested the bill be split and she let us know she cannot correct this now that she'd placed the order. That wasn't a big issue. My mom went to pay for the bill with cash and the server asked, "do you want any change?" the change would have been substantial in comparison with the bill. My mom said yes please and all of a sudden the server said she cannot provide change due to them not having any cash in the till (server probably wanted to pocket all the change as her tip). My mom said no problem and pulled out her card to pay clicking no tip and getting ready to pull out more cash for a cash tip. The server saw the no tip on her digital receipt and proceeded to VERY rudely say "oh so service was not good?" and stomped away. I have never seen a server conduct themselves in such a manner especially when we were going to tip, and in a more favorable way (cash tip). I'm just in awe that someone would act like that when the service was mediocre at best. Do better. read more

Food is great. Business practices are not. They advertised "buy $200 gift card and get $50 bonus". Turns out that the bonus is $10 dollars per visit for five visits and expires within a short period of time. No mention of this on their website, in the cart or at checkout. You are told that once you have paid and driven all the way there to pick the gift card. Inconvenient at best. False advertisement and bait-and-swicth at worst. It is pretty nasty tactic for such a great restaurant that has an upscale experience and tasty food. read more

A couple of weeks ago during mid-week, we landed at this place pretty late. Around 9:30pm and server refused to server dine-in as they close. But, based on my request they asked us to try completing our meal in 30 minutes. It was so nice of them to accommodate us. Fabulous customer service. We ordered just 2 dishes 1. Pan Fried Chilly Fish- Our all time favorite 2. Vegetarian Hakka Noodles Both dishes were made fresh from pan to our plates and it was simply awesome. Can't wait to go back to Inchin Bamboo. It used to be my one of favorite restaurants sometime back for Indian Chinese food , as coming from India I definitely crave for Chinese food. But it looks like the performance of this is getting worse day by day. We recently ordered food from their from Uber eats firstly I felt it's overly expensive for the size of dishes served. The taste was below average .... I tired their mustard panner ( it was no spice and no flavors) , lay mai panner ( decent taster but was chewy ) Just because I see we don't have much indo Chinese options it's working out else won't recommend till the time time they work on taste to be improved drastically. read more

Not sure why this place has a 3-star but my dinner experience has been particularly good other than the service that started on a great note but had a big drop as more guests started pouring in. This is a Indo Chinese fusion place with great Momos and interesting drinks. The food we ordered had the right spice levels and the drinks they suggested were Upto the description. It was a busy valentine day. The restaurant was busy with people. Sarah, the restaurant manager patiently handed each customer with smile. She explained to us that food may be late but worked with her staff to make sure the quality was great. We had veg noodles , chicken 65, garlic chicken, basil rice and fried ice cream. All I can say is that we choose the wrong restaurant and the wrong day to ruin our New Year's Eve party. Took 2 hours to prepare our to-go order. At the end got half cooked Hakka noodles with chicken when we ordered vegetarian Hakka noodles. Had to throw this away as my kids don't eat chicken. Our veg fried rice came with hardly any vegetables and our paneer Manchurian was a disaster. Would request this place to shut down its service on New Year's Eve if they can't handle the expected demand. What's the point of accepting orders when you can't fulfill it. Very poor service. Came in for lunch on weekday and even after asking that don't have lunch special menu or the menu u gave me is the only one, I was told that it's same menu which we give for lunch specials. When my order came without lunch special so I asked again and server said that I can see that she was busy so she forget about it and I could have scanned the menu and figured out myself. Not acceptable but I would blame owner in this case for overloading the server which caused bad experience for customer. Server was very nice in behavior after that so I'm going to give another try sometime in future to see if it's one off case and update my rating accordingly. read more

We have never been disappointed at Inchin's in Bothell. Their sauces in all their dishes are some of the best we have eaten. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our server Sarah and her helpful and personable personality. I have trouble recommending any one dish. It's all delicious. The food was absolutely wonderful, as always! We usually stick to our favorites: the egg drop soup, eggplant in black bean sauce, Chinese bhel, Lat Mai paneer, chili baby corn, orange cauliflower, and Hakka noodles. Each dish is exceptional--the eggplant pairs beautifully with the noodles, the paneer has an irresistible garlicky taste, and the orange cauliflower strikes the perfect balance of sweetness and savoriness. We eat at Inchin all the time so I am very sorry to put this out publicly. My parents and I eat very hot spicy food. Inchin's food is so stomach hurting tear crying food that the chefs at Bothell WA should be warned and the restaurant needs to be complained or sued for it. Even the new chefs would find the food hurtfully burning spicy. Please don't make the food intolerably burning spicy that Indian customers are driven away. I have eaten indochinese food in India where it's deliciously spicy, but not intolerably crying hot spicy like we experienced at Bothell WA Inchin restaurant. The restaurant makes it so spicy that feels like they did it on purpose. Please please improve and bring back delicious Inchin in Bothell again. Thank you and sorry. read more

Ordered DoorDash on Saturday and was too hungry to take pictures. :) The food was very good and the portions were adequate. I ordered Chicken Tacos, Manchurian Chicken, chili garlic noodles, and crispy chicken chili garlic it was all tasty. I wanted to mix it up a bit and the leftovers will last several days. It also came with two boxes of rice. It's a unique blend of Chinese and Indian food. As far as being authentic Chinese I would think not. It's more Americanized but I still liked it. It's spicy so if you don't like spicy food be careful. At least based on what I ordered. Enjoy ! read more
