Adam and his team were amazing. My AC unit hadn't been working, the Arizona sun was blasting and my family was suffering. Not only did they come out the same day but they fixed it within an hour. Adam was efficient, professional and friendly. My AC is a Bosch unit and apparently there are many companies that don't know how to work on those as they are a newer type of unit. Highly highly recommend. My AC decided to stop blowing cold air at 109 temp, the night before. A/C not cooling- I reached out to the office Of Insane Air AZ and spoke with the receptionist who was professional when answering the phone. She confirmed the schedule with the owner. She returned my call and said I should hear from him shortly. Adam called me to say he was 20-30 min. out and would be at my house shortly. He arrived his appearance was professional with great P.R. skills. He checked the unit and fixed it in all of 20min. I paid the man, took multiple business cards to share with friends because I was so impressed by this company I will always call and highly recommend them. We had an old AC unit not working. Another AC company came out through our home warranty. They said our AC needed the fan motor and it would take weeks for the part. They added if we purchased a warranty for 500.00 dollars we would be moved up on the list for faster service. We decided not get the warranty and three weeks later we called Insane Air. It's never a fun time when your air conditioner goes out in August during a heat warning. But Insane air, makes it a lot less terrifying. We have an 18 month old, 2 dogs, 2 kids homeschooling and 4 adults living here due to the pandemic; so staying in a home that is 90 degrees is out of the question. Twice , we have had to call Insane air. If they can't answer their phone they always send a text message asking you to text them and they reply to text right away! Justin came out the first time and I believe Dave the second time. Got us up and running. We are now waiting on a replacement quote! I am so thankful that my neighbors told me about Insane Air. I am so incredibly happy with the service I received from Insane Air. I bought an older home that had some serious issues including some very terrible repair to the AC duct work from a previous owner. I had rooms in my house that I had to avoid going into during certain parts of the day because no matter how much I cranked the air conditioning it couldn't get cool. My energy bills were easily in the $300-500 range in the summer for a relatively small 3 bedroom house. Adam came over, inspected the situation, and came up with a great plan and a very reasonable price. The work was amazing, my whole house can go from 80 to 72 degrees in less than 10 minutes in the afternoon. He clearly knows his craft. He also arranged to have someone come and give me an estimate to have my attic insulated, which was above and beyond his duties. He and his team are just nice, courteous, outstanding, friendly people and are really nice to work with. He showed up on time, got the job done quickly, everything came in at exactly the amount he estimated, and left the job site clean and tidy. I don't even think he used my garbage cans to throw anything out. It's been several weeks and everything is still functioning normally, and he even did a followup call when the temperatures started hitting the hundreds just to make sure everything was working okay. Like other reviews, Insane Air was sent by my warranty company. Adam was prompt, professional, honest, hard working and communicative; what more can you ask for? I've had to use many other home services for various work and Insane Air was the best I've ever used. I find most plumbers and AC service companies skirt the unethical border- it's insane. Insane Air was exactly the opposite and performed the work only charging for the needed parts and didn't drum up additional costs to inflate the invoice.
