Second time coming here and it's incredible. If you know what Peruvian food supposed to taste like, it's this. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back :)

Came for a corporate lunch, it was good. Plenty of seating, can get rushed and busy fast. Service was great and staff was nice. Food is peruvian so def unique and different

Stopped in for a quick drink. Enjoyed their red sangria outside on the patio. The sangria was tasty and refreshing! They have all day happy hour specials. Already had lunch but when I went in to pay everything smelled soo good! Have to go back again for lunch next time.

Roger and the owner are so amazing. I live kind of far from here but every time we come in they are so welcoming and the food is amazing. Vibes are immaculate as well.

Inkas was such a delightful place to dine! My friends and I ate here on a warm sunny weekday afternoon, and the outdoor ambiance was just perfect for catching up over some delicious food and drinks. The service was very friendly and the food came out in a very reasonable time. Now onto the good stuff: Ceviche: 5/5. The ceviche was outstanding! So flavorful and had the perfect amount of acidity. It was a great appetizer and very shareable for 3 people. Highly recommend. Chicken picante: 4/5. Picante is my favorite Peruvian dish of all time. While Inka's rendition was not my favorite version of this dish that I've tried, jt did not disappoint. It had great flavor and the chicken was not dry at all. I'd likely order something different next time, but this wasn't still delicious. I will definitely be returning to Inkas the next time I am craving Peruvian food or want a nice outdoor spot to dine at. I'd definitely love to come here with my dogs! Do yourself a favor and try Inkas out!

Inkas is a cute restaurant tucked in an office park, with indoor and outdoor seating. They specialize in Peruvian food and will give you bread and aji, the slightly spicy green sauce . We started with some fish ceviche that came with yam, potato and cancha, Peruvian corn nuts. I got the Peruvian paella, which had plenty of perfectly cooked seafood - even the calamari was tender! My husband got the seafood picante stew spicy, but it wasn't very spicy (and I'm a spice wimp). Service was very attentive. Recommend sitting outdoors, weather permitting. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Had lunch with a group of 4. We sat outdoors and enjoyed a fairly quick lunch. We were served drinks and bread to dip in the wonderful green sauce. Ordered the Lomo Saltado and it was delicious. Fries could have been a bit crispier, but soaked in the beef broth and topped with the green sauce it was amazing. Service was consistent for what you would expect on a busy lunch period, drinks were kept full and the staff was friendly. Definitely look forward to coming back and trying a couple of other dishes.

Love the outside seating area. Under the canopy of a huge tree, it's so nice a shady. In the middle of all these industrial office buildings there is the highly enjoyable setting that allows you to forget you're in the hustle and bustle of the grind. Great food, but I have to admit I get the chicken picante almost all the time. It's my favorite dish here and I love it. You get this great fresh bread and butter to start. It's always pillowy and delicious. The bottle of green sauce is earthy, vibrant, fresh and a little spicy. So good!! I've been here with friends and everyone enjoyed their meals. I've not been let down by this place yet. It can get busy with all of the tables and offices nearby, so service can be a little spotty at times.

Nice amount of seating, not too crowded but it is nestled in a business park after all. Amazing flavor to each dish! The portions are pretty big and worth the price as well. The green sauce for the free bread is quite spicy.

I ordered the Talla Verde Chicken (Pasta) and the white sangria. It was flavorful. I will 100% be coming back to get more.

The food and service were both amazing! I went on a Friday at noon and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My friend and I sat outside and it was so nice. I will be coming back again and again and recommending it out.

My wife and I differed a bit in our evaluation. I thought it was definitely a 4 star, she thought closer to a 3. But since it's my review..... 4 stars it is. I thought everything that I ate was pretty good. We got the chicken saltado and the lomo saltado. I thought they were both pretty good... A little less flavorful than LA's Marios, but still pretty tasty. We also got the calamari which I thought was also pretty good. The batter was light and crispy and it was well seasoned. The service was also good. The restaurant was nice and clean, but super empty since we went later in the evening.

Service was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the menu. Chef Amar Santana's influence is clear throughout the restaurant, and it's easy to see why Vaca has built such a strong reputation. Our food also came out fairly quickly, which I appreciated. I started with the Vaca Tonic which was delicious. For food, the standout was the La Bola -- a crispy potato ball with flavorful ground meat inside. I'd come back just for that. The scallops, however, were just okay. They were very small for "sea" or "diver" scallops, and the menu didn't specify what kind they were. The sauce was fine but nothing memorable. I was most excited for the wagyu oyster cut steak and ordered it medium, but it arrived more rare than expected and was surprisingly chewy rather than tender. Overall, the experience didn't quite live up to the hype for me. I love tapas, but this spot fell short.

Fun fact: Sonder is owned by siblings Diane and Lamson and is located right next to Lamson's first restaurant , Kaizen Shabu! This place sometimes gets booked for private events so I HIGHLY recommend making a reservation as to not wait and guarantee it isn't closed the day you want to come. There is also usually events or a live DJ later in the evenings so check their instagram to be up at date @sonderdtsa. The food here is absolutely delicious and flavorful. It tastes both familiar but also new by putting a unique twist on dishes and flavors you already know. Some standout dishes are the little gem salad, dill milk bread, and charred beets. My only complaint is that the Sichuan fries were not as crispy and I would have liked. They are also quite greasy and heavy. But I understand why it is soggy due to being tossed in the Sichuan oil after frying to achieve the numbing flavor. We also tried the black sesame walnut for dessert and it was to die for; such a toasty flavor that paired perfectly with the creamy ice cream. While there are a few staple menu items, the kitchen seems to often be coming out with different dishes so you're sure to not be tired coming here time and time again.

Overall, the food, drinks, and atmosphere were great, but unfortunately the hostess experience kept it from being a full 5-star night. I had a 7:30 reservation and arrived at 7:35, but waited nearly 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The hostess was quite rude and told me we had lost our table because we were "late," even though I had been standing there waiting to be helped. She eventually seated us at a dirty table and the overall interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Thankfully, our server Omar completely turned the night around -- he was kind, attentive, and very helpful. The manager Dave was also amazing and made sure we were taken care of. The food and drinks were excellent. The cocktails were delicious, the hummus with warm pita was fantastic (definitely ask for extra bread!), and the melted cheese with toasted bread was a highlight. The fries were uniquely cut and perfectly cooked, and the calamari was top-notch. The view and ambiance make this a great place to relax with friends over tapas and drinks. I would come back again for the quality of the food, the beautiful setting, and the wonderful service from Omar -- but I do hope management addresses the front-host experience, as it really sets the tone for the evening.

Classy and upscale and not giving off too trendy of a vibe. We certainly enjoyed the decor and how the restaurant was set up. We started with the Wood Fired Octopus (9/10) for our appetizer and it set a nice tone for the rest of the meal. Octopus was cooked to perfection, not too chewy, but with a good texture and bite. The potatoes, sofritos, chorizo and sauce were a fine compliment to the dish. For the main entree, I ordered the porchetta (7/10). It was cooked well, over polenta and was pretty good. The porchetta had a bit more fat than I would normally like, but the pork and polenta was very flavorful and I enjoyed the dish. I also ordered The Ritual Cocktail (9/10), it was very good, with the perfect balance between the bourbon, some sweetness and smokiness. Very well crafted cocktail. They especially do veggies SO WELL. My husband who has been anti-veggie for most of his life just ate an almost entirely vegetarian meal here to tonight, so well done y'all.
