The paperwork clearly states I was approved for two free oil changes for customer satisfaction reasons. Instead of honoring it, I was told if I couldn't provide an explanation they would keep me there until I paid. That's intimidation, not customer service. It's unacceptable and exactly why I won't be returning. Them not having proper documentation is not and should NEVER be made the customers problem.

We had a simple question about their system, and instead of explaining it respectfully, he made it seem like we were an inconvenience. We even told him we were willing to pay the $11.50, and he walked away saying "it's only $11.50, anyone can pay that" in a dismissive tone. When I asked him what that comment was about, he turned around and tried to gaslight us by claiming we said we didn't want to pay -- which was not true. I got back at about 8:55a and that's when I realized there were cars waiting in a line formed in the back of the convenience store. There were about 5 cars ahead of me but let me tell you.. these guys are very efficient. They had already begun helping people before 9am. Someone was walking up to the cars in line checking insurance and gathering other pertinant information. They then pulled in two cars at once to inspect at the same time which I'm certain definitely helped shorten the length of wait time. When it was my turn one gentleman conducted my inspection while another discussed my registration and took my payment (total came to $96.75). I was completely done and on my way by 9:15a! The fact that you can get your inspection and registration done at the same time is soo great. I definitely recommend them and I'll forsure be back next year!
