Had a water heater issue (NO pilot light so hot water in my house) and in my search for a plumber, I saw the advertisement of this Company thats reflects great things to reads, honest man with 33 years plus of experience. I thought I call him and explain my issues. Jay the owner who by the way, answered his phone around 8:30ish on a weekend to my surprise was nice enough to help me troubleshoot. He said that it may need a control valve, pilot assembly and a burner which was all "totally" greek or have no idea what it is. After more troubleshooting, he said that he can probably fixed it but he is not guaranteeing that I may need a NEW water heater due to mineral and water sediments as my water heater was over 8 years. He quoted me an all inclusive price for his time and labor. Today, we have a new water heater, everything is working great, he suggested to change some fittings and even threw in gas valve free of charge and so we are very very happy and pleased with his service and work. Jason is the owner of this company and comes out on all his jobs. My mom who is 90 with lots of health issues had a major water leak in her shower to where we had to turn off the water to the house which was really bad considering my mom's age and health. I had to immediately call a plumber and when I called this company, Jason promptly answered the phone. I explained the situation to him about my mom and he gave me his number to text him photos and then gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone to come out same day to fix the problem. He actually squeezed us in between two other jobs because of our emergency situation. Most companies same day would charge an additional fee but not Inland Empire. Besides the reasonable cost, the owner, Jason, is honest and was most compassionate to my elderly mother by rearranging his workday so he could help her and by checking out some other plumbing issues while there and then quoted an outstanding price to repair. He was honest by telling me this other issue was not an emergency but that it needed to be fixed soon. It was the 25 year old regulator that was old and the water pressure was at 120 instead of 60 which can cause problems with the pipes. This company is honest, fair, and will do the job right. He only uses new parts which in my opinion is the smart thing to do. Who wants used parts that will wear out quicker or the job not done right the first time. I highly recommend this company. The other plumbers I called that day never even returned my calls. Inland Empire Plumbing has fast service, is honest, fair pricing, great follow up, and a really nice owner. We were forced to use this plumber because of our home warranty. They came out twice to fix a clog, and made the situation worse each time. After removing our toilet (twice) they didn't replace the bolts or replace the wax ring. OF course, the toilet leaked! When I called to ask for repair, they claimed it was our fault. NO WAY. I have video of the missing bolts and broken, icky ring. They should've made it right, but now we are out several hundred dollars and had to do the work ourselves just to be able to take a shower or use the toilet. Jason talked to us on the phone and set up an appointment for the next day. Hector and Mike came out and were extremely professional. They located our leak (a slab leak) and gave us options for repair. They could dig up the slab and repair the leak or reroute the pipe so that we wouldn't have to have the slab dug up. They completed the repair, we went with the re-routing option, used the newest type of pipe and stopped our leak completely and quickly. They cleaned up everything leaving no trace of dust. Very unprofessional. They don't show up for a scheduled appointment. I had to call them to find out what happened and the person I spoke to couldn't give a reason why so we decided to reschedule with him for a later time (4-5 pm) and when I had called him back to ask if he can come a little bit after 5 pm, he said it wouldn't be possible. Which seems strange if you're already giving me a window of 4-5 pm, just a little bit after 5 pm shouldn't be a problem. Well I will never call on them again nor will I ever recommend them to people I know. read more
