Second time coming here and it's incredible. If you know what Peruvian food supposed to taste like, it's this. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back :)

Came for a corporate lunch, it was good. Plenty of seating, can get rushed and busy fast. Service was great and staff was nice. Food is peruvian so def unique and different

Stopped in for a quick drink. Enjoyed their red sangria outside on the patio. The sangria was tasty and refreshing! They have all day happy hour specials. Already had lunch but when I went in to pay everything smelled soo good! Have to go back again for lunch next time.

Roger and the owner are so amazing. I live kind of far from here but every time we come in they are so welcoming and the food is amazing. Vibes are immaculate as well.

Inkas was such a delightful place to dine! My friends and I ate here on a warm sunny weekday afternoon, and the outdoor ambiance was just perfect for catching up over some delicious food and drinks. The service was very friendly and the food came out in a very reasonable time. Now onto the good stuff: Ceviche: 5/5. The ceviche was outstanding! So flavorful and had the perfect amount of acidity. It was a great appetizer and very shareable for 3 people. Highly recommend. Chicken picante: 4/5. Picante is my favorite Peruvian dish of all time. While Inka's rendition was not my favorite version of this dish that I've tried, jt did not disappoint. It had great flavor and the chicken was not dry at all. I'd likely order something different next time, but this wasn't still delicious. I will definitely be returning to Inkas the next time I am craving Peruvian food or want a nice outdoor spot to dine at. I'd definitely love to come here with my dogs! Do yourself a favor and try Inkas out!

Inkas is a cute restaurant tucked in an office park, with indoor and outdoor seating. They specialize in Peruvian food and will give you bread and aji, the slightly spicy green sauce . We started with some fish ceviche that came with yam, potato and cancha, Peruvian corn nuts. I got the Peruvian paella, which had plenty of perfectly cooked seafood - even the calamari was tender! My husband got the seafood picante stew spicy, but it wasn't very spicy (and I'm a spice wimp). Service was very attentive. Recommend sitting outdoors, weather permitting. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Had lunch with a group of 4. We sat outdoors and enjoyed a fairly quick lunch. We were served drinks and bread to dip in the wonderful green sauce. Ordered the Lomo Saltado and it was delicious. Fries could have been a bit crispier, but soaked in the beef broth and topped with the green sauce it was amazing. Service was consistent for what you would expect on a busy lunch period, drinks were kept full and the staff was friendly. Definitely look forward to coming back and trying a couple of other dishes.

Love the outside seating area. Under the canopy of a huge tree, it's so nice a shady. In the middle of all these industrial office buildings there is the highly enjoyable setting that allows you to forget you're in the hustle and bustle of the grind. Great food, but I have to admit I get the chicken picante almost all the time. It's my favorite dish here and I love it. You get this great fresh bread and butter to start. It's always pillowy and delicious. The bottle of green sauce is earthy, vibrant, fresh and a little spicy. So good!! I've been here with friends and everyone enjoyed their meals. I've not been let down by this place yet. It can get busy with all of the tables and offices nearby, so service can be a little spotty at times.

Nice amount of seating, not too crowded but it is nestled in a business park after all. Amazing flavor to each dish! The portions are pretty big and worth the price as well. The green sauce for the free bread is quite spicy.

I ordered the Talla Verde Chicken (Pasta) and the white sangria. It was flavorful. I will 100% be coming back to get more.

The food and service were both amazing! I went on a Friday at noon and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My friend and I sat outside and it was so nice. I will be coming back again and again and recommending it out.

My wife and I differed a bit in our evaluation. I thought it was definitely a 4 star, she thought closer to a 3. But since it's my review..... 4 stars it is. I thought everything that I ate was pretty good. We got the chicken saltado and the lomo saltado. I thought they were both pretty good... A little less flavorful than LA's Marios, but still pretty tasty. We also got the calamari which I thought was also pretty good. The batter was light and crispy and it was well seasoned. The service was also good. The restaurant was nice and clean, but super empty since we went later in the evening.

It's pretty hidden, not my type. The dishes were cold. The flan is pretty normal as well. The best thing is probably the fries.

Well, after an amazing hike in Irvine…read morethe other day, I was absolutely famished and decided it was the perfect time to make that happen. I spent a little while scrolling through options, and boy, am I thrilled I landed on this particular spot! Seriously, it was such a great decision. From the moment I stepped inside, the whole atmosphere was just fantastic - really warm, inviting, and had a super cool vibe. And the food? Oh my goodness, the pho itself was utterly incredible! The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, and all the fresh ingredients just hit every single spot. It wasn't just good; it was truly the best pho I've ever tasted, by far! The staff, especially the person who served me, was so genuinely friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I even had a bit of a comical struggle trying to master the chopsticks (still a work in progress, haha!), but honestly, it just added to the fun. I'm already daydreaming about my next visit - I absolutely can't wait to go back!

In short, my experience wasn't the best due to unclear processes and unorganized execution. I tried the seasonal lunch special, which is a $11.99 beef belly pho with unlimited refills - this was a very good deal. The bean sprouts and basil were very fresh. The broth was extremely oily but was still flavorful. It was filling and hearty. The service could be better. When seated, my table didn't get water cups. I noticed others got it as they were seated. I asked twice before receiving water cups. We asked about the unlimited refills and my waitress didn't explain how it worked and left us with "ok how many do you want?" The process wasn't obvious to us. Looked like it took a while to get the refill orders logged - perhaps they were short staffed? My party waited a while for the refills to come, to the point where our broth got cold. After inquiring about the status of the refills, the waitress defensively explained "I already put it in, you have to wait until it gets cooked." That response didn't put my party at ease because we still didn't know how much longer we had to wait. The manager later delivered the noodle refills and explained there were kitchen hiccups, likely in an attempt to de-escalate. The friendliness eased tension, a professional way of handling customer frustration. We ordered two more refills with him immediately and they arrived quickly. However, the dining experience still felt unorganized because two additional refills arrived at my table that were not previously requested. When it came time to paying the bill, the approach was also unclear. Some folks paid at the front so I waited there. The staff chilled in the back area and I couldn't get their attention, but later was told to pay at the table. I also heard gossiping in the room headed to the bathroom, and the staff quickly hushed when I passed by. It created an awkward, uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the price is good, flavor is there, and the unlimited noodle refills is a unique differentiator from other pho places. However, the service experience wasn't the best and I hope to see it improve for future visits.

The restaurant has plenty of seating and a good view of the outside shopping centers. It has a nice vibe especially if you're doing a dinner and they have a nice cultural influence. Service was amazing, the host was checking in often and the food came out in good time. The food overall was decent. Honestly I've had Peruvian food with more flavor profiles and payed a little less, the chicken was a little dry and did not have that Peruvian, you usually get some good spices and citrus with Peruvian food and it felt closer to fajitas with French fries. The yuca fries were actually done really well but came with no sauce or dip and the empanadas were good but fell apart t very quickly. The filling was good and there was a whole green olive inside that had more flavor than the meats. I would have chopped up the green olive, and integrated it more. Lastly the fried rice was pretty good to be honest ... I think that was the best thing I had while there but it did need some of that spicy kick.
