Absolutely amazing work, and product and she was so helpful about explaining everything she was doing and what product she was using. Unfortunately, I did give up and used a random lash tech before I found Natalie and it honestly she screwed my lashes up... had holes in my lashes and fall out of my natural lash so bad. Paper work was a breeze, and there was a quick free consultation at the beginning of the session so we could talk about what type of lashes I wanted and what my expectations were. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was even heated! Almost fell asleep with how comfortable I was. Theresa was so friendly and professional, she made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the session and kept up great conversation. She walked me through the entire process of doing my lashes so I understood what was happening the entire time, and would let me know exactly what she was doing.
