At 4:18 PM today, I received a text asking me to arrive 10 minutes early. I get off work at 5:30 PM, so I rushed through traffic, found parking, and then walked around the building trying to locate the office. Despite all of that, I arrived at approximately 5:46 PM -- one minute after my actual scheduled appointment time. When I arrived, I was told that I was "15 minutes late" and that my appointment would not be accepted. I understand businesses need policies to keep their schedules running smoothly, but asking a client to arrive early does not change a 5:45 appointment into a 5:35 appointment. If arriving by 5:35 was an absolute requirement for receiving the service, that should have been clearly communicated when the appointment was booked--not in a text at 4:18 PM the same day. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the way I was received. After rushing from work, dealing with traffic and terrible parking, and walking around outside in nearly 90-degree weather trying to find the location, I wasn't greeted warmly or even with eye contact. There seemed to be very little effort to understand what had happened or find a solution. I simply felt dismissed. I had actually been excited about coming here and had already told several of my female coworkers about your services. I was hoping this would be a place I could recommend and potentially become a returning client myself. Instead, I left feeling that a customer who arrived essentially on time for her scheduled appointment wasn't worth even a conversation. I hope management will review what happened and clarify the arrival policy for future clients. More importantly, I hope some consideration is given to how clients are received when something doesn't go perfectly according to schedule. Policies matter, but so does kindness and customer service.

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it.
