Because the line was so long, we had a chance to join the rewards and got a free basic cookie. Because of course the cookie I wanted wasn't ready and the wait was 15 mins, I opted for the snickerdoodle which was just OK. The cinnamon dulce is on the money. But, this location was so slow that literally half of the line got frustrated and left. As soon as I joined him, he told me that he had lost his appetite for the ice cream. So did I. They overfilled the waffle bowl (we only ordered the medium size), and the ice cream was served to us MELTED. It just kept dripping out of the bowl. It was also over-mixed. We were only able to get a partial refund (we spent more than $10), because they said they don't offer refunds on the waffle bowls. I don't think I'll ever return to this location.
