After hearing this, my wife (Brandie), decided that she wanted to help her mom. Also, get a car that would be easier to put a car seat in, since we are expecting our first child in February. So my wife and I traded in our Lexus that way we could get two cars (One for my wife and one for my Mother in-law). We struck a deal with Phantom Motors on Division, we got a Prius for my mother in-law and a Xterra for my wife. All was good until I took my wife's car to get the oil changed 45 days after. I was told there was transmission fluid in the coolant... this is something I had seen before with previous car. Also, a problem I asked about before we purchased. The dealer said they replaced the radiator (which they did) so the problem was fixed. Well not so much. I immediately went back to Phantom and asked if they could help us out. They wanted their mechanic to look at it. Saying, that they would arrange for them to come to us. After many more calls and texts to find out then this was happening over two weeks they came over. I was told we just needed to flush the coolant system. Not trusting this was going to fix it. I called a transmission shop and a trusted Mechanic. I was told by both that this would only be a bandaid fix and the transmission would catastrophically fail in the near future. With this info I went again to the dealer and I was told tuff luck the car was sold "as-is" and "it's my problem". Little math for you. Traded Lexus got a 4k Prius and 10k Xterra. Now have to pay $5,000 to replace the transmission and it systems. All the deaerl can say is not my problem. I would have been happy if he would of covered half the repair cost, but nope just told TUFF LUCK... Yesterday, I found myself feeling hopeless. My pregnant wife in tears, and me not knowing how I would get this fixed. We need to have a reliable car for our growing family. My wife is the kind of person that would give her last dollar to a stranger if they asked. She surprises me everyday with her big heart. Both of us being Portland natives this is not the kind of business that we want in our community.

It was pouring rain, I had little phone service, and I was nervous to sit in my car for fear of it rolling backwards on the big hill and potentially off the road alltogether. I called roadside assistance through my insurance who were not grasping the danger of the situatuon I was in. Therefore, I was quoted 80-110 minute wait time until an unknown tow company would be able to rescue. I called 3 Angels towing, but kept losing service. The wife of this family business immediately texted back with concern and care, which is what I needed in the situation. Within 30 minutes, the husband and daughter were there to get me out and to a nearby gas station in under an hour. They also charged me pennies to all the local tow companies who would've gouged me because I had no other way our of this situation. 3 Angels in right. I think back on this situation and how much worse it could be. I was dealing with some whiplash and shock, but the family made me feel at ease on the drive back. We were even laughing about random things by the end of the drive. They wouldn't accept a tip and were just kind, good people. I am grateful beyond belief and hope this review can express to them that they made a terrible experience into a thankfulness of humanity and kindness.

Called at 430 to the main office and we had to set an appointment. Main office said nothing about an additional $50 fee, the guy charged it a gate fee because it was going to take him 25 minutes to arrive, which put it after 5pm business hours. Basically you have to have an appointment and be out of the yard by 430 or they steal more money from you. Their sign has a vulture on it, which matches their garbage delaminated trailer office.
