Emailed the receipt to the location's email. No response. Still not scanned into a truck to actual UPS. Apparently UPS stores and UPS aren't great at communicating. Filing a claim.

No coordination, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. If your service depends on staff availability, then communicate it properly instead of sending people on unnecessary trips. Get your information straight before giving directions to customers.
