It's incredibly frustrating because I have to plan my schedule ahead of time and block off work just to make these appointments. When they cancel last minute, it throws everything off. Another thing to be aware of is that there are no refunds once you purchase a package. Even if the constant rescheduling becomes a major inconvenience, you're essentially stuck and have to work around their availability. For the amount of money you're spending, I'd recommend looking into Sev Laser instead. Their pricing is much more affordable, booking is far more flexible, and you can often get same-day appointments. They also offer pay-per-session options that are about 30-40% cheaper than LaserAway. Do your research before committing to a package here.

During the call, I was quoted a price of around $1,000. I was not told that this would require multiple sessions at that price for the goal I explained, and I only learned that after the process had already begun. I personally felt misled by that lack of clarity because it was information I needed upfront to make an informed decision. Since I had already started, I went through the three sessions I was eventually told would be needed in total. Although there was some improvement after those three sessions, the issue I came in for was still clearly visible. After the third session, there was an interaction that left me feeling very upset, belittled, and spoken to in a way that felt very harsh and dismissive. The tone of the conversation made me feel disrespected and extremely uncomfortable, and it occurred in front of another customer, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of how I was treated and how misled I felt, I decided I could not continue treatment here despite the work not being completed to the expectation that was clearly known.
