They weren't cold, but you could definitely tell everything had been sitting back there for an extended amount of time. They didn't taste fresh at all. And it gets worse. Every time I've ordered fajitas with cheese and bacon anywhere else, you get solid melted cheese and crispy bacon. Here? Runny cheese sauce and bacon that had zero crispiness to it. The whole thing was a mess. The meat portions? Ok the pieces were cut up small. I was picking through all the vegetables and onions trying to find actual pieces of chicken and steak. A lot of peppers and onions. The Verdict: Plaza Azteca was a miss. The margaritas were decent but the fajitas were a lukewarm, runny, disappointing mess with small pieces of meat.
