I decided to come here because I got a gift card to get my nails done. When I got there, the ladies were so nice! Kelly did my nails! While we were talking, I brought up eyelash extensions, and told her that I have never had them, and decided to get them. She had space to fit me in, and I got eyelash extensions for the first time!! I can honestly say that I loved the experience. Kelly was so nice, careful, and precise. They came out beautiful, exactly how I wanted them. I will definitely be coming back to get a full especially because they are cheaper and better quality then any lash extension studio I've ever been. I payed 90 dollars for my first set of lashes, and only 40 for refills. That is at least 40-50 dollars cheaper then any lash place. I love this place! read more

The first time I had my nails done at Infinity, I noticed that everyone who came in was greeted by name. That impressed me because it shows they have a lot of return customers and they take the time to remember their names. I have not been disappointed there. I have acrylic nails and get fills every three weeks or so and they do a fine job. I love the pedicurists, too. They are great at getting my ingrown toenails out, which is always a problem for me. Ok, I changed my mind about Infinity. They have hired more people and the service is much more swift now. They use sterilized tools, and have pedicures with callous removal, wax softener, and sugar scrub. I sliced my nail in the kitchen and thought it was just going to look ugly for a few weeks. The tech here fixed it to look like you couldn't even tell anything happened. The TV's are now tuned to normal talk shows and the news. No more westerns. The wall of nail polishes is second to none compared to other shops. They have every. single. color. every. single. brand. I came here and did not have to wait long at all before they started my pedicure. Nina did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. I got a Citrus pedicure and then I did my full set with Larry. Both of them took their time! I was offered water and felt super comfortable the whole time. The nail salon was super clean and perfectly serene. Not a lot of loud talking. The girl doing my pedicure is rushing, rushing rushing and a little rough. I always have a great experience here. Today not so much.

The first experience here was great. That's why today's experience threw me for a loop. I've been here a total of 3 times. The first and second experience here was fine. On my second time here while Lam provided friendly service he messed my nails up. My nails were cricket, breaking and cracking within 2 days. T was on vacation at the time, but stated when she came back she would be willing to fix my nails. I went in today(08-24-2021), so that T could fix my nails. When I stepped in the door I could tell T had a slight attitude. She didn't greet me, and was very dry. She was friendly, and accommodating with everyone else but me. I overlooked it and allowed her to work on my nails, big mistake. During the short time that she worked on my nails, she was yanking, and twisting my hand, and doing my nails very aggressively then played innocent when I confronted her. The final straw was when she snatched the hand rest cushion from underneath my hand. That's when I stopped her from doing my nails and asked her what is the issue? She played like she didn't know what I was talking about. I proceed to let her know she was out of line, that her actions toward me were unacceptable and unprofessional and that I would not tolerate that treatment. With my unfinished nails I grabbed my things and walked out. I was shocked because T was so sweet and friendly at first. T showed her true colors, she was very rude and cold. I would NEVER recommend anybody to come here, they hate CORRECTION. read more

The person that helped me was nice and friendly but the quality isn't that great. I had a pedicure done. I picked a color then he went and got a different one that was similar... not sure why he couldn't use the one I picked. I could've done my own nails myself and gotten the same result. Color all over my toes and not complete coverage and bubbled up in some places. read more

Came here two times before, and today was just the worst. The second lady I had wearing like a little diamond studded looking bracelet is just so rude and when I asked her if I could get my nails cut a little shorter she straight up said "cut them yourself". I have a mom that English is not get first language so sometimes phrases come out blunt but no, I could tell she was just being ugly. Then the lady who actually painted my nails did an alright job except the shellac wasn't as close to the cuticle as could be. I noticed and came back to see if I could get it redone. After all I did pay for a good service, and the nails looked like a couple days grown out. So then the evil lady came to fix them and she was just being so fussy and slinging my hands and yelling about God knows what. Then she was extra drilling my nails like making them thinner so I asked for an extra layer of nail polish nicely and she was like "why" bihhhh bc u want it, and I told her she drilled my nails too much. I would say oh ok, since she's an expert but she also didn't paint my nails right the first time so sheesh. Just a wack job today read more

Reluctantly gave this salon a second chance today and am wishing I didn't. I now understand why it's so easy to get a last-minute appointment! The gentleman who started my pedicure was more interested in customers coming and going, turning his head to look around and to listen to conversations. He did a fine job cutting my toenails...until he got to my left pinky toe, which is cut at an angle. Shortly after the cut job, Helen took over. Nice enough woman. However, she immediately got on her phone. Could she not make the call before coming over and getting acquainted with my cuticles with that sharp trimmer? In her defense, she did apologize for making the call. And then she said she'd just come from church. And then asked if I was Catholic. Excuse me? Wow. As the pedicure progressed, I found Helen's foot spa-side manner to be rough and gruff, pulling my feet out of the water with more force than necessary. She also used her fingernail to remove excess polish instead of using a paintbrush like everyone else does, digging her fingernail into my toenail like she was digging for gold. The biggest offense, in my opinion, was the blowing. I can't stand it when nail techs use their breath to dry my nails. It's unhygienic, disgusting, and unnecessary. Completely unnecessary. She put my flip-flops on after she painted my toenails, so it's no surprise she messed up a nail and had to re-do it. Thank goodness I wasn't in a rush. I've been to this salon once before and remember it being a less-than-satisfactory experience. I was in a time crunch today and knew Infinity was open on Sundays, so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Sorry Yelpers, but today's visit was worse than the first one a few months ago. She enjoys making little nail art and she's quite good at it. Every $200 you spend, you get $10 off. it's a nice little incentive program. Very smart. when i went for a pedicure i had shellac on my toes and instead of E-filing them off or soaking them she literally picked and scraped off the shellac with cuticle trimmers. i wasn't paying attention and didn't realize until i was in pain and looked down and saw what she was doing. asked her to stop and she ensured it wasn't a big deal and she'll be more careful. my toes were literally sore the next day from being ripped at. only gave 3 stars because the front desk girl was sooooo nice and they had good specials read more

I've been going here since she opened and have loved the service every time since. Kelly is one of the sweetest nail artists I've ever met. She always takes care if me and if there is something not to my liking she is quick to fix it or telling someone to fix it. She is very meticulous with her work and always has you check while she is working and is always making conversation with you. Her husband is also very particular when doing your nails and spends time doing them. Danny is very good with keeping your acrylics looking very natural regardless of the color or style you have chosen. The only lady I would steer away from is the elderly woman because there is a definite language barrier. Their pedicures are amazing too. They offer such a large variety of pedicures it's always tough to choose! I will continue to see Kelly and get my nails done here! read more
