Very disappointing to write this. I said you guys are great I recommended them. Have recently I went in to get a quote for 60,000 service and he told me under 300. When I came back they said 389 because they forgot there was an extra thing to do on my car. Then when I finally went to go do it they turn around and tell me 499 because they were again wrong in their price. Cant keep changing numbers like that, can't trust him anymore. read more

low prices, fast service w/out compromising quality. i have been going to this place the past year and have taken several of my cars(infinities, nissans) for oil changes, coolant flushes and transmission flushes. they typically do oil changes anywhere from 5 to 10minutes and have 2 drive bays so you usually dont have to wait. unlike some of the other chain oil changers this place allows u to sit in your car while they perform the work. an added bonus is the techs and management are very professional and nice ppl. if you're getting an extensive service done dont hesistate to wheel and deal as theyre more willing to discount the final price. read more

This place is probably the most efficient oil change shop you'll find in this area. My dad recommended this place to me. Pulled up to the side which you enter and before I could park it so I can check out the place, the guy is already calling me to tell me to pull up to the platform where they do the oil change. So that alone shows how fast they really are. Hardly any wait for it. And when you get out of the car or stay in the car your choice, someone will come up to you asking you the usual oil change questions. If you're specific of what type of oil/brand you want on your car. You MUST tell them immediately since they do try to keep a fast paced environment. If you don't they'll just use their regular oil that comes from a hose. It's really just a personal choice. Quality is always a priority for me so I'm always using big name brands like Mobil or Castrol just for the safety of knowing that I'm putting quality into my car. Fast and cheap. These guys INCORRECTLY sealed the cover of the oil filter housing on my Mercedes and so BOOM!! goes my car to the tune of hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. Having gone to them for 11 years I went in asking for some reimbursement for the cost of fixing their mistake. I wasn't worried because they've always been great. But they've changed their cheerful tune. Looks like they're not reimbursing me for THEIR MISTAKE. After using them for all our cars for years, I imagine we will never go back. read more

This place is a scam. I've taken my other car here before but recently brought in another car for an oil change. Within a minute of me pulling in they were able to see that my oil filter casing was cracked and they "couldn't" change my oil filter. My oil filter is hidden behind the plastic undercarriage of my car and it usually takes me a good 5-10 minutes to get access to the oil filter but these guys made the assessment within a minute. Prior to that I had asked if they changed the filter too along with the oil. The assessor just answered "well change whatever you want us to change." So is that a yes or a no? I told him that I've brought my other car here before and asked if they had changed the filter when they changed the oil. His answer was "your vehicle requires a different type of filter..." and so forth and gave me a run around. They said they couldn't change my filter today so they would just change the oil. I'm not sure why it costs the same amount of money to replace the oil and oil filter vs just the oil itself. This place is a scam. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Dishonest businesses like these need to be shut down. Don't be fool. That 60-75$ oil change doesn't include oil filter replacement. You are just paying for oil that you can get at oreilys for half the price. Also he threw out a 28$ oil disposal fee that they "have to pay for." TOTAL BS! They lost my business and I really hope the BBB writes them up read more

Great place! My mom doesn't drive much and hadn't had an oil change in 18 months. I took her car here because of the good reviews. After checking the tires and fluids, they told me that the car didn't need an oil change for another 6 months. When I asked how much the checkup would cost they said it was free. Then when I started to leave, I needed a jump, and they did that for free too. When I asked about getting a new battery, they said that since the car was only 2 years old, it was probably still under warranty so I should go back to the dealer. I've never dealt with such honest people in the car business before. Some place else would have charged me $100 for all the service I got. I can not rate this place highly enough. read more

I love this place! Good prices, fast, friendly and they always act like they appreciate my business. Had them do a transmission fluid change. They gave me options: sucking the fluid out with a tube (less $) or dropping the pan and replacing the transmission filters. (more $ but the "right" way.) Upfront with costs, happy to show you the parts they took out, and they don't try to upsell you with a bunch of other stuff. Always feel like I'm treated well here, and they know what they're doing. I have a 2006 325i BMW. My car takes 7 qts of oil, full synthetic. It came out to about $82 after tax. I never had to get out of my car. The main guy is super nice. I spoke with him on the phone before I went and he told me it could either be $65 or $75 plus tax depending on the type of filter my car needs, which of course I figured mine had to be the more pricey one like normal. Haha. Literally done so fast I didn't realize it was done. I watched them put 7 qts of Mobil 1 oil while seated in my car. Most places charge close to $100, so to me $82 is not bad. I've had oil changes done for $65 for my car before, but that was in the Sacramento area, so I guess it depends on where you get it done and what kind of oil is used. The only thing is that fluids weren't checked, but that's something I can do myself, so it's not a big deal. All in all, not a bad deal. They will be highly considered for my next oil change. read more
