I would highly recommend. Mr.Schwarz he is very professional, nice, and very knowledgeable. If your a buyer and or like me need an opinion from a specialist that is not bias. I bought a home as is, that had some cracks. However 3 main issues for cracks just cosmetic, water, or foundation I wasn't sure which one. I called out 4 brick/ foundation companies of course. Only one was honest enough to tell me it wasn't a foundation issue. The others used words of course I wouldn't understand and tried to sell me up to 65k even though their findings were the same as the one that was honest. I also had a buddy in construction come out and also tell me it was a water issue not foundation. After that I knew I needed to hire a professional inspector with knowledge of structual repairs to inspect my home before I did anything. He is not a structual engineer anymore but had done that in the past. I'm so glad I did, he came out with the same items/tools to check the structure as an active structual engineer, foundation company and the city. I know because my prior home I had structual work done. My foundation was in good condition and had no issues. saved what could have been up to 65k. We requested a roof inspection - the person responded right away and said he could come asap. He showed up, opened our attic door, peered in with a light, and said the roof looked fine from the inside. Then he stepped out, claimed the roof was too high to climb, walked around on the ground, and declared that everything looked fine. He charged us $125. We then called Valley Roofing. They made an appointment- came at the appointed time - walked up and around the roof extensively, took pictures, and gave us a full report on issues. Charged the same $125. Inspectioneering is a scam. Do not use. You have been warned. read more

Before the appointment, Harel called me and to see if I have any questions about the inspection. On the date of the appointment, Harel came 10 mins early to set up so he would be on time to start. I am a realtor and I first met Harel when a client I was working hired him to inspect the home he was buying about a year ago. I was impressed by his thoroughness and ethic, he takes his time and helps his clients understand every step of the process. His reports are clear and concise and I prefer them to other companies. I hired Harel to do a 4 point inspection on my house for home maintenance reasons. He was very kind to schedule an appointment for me within a short time frame and also after hours. He spent nearly 3 hours at my house inspecting the roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. He was extremely thorough and he explained things to me and answered questions as he went. The report he sent to me about 2 days later was very easily to follow and I appreciated being shown with pictures the items needing correction (compared to a proper model). I found Harel's fee to be very reasonable and worth every penny for the amount of time that he spent and for helping me to understand some things in my house better.
