Annie, the owner is very kind and professional, and friendly all in one. She also has a great sense of humor! She and her staff all do great work and they are pro's at what they do. If I had been told from the beginning that I would have to pay again, I would not have scheduled another appointment and returned to the salon. I came back specifically because I was told the original service would be corrected at no additional charge. The original service not being what I requested was disappointing enough, but having me return based on one agreement and then changing the terms once I arrived made the experience even worse. I expected the salon to honor what I was told when I reported the issue the same day.

During my dip manicure, the nail tech repeatedly dug her short nail into the sides of my fingers. I asked her to stop, but it continued, and I found myself flinching away at least 20 times over the two hours it took to complete the service. It was uncomfortable and honestly stressful. There was also an awkward seating issue -- the nail tech's legs were positioned under my chair, making it unclear where I was supposed to place my own legs. I've never experienced that before, and combined with the discomfort during the service, it added to an already unpleasant experience. The nails were cut extremely short and filed very rounded, more like a child's nail shape than a modern dip manicure. The color selection also feels outdated and doesn't reflect current trends. Pedicures here are just okay, but overall I've found that consistency and technique vary significantly between nail techs. I truly wanted to support a local business that's close by, but after multiple attempts, I won't be returning.
